They just remodelled. Took down the stage and put in a pressure sensitive lighted dance floor. Very nice

My son attended a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese this past weekend, and he had a blast. It was crazy crowded with kiddos in the 3-6 age group, which wasnt exactly my scene but my four-year-old was in heaven.There were a couple games out of order, and the slinky my son wanted was way more tickets than his little self was able to get, but overall, Im really impressed with location.

We went here for a walk in birthday party for my 6 year old. Everything went well up until it was time to pick our pizza up. The lady who serves the pizza was so rude. I was told my party package came with 2 pizzas but the girl that took my order told me wrong, which was fine except for the woman behind the pizza counter demanding my reciept, which I did not have because they did not give me one. The bottom line is we had a nice time but they need to really be more careful about who they hire. That lady was very very rude. I understand having a bad day. I work in food service too but I have never been rude to a customer no matter what kind of day Iay be having.

Where a kid can be a kid! They now have options to purchase TIME or POINTS! Every game is a certain amount of points but I personally like to purchase time!

They were far from being at capacity. The tables were marked for social distancing. They were constantly cleaning. They changed the balls frequently that went to games. It was very pleasant.

Much better than it used to be! Fun games, great atmosphere, better prices than other places. But my small tiny pizza took an hour to make it was surprisingly good at least

We love this place to take our kids. They recently reorganized the arcades and added some new. Feels cleaner than before. I appreciate that the staff watch and check your stamp before letting kids out the door to ensure they are safe. Pizza is good too.

Its been YEARS since weve been there. Our Baby is 22...so yeah. But our Young Prince really enjoyed his Day. However, I would recommend that the hostess staff thats attending the table be more attentive to serving that table. But, great place for our Young Prince to Celebrate his 3 year old celebration, the adults were jealous, Lol

Great for your children, but staff could use better training and service at the register. I had ordered a large pizza with 4 drinks and 120 minute unlimited play with the discount if you get a family meal, but I was charged individually for each one full price.MAKE SURE you to tell them youre ordering the combo package for the discount, because apparently it was my fault to order in that sequence shown on their overhead menu. I had a brief dispute with the another person, before she finally caved in and did the right thing adjusting my charges.

Great staff/management, kids love it, parties are affordable, and they have games for parents too. Not gonna lie, I busted out laughing when a parent yelled Make it Rain while the staff was throwing Chuck E. Bucks into the air. If you host a party there everyone in your party gets tokens, your kid gets a bunch of tokens and they also get to go in to the windtunnel of tickets and I believe they can pick 1 friend to go in too. Also, the pizza is actually good and has plenty of flavor, you can taste the Italian seasonings...

My kids are obessed with this place. The best part about it is that theres basically no rules and if there was you couldnt hear anyone complaining because its so loud. So bring your Tylenol and enjoy a draft beer while your children scramble around trying to win at least 100 tickets so they can go home with a Tootsie roll.

Everything youd expect from Charles E. Cheese. The games were fun, the prices in tickets for prizes were unreasonable and the pizza was adequate but they didnt have a lot of employees and the ones they did have literally didnt know how to do anything. the lady behind the counter said it would take a few minutes for some cotton candy which really took half an hour but again they didnt have a lot of employees. its fun and for the kids but the ticket prices need to be lower.

I lile that the tickets now go onto a card that never expires. The staff are supposed to check temp of all kids, but after waiting about 10 minutes with moone comimg to the door we just went in.

I was extremely disappointed to discover that beer and wine are now being sold at Chuck e Cheese. If I had known in advance I would never have brought my grandchildren here... I thought we were going to a “family friendly” environment... not an ABC Store! So far as ownership is concerned, obviously money takes precedence over children; you should decide to either be in the alcohol business or the child friendly business. You can’t successfully be both! So long as you attempt to “straddle the fence,” don’t for me to return. Very Disappointed in SC!

We had a great experience! The young lady that was helping with our granddaughters party was sweet and prompt. All the kids loved it! Downside is that separately ordered meals/pizzas took forever to come out. Still giving 5 stars overall because the birthday party portion was awesome and Chuck E. Cheese was great with the kids!

Well.. busy as heck crowded as heck. Kids all over the place.Hard to get into the good games but my son liked it but if your kid doesnt do well in crowds I wouldnt recommend this, my youngest was not having a good time as they had nothing for younger kids(3 ) as i thought they had a playground still(last time i personally went was around 10 years ago)Good if you wanna stay cheap and lose an hour on unlimited play games only downfall is to not expect any chance to play all of them without waiting and expiring your playtime.

I love the new time system they have. Bought 30 mins for both of my girls. They got to play anything they wanted without me following them with coins (or worried theyll lose them). And, their bracelets expired when it was time to go so I didnt have to constantly check my watch.

Good place for parties of younger kids maybe 3-9 years old. Security for children to leave is great. Tokens are expensive and rewards are cheaply ones. But overall if you want 5 minutes of freedom let them play. You can relax and breathe.

Its always nice and clean when we go. The staff are super helpful. There are plenty of games for every kid. We like the new layout of the place with the dance floor that lights up. It just need one more trash can area.

Our very first time coming here and it was not at all what I expected. It was very overpriced pizza, poor quality food and atmosphere, and the employees were not attentive to anyone. Most of what made this experience horrible was that the employees were laughing and joking in the back and very clearly not doing their job. The manager was the only one running the register and even he was rude and very slow. Stood in line for 25 minutes to just order the food. Not including the wait for it. The lines were long for the food and for the ticket exchange. Which, again, the food was very overpriced for the quality of it all. I paid $90 for 3 large pizzas and 12 drinks.But the games were fun and reasonably priced All you can play cards. I dont think I will ever return to this place again.

Awesome customer service. They keep up with cleansing the entire place, even the restrooms are clean. Kids had tons of fun.

Food has gotten much worse over the years, but the grand kids (toddlers) are always entertained. Good assortment of games and activities.

Awesome place, but they should serve adult beverages. Kids were too loud. Beware staff and parent dont like it when you yell at their children. Tried to square off with some of the children, ended up getting beat up by Chuck E cheese and his crew. Best night ever.

Very clean inside, I was impressed with that. Employees could be friendlier. They need better weekday deals. 2 pizzas for $22 on a Tuesday is okay but their play deals aren’t great. For two kids and two adults, expect to spend at least $60.

The place used to be great, but bow it is nothing more than a cash grab as an expensive arcade. There is no longer a playground, animatronics, or anything else that made it special. Just a waste of time and money.

We had my sons birthday there and while no it wasnt perfect, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, though they were really busy and I occasionally had to walk to the hostess for help, Thats reasonable because you cant expect them to just stand there and wait for you to need something when there are 5 other parties going.The only (mild) complaint is that it took an hour for the pizza to get there, but again the staff/company is flexible on the party guests so no one got shorted on play time or anything.Of the complaints I have seen, most of them arent reasonable in my opinion. Chuck E. Cheese is not a 5star restaurant, so dont expect to be waited on hand and foot. If youre missing something from your party -ASK - people are only human. We didnt have any trouble getting any of our things. This is by far one of the most affordable way to throw a kids party and keep everyone happy.

This is nothing like when I was growing up. Besides that it was very small and the games are all packed into a tiny space. We waited over an hour for one pizza. When I told them they gave our pizza to another person knowing we had been waiting.

The food was better than I expected and the bathroom was cleaner than I expected. Its an establishment built around kids so keeping it truly clean must be near impossible. I was impressed with the security measures as well. A few of the games were malfunctioning but all in all seemed well kept. My only real complaint was that it was boiling hot but with that many little bodies and summer in the south, what else could one expect. My 3 yr old loved it. We will go back.

Well, for one (thank heavens), its definitely not as loud as it used to be. Also its brighter and roomier. When you go in, the bouncer stamps your parties members hands with a number that is checked again when you leave, for the safety of your child. The playground area/ball pit is gone. Now you can pay a flat fee for time (about $15 an hour if you get a coupon online) and can play unlimited games (and pause your time, too for bathroom breaks or when you eat) or pay for points and play x amount of games. No more carrying around tokens (unless you want) because points and time is loaded to a card (buy the stretchy wristband). They have pretty cool wrist bands, too, they look like watches; costs a bit more. They serve 4 types of beers, Miller Lite, Yeungling, Blue Moon, and Modelo. 12 and 20 ouncers, $4.99 for 12 oz. and $5.99 for 20 oz, Blue Moon and Modelo $1 upcharge. The person who consumes the drink must buy the drink. The tea has lemon flavoring. Varieties of diet and caffeinated/uncaffienated sodas, lemonades, and sports drinks. The pizzas are... weird... now. Thin crust (unless you pay upcharge for stuffed crust) and no matter the size, its a little burnt. Almost like frozen pizzas you make at home. We spent $35.50 on a medium pizza, 2 drinks, and 45 minutes of unlimited play. We used coupons on the website. We also got a free personal pizza for signing up with their rewards card online and our purchases (excluding alcohol) go to accrue extra rewards for future visits.

The remodeling is nice upgrade. Games were all in working order. Paying for minutes instead of points, is great, We played for 54 minutes for 18 dollars, on one card. Only down fall was the 10 seconds delay. Could not play multiple players against each other. Understandable, they need make money. For two girls and a Dad, we got plenty of game time and tickets, a successful day out.

Update: went over the weekend for a birthday party. (They have sanitizer at the door and you have to wear a mask )When I walked in, both (in and out doors) were sectioned off to take you right to the register... (Which would have u cut the line to walk across to pick your prizes.)They dont stamp your hand anymore instead they ask you to take a picture in your phone of you and your family....(which was no point because theres no one at the door watching people leave) as I did with my family with no one at the front entrance.Inside was clean. It was a 2pm bday party... Not a lot of birthday parties going on but had a pretty good amount of people there.

Its a bit pricey the fact that it gets crowded,for useing mins. The game peices were broken up smho and its still unsafe with that dame Basketball being thrown hitting you in your face Chuckie REFUSE to be liable and service area is diffinently to SMALL

Great place to take your kids and the pizza was great but there was a long hair in my slice... The Manager refunded us our money on her own initiative but my complaint was that you should be wearing a hairnet when making food... She even gave a complimentary cookie cake where I was reluctant to take but appreciated the gesture... We will be back because of the great customer service but hopefully theyve learned from this incident..

You can judge a public facility by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and this place rates an A+! The rest of the space is also very clean and well-managed. It is a *great* place to bring kids for a party. The employees are cheerful, helpful, and polite. Rated will come again.

Clean, nice, at first a worker told us we couldnt have ranch for our pizza unless we bought the salad bar. The next person we asked gave us a cup of ranch for free. We played for an hour and won many tickets. You get a lot of prizes for your money. The ball machine is easy to win a ball. Chuckee was kind and brought tickets and danced. I really like the dance floor instead of the stage.

I was disappointed because I walked out to my car,,and no one was at the door to check me walking out and when I came back in,,no one was there at the door to see me come back in and about 15-20 minutes me, my husband and my grandbabies were leaving and still no one was at the door...in my thoughts that was easy for anyone to walk in and walk out with 1 of my grandbabies..I left feeling not safe bringing my babies back..

It was my Granddaughters 1st Birthday Party and we had it during the day so it wasnt so crowded. Perfect timing and pleasant to be able to hear each without all the yelling n screaming around us. Everyone had fun and the staff was fantastic.

My sons birthday party was great! Olivia our party server was so attentive and kind. The kids loved the Play Pass and the pizza was pretty good! Our guests won tons of tickets. Really, Olivia made the party though because she was great with the kids and very friendly. BTW if you want to be able to tip your party hostess, take cash. The Greenville location said that their card swipe system doesnt allow you to add a tip.

Employees were super nice! We ended up staying over after they closed. I was rushing my little boy to pick his toy and the girl was like its ok!

This was my very first Chuck-E-Cheese experience. My grand nephew had a birthday party for his 5th birthday. My niece did not have to lift a finger everything was done. All she had to do was tell them what she wanted and they delivered the food and the birthday cake. Though the place was very very packed with people. Felt a little overwhelming. Would have been nicer to have our own little room for the party. It was just rows and rows of tables amongst other people.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of entertainment and organization for the kids birthday parties here. Also the pizza was very good. They had a wonderful salad bar. In my opinion, the all-you-can-eat salad bar was a bit overpriced. They give you a wristband and small plate. Per South Carolina law, you have to get a fresh plate to return to the salad bar. You have to go looking for an employee, turn in your plate and get a new plate. Its a bit of a pain. But the food was good and very fresh.

My kids love this place and its a cheap way to spend the day!
