This is the best place in Greensboro to get mozzarella sticks and chicken wings. We have been here three times and two out of three have had really funny comedians. Not a bad ratio considering some of them are not big names. This is definitely a great place to have some fun. Then, afterwards, you can go to Texas Pete’s next door (when they reopen). I recommend this place for a Good Friday or Saturday night out. I would post pics, but taking pics is not allowed.

The top seating was soooo hot. They need more serving staff but the comedian are great!

Great service great comedians great food..food is good drinks are phenomenal but both are pricey...spent 103.00 on wings nachos 4 beers 6 fireball shots. Cozy atmosphere table for 2 could be bigger....if no bigger tables at least make the chairs softer. I recommend the 7PM showtime...not at crowded but still good environment

I enjoyed the show but really had hoped they would have reorganized, or limited seating. Only a few people wore masks. All waiters had on masks which was nice, but the bar last didnt and the bar seating was full. I was very uncomfortable.

This is like my second home. The best entertainment for your money. Always at a reasonable price. Regular Friday shows are $10. Special Events(Top Comedians) Run $25-35 on average, still a great deal. There is a one drink or food minimum purchase and those prices are also reasonable. I come here often because comedy is the best remedy for everything. You can go solo, couples, date night, friends, etc., no matter what you will laugh your butt off and leave with a smile. VIP seating sometimes comes with a meet and greet, like Carlos Marcia, Sinbad, etc. It is a small venue which makes it very appealing and homey. Every seat is a great one. The food and drinks are good so all around great value for the money.

Ive gone to this Comedy Zone since 2005. The talent brought in has gotten better. The food has improved 1000 time. The servers are a bit better, too. The only thing that has remained constant is the cramped seating. The seats are a bit uncomfortable to me. Overall, I enjoy myself and normally laugh a lot.

Very nice inside except cramped! Parking lot makes you wonder if it’s safe we parked right beside the building and there was broken glasses with car window tint attached looked like you have to worry about damage to your vehicle! Staff was awesome, little expensive if you have planned on eating there along with getting drinks. But was very enjoying

Hands down the best place to enjoy comedy in the triad. The service I receive from the staff is exceptionally great and the host Bazz is one of a kind. I look forward to visiting very soon!

Aside from the super small 14 round table we were seated at then provided with large 9 plate portions. Had to hold our drinks but We had a great time.. Leanne was funny.

I have yet to be disappointed by the staff or the comedians at the Comedy Zone. The food and the drinks are amazing and for the most part decent prices. I do not however like the sign outside that says $4 drink or food purchase minimum per person. Now I do not know if this is a joke or not but I didnt like it. Anyway, the people who has been performing the past few times I have been here have been absolutely great. After the show if your 21+ you get in to the bar next door free. It is pretty good as well. Bartenders are good and prices are typical. The dance floor had something spilled on it and no one bothered to clean it up. The DJ was playing a variety of music including line dancing. It was great, laid back southern people just trying to have a great time on a Saturday night.

The food was really good, Sinbad and his performers were great. I hadnt laughed that hard in a long, long time. I ordered l long island ice tea. Not only was it served in a small whiskey glass it was tasteless. I would have been better off ordering a glass of water.

They have a great venue. The Food is good. The Waite Staff are friendly. But they need a better way to process pre-paid tickets. The list is printed and the person at the doors has to wade thru every single name! A tablet might help.

Space is a little tight but not uncomfortable, building is a little dated ( it’s hot as hell during the summer) (upgrade the a.c. Please) service is a little slow but friendly. All that being said I have a really good time every time I’m here. Wings are good and I stick with beer because the mixed drinks are hit or miss

It was not bad for my first time. the headliner was Great I went on my birthday so I need to laugh and that is what I got to do Laughing so hard it was worth the drive for me. Tone X was Great and Dennis Beck was also .

Place is awesome! Great lay out not a bad seat in the house. Beautiful waitstaff and they keep the drinks coming! After a late show they hand out free tickets to the dance club next door which is awesome! Had a great time

The wait staff was wonderful. The club is really nice. Patrons can see even from the faraway seats. Special thanks to the event coordinator, who twice accommodated my needs with such patience. The show was side- splitting funny. We will return.

Great venue, but people of size beware. All seating except VIP is on high bar-type chairs which were terribly uncomfortable for me and my partner. We are both short and had quite a time getting up onto the chairs, and even then our legs barely touched the crossbars. We are both larger ladies and the seating is very intimate, not much room between tables.Other than that, the food and drinks were really great and the show was hilarious. The bar and wait staff did an excellent job.

The food is good, they have a full bar, and the staff is extremely accomodating and friendly.I was there with a coworker who felt like he needed to heckle the comics, and to my surprise he (or any of us, really) were not kicked out. I really tried to stop him, Comedy Zone. Even the comic noticed and made a comment about it during his set. Sorry. I did my best.After the show, the Comedy Zone offers free entry to the club next door, Arizona Petes. That is a venue for the young, which I am not. Still, if youre not done drinkin, its acceptable, and its free with your admission to the Comedy Zone.With all that said, I have seen some truly terrible comedy here. Its hit or miss, and thats purely based on the quality of the comic. That is not a reflection of the Comedy Zone. All they can do is provide the space. And they do a good job, and deal with a lot of dumb, drunk patrons sometimes. And when they do, they seem to do it with grace and professionalism.

Had an amazing time here. Was incredibly hilarious. If you cant take a joke then this place might not be for you, but if you are open minded and not a lot bothers you then this is a great place for entertainment. They also serve food and drinks. Their arent a lot of options for food and the entrees can be a bit pricey. They do have a lot of options for drinks. My friends and I tried a few of the frozen mixed drinks. The comedians are relatable and are good with combining stand up with improv.

Went to see paulie shore. Laughed till my stomach hurt. Service was on point and they interacted with the show. It was sold out and the service was top notch.

Just saw DC Curry at the Comedy Zone. Hilarious and great show. Was looking forward to the Pizza but had the Naked Wings and Homemade Fries and it was delicious. Make sure you have Sarah for server. Shes absolutely fantastic.

We went to the freestyle funny comedy show #FFCS and it was the best comedy show that Ive been to in a long time. I definitely plan go back.

This place was unexpectedly great! We went to our first comedy show here and it featured Julie Scoggins. She was funny and her set had lots of crowd involvement. The staff were great and prices reasonable. They also have Groupons available for admission. The food was good and the service was too. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, which was expected with several tables ordering. The tables are very close together. We had a really great time and will definitely be going back!

It was Hot; literally... Sold out 7:30 midweek show so it was a bit warm outside while waiting to get in. Doors opened at 6pm; line already stretched all the way down the sidewalk when we pulled up at 10 til; took us about 30 minutes to get in and seated. Wait staff was super busy but did a great job keeping up with all the food and drink orders; the coke was a little watered down or flat, but the adult beverages and food were all excellent; pizza was awesome! The entire staff was great, even when dealing with one lady complaining about her seat. We had counter seats around the inner circle and thought they were great, and of course thoroughly enjoyed the Stone Cold & Jackal show! Other than the AC struggling to keep up it was an overall fantastic time!

I really enjoyed my time at the comdey zone. Me and my bf went to see Sinbad this weekend and he was hilarious. His entire show was great. It was a sold-out show so it was packed but the staff there was amazing. Im only docking a star because we had to stand in the rain for an hour before they let us in. And I just knew that meant there would be a wait for drinks. But again to my amazement the staff was great . I will definitely be back again.

My wife and I went and saw Sinbad. We had a great time! Start to beginning was laughter. It was expensive as you are required to buy a minimum of 4$ of food and/or drink when you get there which I dont think its mentioned visible enough if at all when purchasing tickets online. But the food is good so theirs that!

It was our first time here or at any comedy club and I have always wanted to try a comedy club and we had a blast, prices were good. We drove over an hour to get there and were please with it all, mostly taken back by the shape the club was in. The club itself is slightly run-down or more than slightly. Girls bathroom has a lot to be desired. The food and the drinks were decent and the entertainment was great! We would absolutely do it again.

My only advice is not to get the V. I. P. seats. Granted its a better view but it gets overcrowded easily. But the show and atmosphere was absolutely amazing.

The comedian was great. Worth the price if admission. They dont serve free water and a bottle of it will cost you 2.75. the fresh jalapenos are not fresh. They are frozen just like every place else. The wings are great and the loaded nachos have plenty of cheese and other stuff. The smoking area out back is littered with trash. Good place to go for a laugh.
