317 Hampton Ave. is a wonderful listing with in ground pool, hot tub, wrap around porch connecting to large deck outdoor kitchen area, fenced rear yard, beautiful wood floors, a large steam shower in the master bathroom, several fireplaces and an inviting kitchen.

We have lived here for 22 years. We raised our family here and there are numerous young children living here. This neighborhood is within walking distance of Greenvilles award-winning downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It is conveniently and centrally located to get anywhere quicker. The neighborhood is the areas 1st historic district and the neighbors have monthly gatherings (Pink Flamingo parties) and an annual Walk About to visit some of the areas older and newer homes.

Good place for a walk or run. Lovely old southern homes. Quite place with lots of large shade trees.

The homes in this area are large and unique. The shady sidewalk makes for an enjoyable stroll.

Gorgeous historical homes in the area in various states of refurbishmen. Beautiful big trees and wide streets. There are also a lot of feral cats in this section.

And historical neighborhood of great significance in Greenville South Carolina but with highly renovated homes as well as homes who have not been renovated in 60 plus years. Parking is a problem. A-zone straight parking is required and some of the residents.
