Super nice facility. Great pool and courts

Management is absent. Numerous emails ignored. Phone calls are not returned. Pool is very nice.

Manager is completely absent and rude. Not well managed. Basic things go unattended and employees lack basic training.

I am giving one star for the following reasons. The office staff is incompetent in returning phone calls when numerous messages were left. They are unwilling to apologize for mistakes they made that would not be a big deal but the attitude about it was rude . The lifeguards are just ok, but often seem distracted, I feel like I really do have to watch the kids, which I would do anyway I think. The place is not worth the price.

Pretty nice
