If I could give this place -0 I would! I walked in there and she rudely said “no children in this store, leave”. Excuse me? My child isn’t even one yet and we were just looking at the little stores they had on the strip. I would never give a good recommendation to this store only because the workers are b******. Honestly don’t care if it’s posted on the door. You lost my business.

Bought this one piece nighty for valentines and after 1 wash it started to rip and tear at the neck and the buttons..... Paid $60. Not at all worth it. Very disappointed. I have bought many things from here and never disappointed until now.

Girls up front were extremely helpful, answering questions that I didn’t even think to ask.lol.There’s too much stuff, almost, to choose from. Very cool atmosphere.My only complaint is that they don’t sell drinks.lol. A soda would’ve been nice. I’ll be going back.

I like this store and shopped here a few times a year. Mostly for lingerie. Recently though, i bought what I thought was a black dress. It was $40+, amount that could have gotten me a better quality dress at nordstrom or dillards. I spent about $150+ at the store that day and specifically asked the cashier if it is something I can return, if it doesnt work. The cashier said yes. They are strict with their return policy, which is understandably so.. That is why I dont shop here as much as i do Victoria secrets or other places. Most of their stuff are one size fits all. ANyway, to make the story short. I came back 3 days later wanting to return the dress i bought. They wont return, refund or exchange it. The manager said it is a dance dress and cant be return. I seriously have no need for it, since it doesnt fit me and make my shoulder look awful. The sad part about it is, they make it look like I am the one lying by saying the cashier told me it is a returnable item. For this, I really wont be coming back to this store. And will be fighting this purchase through my bank. It is the principle of it. I am a customer, and have rights. I was told that it is an item I can return. It is not my fault the cashier dont know what they were talking about. Why would I, the customer, have to eat up the cost for not training their people correctly??My advise, do not take the employees word. Try it on. Do not leave w/ an item you havent tried on. FYI, saying one thing and doing the opposite is a scam!!

Horrible. We have spent over 1000$ at this store (minimum) since its opening. Their return policy is horrible. Even in 24 hours on a broken item that was broken at their store. Not willing to compromise and exchange for same item. They have list our business permanently.
