Found this historical marker, its quite easy to find if you drive north from Greenville. There are a number Audie Murphy historical markers in this part of Hunt County, Texas. I think that this historical marker was missing for some time and was recently replaced sometime in 2018. I was very glad to find this one. Definitely include it on your list of things to see if plan on doing an Audie Murphy themed visit to this part of Texas.
