First time going there since the pandemic. Most rides made for toddlers were out of order or not working. For it being a Wednesday with an hour of play only being 16.99, there was no staff except for 2 ppl. Rides were broken or off and with so little staff they werent able to even be attempted. My toddler got restless since the tubes are gone, and most of the moving / action rides were down. My 6 year old did an awesome job including her sister and we really enjoyed the games since they were mostly for her age bracket. Hopefully it will improve over time.

Kids having blast. Only one other family here. Practically had the whole place to selves for almost two hours.

Stopped in today and was greeted by a wonderful employee (Stephanie I believe). She was great with the kids and great at her job. Kudos to her! We will definitely be returning soon.

Kids loved it of course. I think with the space that is given though they could have alot more games. Ones that werent so difficult either

We have had many birthdays celebrated at this Chuck E Cheese. Even as an adult I have a great time playing the games. The pizza is always good but you have to eat it fresh its not a left over type of pizza. I do LOVE getting their salad bar!! They also have beer and wine for the adults which is surprising but they cut you off after 2 drinks per ID. I like how they no longer use the coins for the machines and how they just use play cards now, kind of lile Dave & Busters. This way your kids not losing coins or running out. You can buy a play card for 30 mins, 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Plus when they sit down to eat they can pause their card so they dont lose their time. Great idea!

Its just fun for kids and adults. I love to play the games as much as the kids do. Pizza is tasty, especially the stuff crust. I like their meal deals and having parties there is easy as everything is taken care of. If we are looking for something to do on a cold or rainy day/night, I pick Chuck E Cheese as a fun night out.

Super Super very clean. Food was much better than years back. The 19 year old waitress we had was super awesome. Management should take care of her. Great employees are tough to find.

Always a fun place to take the kids. Prices are reasonable.. they have. New system in place where you dont have to carry around tokens they now have a card the kids can use and they have different options for it. One of the options is playing as many games as you can in a certain amount of time.. you can always add extra time on to your card.. they also have it setup where you have one time you can pause your time so you can go eat or do something else.. then when you are done you can start again. Its pretty convenient and way easier than having all the tokens.. everyone enjoyed the pizza as well!!!

Clean family fun! My kids love the hour play time without worrying about running out of tokens or my little one eating the token! Wonderful staff

Took my two small humans here and had a wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff, Clean bathrooms and play area. I do feel the food is a bit over priced for the quality of it.

I dont like the game pass card that they have now. While in theory it is good, but you have to either purchase a bunch of different cards for an expensive price, or share between everyone in your party. It was much easier when you had tokens. And I dont think you earn as many tickets for playing games anymore.

We had a football party there 11/06 the pause for pass didnt work so the kids had to play or Lose game time on the Wednesday. All you can play. Then the kids that missed pizza they bring a tiny pizza out and only half had chess. So. I Wil never go there again. Just to much trouble. If you like hassle. Go.

Pizza is really good and staff are a pretty awesome bunch of people. Its a good time and if you do it right tickets are pretty easy to get. Do yourself a favor and get the unlimited play for 60 minutes, and just share it. We had 2 60 minute cards, 2 kids and 2 adults. Played for 2 hours and ended up with just over 2500 tickets. So for $70 we got a large pizza, 4 drinks and since the staff are awesome got 2 prizes that were 1500 a piece. Each ticket is worth $.01 and prizes are relatively reasonably priced.

Good place to take the kids. But the ringer for us uncles aunts and parents is you can get beer and wine. Especially if youre having one of those days.

A lot of the more physically active attractions like ball pits and climbing areas are gone. Its all high priced arcade games to earn tickets now. Also, unless you are part of a reserved birthday party, plan to eat on the floor.

Friendly staff, good food although very overpriced, decent choice of games even though most of the games have the older style of Chuck. It is an older style building so it does not have modern amenities such as the dance floor. With the new Play Pass system, it just lacks the nostalgic feeling of using tokens, but thats more of a knock on CEC themselves and not this particular location.

Funny kids really like it there and it doesnt bother me. they make pretty good pizza even for adults. Im just worried about what theyre going to do when the mall closes down in like a year or two because its inevitable

Had the best games and every hour the kids got to dance with Chucky himself. Pizza was good and everybody including the adults had fun.

This place is usually packed. We had a pleasant surprise this past weekend when there were not AS many people. It wasnt elbow to elbow which for us made it more enjoyable.

Took my daughter there just for fun. She loves dancing with Chuck E. Cheese and winning all the tickets she possibly can. It was a great place to take the kiddos!

Staff is kind, pizza was okay. Place was dirty and more than a quarter of the games were out of order. We had to keep asking staff to unclog the tickets. I spent $85 for an HR and a half of play for 2 kids and wish we had just gone to Seabase

Only one ticket machine on a Saturday, no tables to sit at. The employees were useless. Everything was out of order. Chuck E. Cheese couldn’t even take the time to say hi to the kids.

My son enjoyed his time. The place is kind of dated. Clean and functional but, boring if you arent spending tons of money. Isnt the C.E.Cs of the past but, my little guy also doesnt ask to go here very often. The staff is friendly enough but, seemed bored and complacent.

We havent been to this CEC in a long time when they did tmthe switch from coins to cards. It was too hard for my child at a younger age to grasp. But I think they finally worked a lot of the bugs out and have the right way/ options for kids play. LOVE the All you can play for a certain time period that you puck out! However, the pizza is WAY overpriced and is ok.

I was expecting a bigger area for the games as well as the play area with the slides. Staff was very nice. Clean place. Nice venue to attend a birthday party.

Place is def more useful being that they now have unlimited timed play passes at affordable rates. The quality of food has improved tremendously over the last few years and prize selection has become more appropriate and prizes can be paid for by tickets or money. The kiddos are guaranteed to enjoy their time at the improved and updated family arcade business.

My kids are getting older but still enjoy it here. If you understand what you’re getting into, MOST of the money you’re spending on tickets is the cost of playing and not directly being invest in their “prize”, you can enjoy yourself. I mean, they still have skee ball, y’all!!

I took my grandson here for his birthday my wife and his mother were with us so we all got same stamp on arm. When we were getting ready to leave his uncle took my grandson out since he was there before us his stamp on arm was different but the staff allowed him to leave without question when we confronted the staff they didnt know how to handle this i think they need to be more strict on training. WHAT IF IT WAS YOUR CHILD?

Chucky Has Changed

The games were fun for the kids but one of the workers were very rude to us and he was smoking right outside the doors as we were leaving so we had to walk through his smoke. The rest of the workers were very kind.
