Great place to spend an afternoon. The mini golf is well taken care of, nice scenery, and fun for family and friends. Batting cages have all different speeds so that everyone can enjoy.

One of my favorite places to play mini golf and to hit some baseballs. Prices arent to bad and can be enjoyed by all ages. Staff is amazing and everything it nice and clean. They take pride into making sure everything is safe from covid, love coming here and would definitely recommend.

Worker was an extremely nice guy. Machine wasnt working and took my nephews coin at the cages. He came out and fixed it and most importantly gave my nephew the free round. Clean facility and grounds maintained nicely. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to spend a few hours at mini golf. Staff was very helpful and nice. Great price also. Will do it again.

It a bit expansive. And not a lot of upkeep. Signs missing or rotted. Water not flowing. All this on the 4th of July weekend.

I came here without knowing what to expect, but i seen a young lady cutting branches, when i asked for help with the batting cage she didnt hesitate to come and help me! very good employees and well managed place, i will definetely come back!

Expected better from driving by before but the water features arent on so some of the holes fall flat on expectation. Also, EVERY hole has a green lip to walk off but a majority of holes the balls roll beyond it and into the grass, rocks, etc. One hole was completely missing the marker & the nearby bush made it hard to decider it was the next start. The arcade games inside are lackluster & start at 50 cents. Overall we call it Family meh Center. Didnt try the batting cages so cannot speak to those.

Best mini golf ive ever been, so fun. 10/10. fun for all ages. also the batting cages and arcade was a blast.

So much fun! Friendly and great for parties.. they have a photo booth and air hockey! Omg!!

It seems like everyone is complaining about the batting cages and theyre right. There is at least 1 cage down EVERYTIME we go there. The prices are good though its not much money to hit and the mini golf is most likely fun.

I have been coming here for years.Always have a ton of fun, good friends, good laughs.Will definitely be coming back again.

It was our 1st time here today, it was not at all what I expected. The waterfalls and creeks werent working, very filty. Benches were broken and in serious need of repairs. My daughter got a big splinter in her hand and we had to leave halfway through the course.

The staff noticed it was my daughters birthday and made it really special! Thank you guys for taking such great care of her!

Decent but for price should be able to have two rounds

New batting cages machines are awesome but them being down 2 of the 3 times we’ve went I wonder how they are still there. Seems like they’re always down....

Very disappointing! Went to the batting cages the sign above the token machine said some of the batting cages are not working to par if you choose to use them you do not get your money back. We went to check them out and none of them were working appropriately. We asked the guy in charge whats going on with the cages and why were the others 3 not open and he said he doesnt know he just got there.

Horrible! Definitely not repeating that mistake, wasnt worth the 1 star. Should be a negative rating, theyd be highly rated on the negative side! Dry waterfalls

Two stars because the greens have been mostly replaced but the water features are still not in service for the second season in a row although they have cleaned most of the standing water and algae .

Family and I had a blast wife still beat me by 9 strokes

Very fun, only downside is waiting for people ahead of you to finish

The course was nice and people were decent I would recommend for like teenagers not young kids

Arrived at River Falls Family Fun Center at 12pm on 9/23/2019 after checking the website for hours. Which states they are open from 10am to 10pm. To find them closed no signs or anything posted about the closure. Called the number on the site and got their recording. Again, nothing mentioned about closure. It is a beautiful sunny day out and was hoping to enjoy some mini golf with my family since we all had a day off together.

Closes 45 minutes early because their owner doesnt want to pay staff for an extra little bit while we finish up our golf session. Closing hours were clearly listed, but we were 45 minutes too early, so refused service. And the jerk employee made derogatory statements about me being a veteran because I had a shirt on about one of my previous deployments.

My boyfriend batting four rounds @ the batting cage. I tried it my self for the first time. The only bad thing is the ball machine needs some good loving and care.

HORRIBLE. ALWAYS CHANGE TIMES AND ARE NEVER CONSISTANT WITH TIMES. horrible workers. just today i had a terrible experience with the closing times and ruined me and my friends night. expect the worst.

Needs shade at the batting cages and around the mini golf course. No place to sit on the xourse!

More like family MEH center. Most of the water areas were dry and there was a lot of trash around.

Very horrible experience the manager there was very rude yelled at her own staff and almost started yelling at some customers I would never in a million years think of coming back very unpleasant time manager should be fired

Mixed feelings. Have enjoyed the mini-golf here and all in all think its a fun place but the batting cages are not worth it. Tried them once and they kept acting up by repeatedly not giving the appropriate number of pitches per play and also not starting after accepting a token. So if youre going for the batting cages Id say go elsewhere, but its a good place for mini-golf!

We only use the batting cages and here is the problem with them. In short the machines are consistent at not being consistent. I wish there were other options in the areas but for the price of these inconsistent machines I will deal with it.

The lady, I think her name was Jessica working around 2-3pm on the 5th of July was very rude and uncomfortable and I felt like everything was not organized or professional and she made me not want to come back anytime soon.

We enjoyed playing mini golf here. A fun 18 hole layout. The staff was very friendly.

I had a terrible experience there was a manager named Jessica extremely rude and disrespectful to staff as a manager myself I would never speak to my staff or my customers in that way very disappointed.

It would have looked more scenic if the water was flowing through the course. The course also seemed more challenging than fun, but I guess it was worth the price we paid.

Went for the batting cages. 1$ tokens for 12 pitches and no rental fees for bats. Fast and friendly service too. Will totally be back

We went in a Sunday, but it had rained earlier. The batting cages (the reason we went) werent working so well because the wheels that pitch the balls were wet. The machine would skip a pitch, and then pitch two at once. There US a sign posted that the machine wont work right when wet. We returned the next day and the machines were working correctly. However, I advise everyone that you only out in one token at a time and wait for at least a minute between sessions so the token machine can recalibrate. We list tokens, but the staff were great about replacing them. Make sure to let them know any machines that are malfunctioning.

We called ahead and the automated machine said they were open every day until 10 pm. We got there at 6 pm and they looked closed down. I’m really upset with this place. You’d think a “professional” place of buisness would have an updated webpage, automated machine. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, they will be hearing from the BBB.

It is quite a lot of fun. Staff there is nice. Could use a little bit of updating on the golf course though.

Love to take my kids to River Falls.They have an 18 hole golf park. We can spend all day and prices are very reasonable. There are all kinds of trees, small Creek going through out the course.Inside they have all kinds of machines where the kids spend time playing..

We had a great time playing mini golf with our kids (ages 5 and 8).

There was no water in the water features, looks like not alot of maintenance is taking place there. It was busy and still relatively entertaining.

The water wasnt running for the water falls, very unsafe railings. Multiple holes on each hole, one part has a very unsafe crosswalk- a bunch of uneven rocks. OVERPRICED. People are not that nice. Also they need to update the gold course.

Need to get the river turned back on for 5

It was packed the first time and we couldnt even play. The staff was very frendly and gave us a rain check. The next time we came we had a balst!

Batting Cages, Mini Golf, Ice Cream Treats, Arcade Games all in the city of Greenfield near Southridge mall. Inexpensive and Fun for a family or date night.

Nice place for fun, mini- course, challenging. They have a small arcade inside, fun, the air hockey was a blast. A few snacks, popcorn, chilly icy.

Great place to host a kids party I couldnt say enough.

Batting cages are very reasonably priced. 12 balls for a dollar. The mini golf course is challenging enough to be interesting but not impossible.

Went to this place for hitting and it was closed. Called and voicemail was full, went on Google for some information, it says they are open. Place has no website, outdated online information. The only way to find out when they open was to drive by the place. I guess their opening is on 3/23 or 3/25?You have to do a better job at providing customers with opening dates because I an see a lot of people making their way there if weather is very pleasant.

Step up your game guys. Your mom had the place running smoothly. Maybe dont leave an incompetent college student in charge, and then be afraid to cross her. The place has potential if you had better management and maybe kept the place up a bit. My daughter enjoyed working there for the tiny bit she did. Thank you for showing her you could care less about the business, or her...great ownership. Ive mini golfed there for the last 15 years on occasion, sorry to say I will go out of my way to avoid your business...and seriously, fix the water pump...who wants to pay that much money to mini golf with no water....and fix the batting cages, your young employees dont deserve to be treated the way they are when you have angry customers.

This mini golf is so much fun

Bought tokens for batting cages for child. Only 3 out of 6 cages were working, 2 of the working ones stopped working before son got to take a swing, leaving only fast cage working. Tried to get money back, was told no refunds. Not the workers fault, just a horrible policy.UPDATE: Went back a week.or so later, cages were stuck again, but worker(owner) showed up within minutes and stuck around to keep machines working so that everybody present could use the machine. Raised to 4 stars.

We primarily go just for the cages. We do live the golf. Last time we went only the soft ball pitch worked not the fast pitch. So trip there was kind of pointless. Heading there tomorrow I hope they have the fast pitch up and running

Cant speak for anything but mini-golf and staff. Staff were nice, that was the only good thing about this place. Standing water and torn up greens. Definitely wont be going back.

Only mini golf in the area. Sometimes the water fall is working so it helps on certain holes, otherwise if its not it hinders your shot. It needs upgrading as parts are deteriorating. They should have a limit on the amount of people per group that are allowed per hole. It was just myself & my husband & we got stuck behind a group of 9 that wouldnt let anyone play through. They also wouldnt start playing the next hole until everyone in their group was finished with the current hole. It took over 2 hrs to play! Way more time than it normally took. Then there is no enforcement on rules like climbing on rocks, kids were running & climbing all over the place, not just young kids but teens too. Parents didnt care, nor did the staff. If it wasnt the only one in town, wed go elsewhere, but dont want to drive to Brookfield all the time to play.

Mini golf with the family always a great time

My daughters and I went to play some mini golf on 7/23/18. $8.50 for adults and $6.50 for kids 12 & under. Pretty pricey for what you get. We didn’t even get to play the 16th and 17th hole because they were getting worked on. Seems odd that they would wait until open to begin working on them. There was no water where there was supposed to be water and no waterfall going. Just empty basins with muck at the bottom. Probably about 10% of the boundary bricks were missing or out of place, so the ball end up off of the course. Place just seemed rundown.Not worth the money, and do not recommend for mini golf.

This is one of the nicest places we ever played Minature Golf at. We took the kids and had a great time. They have very reasonable prices and that is a big plus!For those who enjoy baseball they have batting cages. On the way out we enjoyed their arcade games with tickets to winAll in all a great time and staff that was eager to please!

Just needs an update to their equipment and courses.

I dont want to give poor ratings but Ive seen the quality of this place steadily go down hill. This visit was the last straw. The batting cages that had lights were locked and broken, the cages that were open had lights that didnt work! People were trying to hit in the dark! What a joke! This place is becoming a real dump. Time to go out to Brookfield!

There is no water in the moats around the course looks super tacky boss man didnt want to pay holiday prices to fix the problem but we ad customers are supposed to pay full price to use the course when its not 100% boo on the boss man and for being cheap

This place is terrible....says its open at 10..here at 10:30..doors are locked...so frustrating...get it together!!!

Been here twice to use the batting cages. The first time it worked sporadically and I had to get the attendant out three times. Today, it wouldnt work at all, and the high school girl attendant informs me she only works behind the counter and doesnt know anything about the batting cages. Disappointing!

Real chill out place for fun and games; and family gatherings

Awful. Nothing works. Golf course is in disrepair. Purchased $20 in batting cage tokens only to find that only 2 of the cages “work”. Meaning they have to be kicked back into action by an employee every 15 minutes. . When I asked for a refund of my unusable tokens I was told the owners don’t refund any money. Ruined a family night out.Response from owner says I received a phone call and was offered a refund. I never talked to anyone on the phone or was offered a refund.

Great place for mini putt and driving balls. Ice cream is spectacular here.

It was fun, we mainly went to use the batting cages. The main building had an over powering smell of urinal cakes, so much so that a little girl came in and immediately loudly asked what smelled so bad. The batting cages were fun, but they broke several times, requiring you to push a reset button until they started working again, which usually meant losing the first pitch afterwards. Their mini golf is fun, and they are reasonable overall

Great place an batting cages work just like they are supposed to. Last 3years never had a problem, always able to get our swings in an we are out of there. An we will be there next year...

This place was falling apart, there are dried up areas lined with scum that looks like it could have been a pond and the staff was very unfriendly. Im not one to complain but I almost asked for my money back. I will definitely never go back and dont really expect this place to be open much longer. Zero stars from me.

Went for the batting cages. At least half of the pitching machines were out of order or only partially functional (softball only or vice versa). Equipment is poorly maintained. Fast ball machine pitches low enough for a golf swing.

!! Fun on top of more Fun !! They need to fix a few things golf hole par info stumps are broken and alot of the wood around is rotten.
