My experience was good. Atmosphere very relaxing, workers very attentive. Didnt have much luck, but my husband did. Im glad I know when to quit, if not I would have been broke. Love the view of the river. My husband is from Mississippi and he never knew about theTrop, he only knew about Harlows. Cant wait to visit again.

I was passing through Greenville and decided to come in since I had never been to a casino before (Im not really a gambler to begin with). It was late in the middle of a week night, so it was pretty dead while I was there. It was clean and open and the staff was absolutely delightful. Incredibly friendly, very helpful and patient, particularly for a first timer. Even though Im not into gambling, it was a fun experience and Im glad I can check play a slot machine off my bucket list.

Well this was different for me. Won & lost but getting out was nice. The smoke was not thick, thank God. My machine had tilted and within minutes it was fixed. The people service you quickly. Bathrooms was great/clean!

The staff at Trop are some of the best I have ever worked events with! The food is excellent too!

I was disappointed, the restaurant and bar was closed couldnt find the drink server supposedly walking around, and wasnt allowed on the balcony to see the river. I gave 3 stars for the cleanliness of the place.

Cozy live band/DJ with a partitioned off club area with dance floor. 4 stars instead of 5 due to appearing not organized on ordering food and getting it delivered to you in the club area. I gave up. Eat before you go and dance!

It was okay, I loved the music and it not being so crowded but their machines are too tight! And that waitress never brought my husband his drank and we drove all the way from LR to get there.

Just recently started going to The Trop and Ive had great experiences. They have the new Lock it Link machines at the front and a whole host of other new machines. Also their machines arent tight like the other casino by the bridge. Had some decent wins and when i didnt win at least I got to play for a good while and be entertained. If you havent been to The Trop in awhile i suggest you give em another try. They might just suprise ya!

Went to eat at Big Waters Cafe and the food is soooo good. Ive eaten there before and everything Ive ordered is great! The presentation of the food is very appealing and the service is fast. Will definitely be back!

The employees are rude and unfriendly. Never saw a waiter or waitress come by to see if needed a drink and it was not crowded. The ATM machine would not take atm card so had no money. Had to go to another place. The atmosphere was horrible. I did like the layout of the place and construction but Probably will never go back.

The place was filthy! Sticky machines, dirty bathrooms. The employees were nice. Gave me someone elses player card with $20 free play. I noticed when I tried to enter my pin and it was not recognized. Took the card back to guest services and I was not even in the system.

This gambling experience was the worst experience myself and group of friends have ever had in the hospitality venues. After the 5 of us had spent over 1000.00 at gaming tables. We moved to penny machines. There we were treated with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They server presented bad attitude from the first encounter with her. It continued from there and left us with the impression of white prejudice. I dont have any desire to return to this venue even if paid to do so.

Me and my companion went here to enjoy game 5 of the 2017 NBA FINALS, the food was good @ Max & Ermas here but the staff waitress was horrible whom did not check on us to see if we was ok or needed anything. I doubt if I would be referring this place to anybody for food enjoyment.

I played several different 1 cent machines and even though I went to the bonus round often, I rarely won more than 9 dollars with 8-20 spins playing $1.30-$3.60. In some cases I won nothing at all! I lost A $800 in less than 3 hours. This ranks highly on the list of worse casino experiences ever. We spent this past weekend on the MS Gulf Coast and that is were we plan to gamble henceforth.

The casino was nice when I visited. The restaurant however was not. It has changed to Big Waters or something like that. Service was awful. When I mean awful, Im speaking of our waitress eating at a table behind us and completely ignoring us for 30 + minutes. I sent an email and have yet to receive a response.

Absolutely the worst casino I have ever been in. People just sitting at machines not playing waiting on the drawing. The staff was very rude. The fountain machines were all out of order. The place was very dirty and smelled horrible. On top of all of that the machines are either old or all penny slots with NO payout.
