Best place to see any show. The accoustics in the building plus the beauty make for the best experience
Maybe a little dated, but its like stepping back in time to a grander era of grand theatre shows and white gloves and elegant evenings. A nicely appointed venue with great seating and sight lines and sound. We saw the River City Brass Band which was perfectly suited to the environs and put on a great show. The Palace also pays nice homage to the film legacy and former projectionists who worked there.
We love this venue. Great shows, great acoustic, parking is easy and free. Seats are a little tight if youre a bigger person. My only problem with this particular show was the person behind us not realizing how close the seating was and singing at the top of his lungs to every song, couldnt hear the singer.
The Palace is a great Theater, my family and I have seen many shows here; everything from magic shows to music concerts to the nut cracker. There are drinks and snacks available but it can be a bit pricey. Highly recommend it for a night out in Greensburg. There are 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance which is perfect to make dinner and a show!
Very nice intimate theater from days gone by. Saw Get the Led Out on July 5 and it was beyond incredible. Definitely best show Ive seen, just close your eyes and your there with Robert, John and the group. Awesome, will definitely go again to see them. The song lineup changes, but the quality and sound doesnt. Simply a must see show.
Taking a personal look at the posters of what/whos coming in 2021! Support the Arts!
Chris Janson was amazing! So talented,so energetic, and his crowd interaction and stage presence was some of the best Ive ever seen! I would go back again and again to see him. Worth every penny and every minute!!
This is a great small theater. Its a bit older so the seating is a touch tight but still comfortable to view a show. Acoustics here are fantastic for concerts.
The Palace Theatre is beautiful! While youre sitting waiting for the show to start you can marvel at the architecture from the 1920s. They have excellent shows all year round. We went last night to see The Wizard Of Oz and it was excellent! The whole cast was good! The music, the outfits, all the props were excellent!
Awesome place! My husband Michael loves it too we enjoy the concerts ESPECIALLY the ones that bring back the memories of our 42 years together! Love it!!!
Great venue. Not a bad seat. Acoustics are awesome. Security is chill. Easy getting in and out.
Not a bad seat in the house! Great little concert venue. More personal.
Our family loves the national acts and local community based events. Tgis is a great opportunity to see the local talent for free! The volunteers and sponsors for Tgis are always so nice and helpful
This theater is awesome seen rome and duddy b. The atmosphere was great. The historic feel and look was amazing, just from looking around.
GET THE LED OUT was fantastic. Coming again this summer. Only 2 drink stations with very long lines. No outdoor cover (smokers) in case of rain.
They book quality acts and the building brings back pleasant memories. Good acoustics.
A wonderful venue when things get back to normal
Very nice venue to visit. I enjoy going to the palace and do quite a bit. Easy to get in and out. Plenty of places around to visit before or after the show. No bad seats. Even the balcony has good views of the stage. And sound is great. With it being a smaller place its more enjoyable to me. Refreshments and snacks are sold in the lounge area. There is also a outside lounge area to enjoy.
Small venue, great acoustics, and not a bad seat in the house. Plus, a lot of really good bands play here.
I was there for a charity event.. the facility was in good clean condition and perfect location for the event. Will go back to see a show..
Sound quality in the loggia was horrible. All we heard was bass. Vocals were muffled and incomprehensible.
Beautiful venue, comfortable, and all seats are good. Acoustics are satisfying, and the intimacy makes shows special.
Great little local theatre. They put on fantastic shows and host some really A+ artists too!
Great place for a concert venue. Free parking across the street. Beautiful feeder. Nice restaurant next door the Rialto.
Great shows. Reasonable price. Although someone took my Palace cup. :(
Old theatre with balconys, ornate scroll work. very charming place
Awesome venue!!! Saw Frankie Valli there years ago. Short drive from Pittsburgh is well worth it!!!
Great place for throwback rock concerts. Donnie Iris, B52s, Cheap Trick to name a few weve seen here.
This venue never fails to amaze me with its overall beauty. The acoustics are perfect whether your there for a concert, play or comedian. The seats are comfortable so there isnt much squirming during the shows. Youll spend the preshow looking around and youll vow to someday walk down the grand marble steps in a long flowing gown and tiara with one of those long cigerette things.
Awesome show. Theater was very nice. Comfortable seats. Nice layout
Great facility with great prices. Easy parking.
Kip Moore was great, beautiful venue.Loved the Art in the Alley next door
Awesome place to see a show. We saw get the lead out and it was great
The Parisian valentine was excellent. The piano part with Maxim Lando was phenomenal.
Good venue to see a show. Staff are nice too.
A beautiful historic theater, a great place to watch a concert/show. Comfortable seating and good acoustics.
I loved this venue. it offers a lot of history, the seating was comfortable and the parking was free. the staff were friendly and informative. and the sound was suitable for a venue its age.I sat along the wall on the stage right side of the stage, in the very first seat and couldnt have enjoyed my seat anymore. a friend and I made the trip from Charleston, WV to come see the band, Whitesnake. my friend sat directly behind me, along the railing and as far as Im concerned, we had the best seats in the house.the band played amazingly and was very good at keeping the crowds energy up as well. each member had their turns showboating in the spotlight and the crowd seemed to love every moment of the show. if other acts along the lines of Whitesnake or they themselves come to this venue, Im in. I had a great experience at this venue and show and would recommend going here for a night of fun.to the band and whoever else was responsible for this show, thank you so much, cant wait to visit again.
Its a cool little venue. Its a charming old theater with great acoustics. This was my 1st time there and I really enjoyed it. Ill definitely go back.
The show itself was amazing, but that is the artist, not the theater. Seats falling apart, cramped, other guests smoking next to us, and the theatre employees doing nothing about it. Very poor collaboration for the meet and greet. We were stuck in a back storage hallway for over an hour then had to take a picture in a CORNER, next to the bathroom
Great little venue! Not a bad seat anywhere.
I was there to see The Russian Masters. The symphony was exceptional. The theatre, however, was old and dated. The wall coverings were torn and falling down. The seats were uncomfortable and made noise if we moved.
Went to see 2nd nite show of Get the Led out Led Zepplin cover band. Great show. The band was spot on.
Very comfortable theater. Easy to navigate. Free parking. No traffic jams exiting.
Had a great time at Donnie Iris. Smaller venue better view.
Great venue. Sound is amazing and not a bad seat in the place. Drinks are affordable and a wide selection. Security is tight but friendly. I suggest going a little early just to find your seat.
I love the Palace but I dont like that you cant stand up and dance. Isnt that what a concert is about. Instead have to sit like a bump on a log. BoringGet The Led Out was amazing though !!!
Beautiful Theatre. Great Performances. Reasonably Priced. Convenient Location.
One of the best venues Ive ever been to. Acoustics are fantastic.
Awesome Bret Michaels show tonight. Always a wonderful venue for these shows.
If you like the performance you will like this venue. Nearby bars with food and affordable parking available.
Great venue for this and similar events. Charming classic theater of days gone by.
A very nice place for a party. Bathrooms were excellent and the outside area was nice too.
First time there. Great seating. Parking is great too. Mommy was a awesome performance. A.K.A. Vicky.
My first time here. looking to get a light snack while waiting for Marilynn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr. to begin and came across the White Rabbit Cafe and Patisserie.. what a cozy and charming place.. The chocolate malted cheesecake was just heaven with a latte. Definitely looking forward to coming back to see the friendly staff.
The palace theater has great programs. They are as good as downtown entertainment.
The Bill Engvall show was laughs start to finish. Great performance .
Beautiful old style theater. Not particularly long lines at the bathroom or the drinks counter. Great show also
Great venue and an affordable way to see some great performers.
Such a nice theatre! Enjoyed the BJ Thomas concert. Not a bad seat in the house.
I have been there for plays, concerts, musicals. Had a great time there for all.Thank you all who work there and everyone who keeps the Palace going strong.
The corn maze before the bathroom threw me off, but other than that it smelled. Good.
This is a very beautiful theater. The food and drink choices are very limited though. the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because a show we wanted to see was rescheduled three times. The first time they rescheduled it for a month later. Then the second time they had postponed it until a year later. If your booking people for your theater, and cant even get them to show up when you pay good money to see them, you arent doing something right.
Great concert, Donnie Iris 76th birthday celebration. My first time at the Palace Theatre, its a fabulous place. Classic old theater, beautifully restored, seats are a little tight but very comfortable. Great place for a concert or a presentation, Ive heard that they have lots of shows there...
I was there for the Nutcracker with a full orchestra and huge cast. The sound quality from the orchestra was awesome, however, there is no pit so taller instruments were right at stage level. The stage overall was well planned and seems to work - lights are manual. The audience entry process flow, and overall crowd control, is painful and Will Call is in a separate, crowded building. For pure performance its great, but the building was not designed well.
Wonderful little theatre. The staff is courteous and the show itself was very enjoyable.
We love Palace Theater and attend concerts there all the time. They are very attentive to customer satisfaction, high quality, quite classy, great parking and very accessible to handicapped groups. They bring in quite a number of great groups to this area without the city traffic and congestion. I applaud this management and hope they are able to continue to do these endeavors.
A gem of a concert hall. Many superb talents.
Was here for a Clint Black Christmas show, sound system was very good and he and the boys in his band did a great job. Theyre all gifted musicians and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. They played for 1 1/2 hrs continuously, just right for me and the rest of the +55 crowd. Nice venue.
This is a place Ive gone to since I was a child. Beautifully refinished. Beautiful architecture.
Very clean, nice, old fashioned theatre. Such nice staff. You can but drinks at the bar and take them into the theatre in souvenir glasses for only $4. Make sure you eat prior to going though. No food, just candy bars/snacks. Not enough parking so get there early. This was our first time and the garage was full, lots all around were either full or reserved. Parked 4 blocks away and had to walk. Other than that easy in and easy out. Sound was great. Over all my group had a blast! We will be back!
It is a very nice old theater with lots of marble. The views from the balcony are good. My only complaint is that the seats are small and very close together. Its not good for big people.
Beautiful venue.Kip Moore was absolutely amazing
Great well kept and small venue for seeing a band up close
Beautiful, well maintained building... helpful staff...outstanding show! (Jeanne Robertson)
The Pre- show duo, the Grooms were good, skilled musicians and Mrs. Grooms has a great voice loved listening to her piano! Headliner : B. J. Thomas still a great singer, back up by great musicians, the horns and saxophone added to a as perfect performance!
Very nice old theater. Fantastic venue for a live show
Old theater is a unique and intimate venue.
