Went for the first time since COVID hit, today. We wanted this to be a positive experience where mask rules would hopefully be enforced. Unfortunately they were not enforced. One adult woman customer came in with her mask off, checked in with her mask off, and kept it under her chin the entire time. Maybe I would have been less bothered if she wasn’t coughing without covering her mouth. Ew. Two staff were walking around all over without masks. And 7 teenage early adult customers were also jumping without masks/running around. Hand sanitizer was available! Yay. But we were super uncomfortable and won’t be coming back until this COVID is over.

This place is pretty crazy. That being said they do really well making sure everyone is watched and safe. This place I would say is well taken care of and clean. There are plenty of things to do for kids of every age.

Shady business practices and terrible customer service. My wife was told she was buying a 1-month membership by an employee - turns out it was a 6-month membership. Couldnt get a hold of any customer support over the phone, and in a very passive aggressive e-mail response, they refused to refund anything, but said we could cancel the membership. We told them very clearly to cancel it, but were still being charged.

Fantastic Service, especially during these hard times they were very accommodating and followed all CDC and local health Guidelines. The staff was great and we love having them open. Thanks Again!

Fun, safe place to take the kiddos to have fun! This is somewhere the kids will definitely ask to go again

Good place to take the kids in the dead of winter to blow off steam.

The kids enjoyed themselves. However it was not safe. They didnt require a mask and adults as well as children over 5yrs old were un masked and jumping. I informed the staff was told they couldnt do anything. The service at the snack stand was horrible, I cant even go into that. The management team was nice and seemed concerned but I was very disappointed. I guess Ill have to drive to Brookfield.

Went there with my family and it was a terrible experience. There was a little kid bullying my nephew and the workers did absolutely nothing. I had to talk to the childs parent myself. The whole 2 hours this was happening. I will never come back to this place and I HIGHLY recommend you dont either.

They dont mention that theyre not offering all the attractions but still charging you full price to use the park just so you can find out the things you were paying for arent even available. Also, were all there having a great time playing dodgeball with the kids, everyone is being safe and mindful of the little ones, and this witch shuts its down because she says adults cant play with kids. My son insisted that i pay for a ticket for me specifically so i could play with him, that was the entire point, but captain buzzkill came over for no reason but to ruin the only fun thing left to do there after we dropped $150 for my son to have his birthday here. Save your money- take your family bowling or something. There are easier ways to throw away your cash.

I enjoyed the visit. Very clean and great social distancing. Not over crowded which i enjoyed most with the corona circumstances.

This is not a good place for social distancing, nor in the 120 minutes I was here did I see anything get wiped down. There is no hand sanitizer after any course, by lockers, or even filling out the waiver on the computer. Half of the ppl in her doesnt have on a mask and Im pretty sure this is a Covid-19 hot spot!

Great place for the kids to burn off energy, super clean! Food was delicious!

Had my sons birthday party. The first portion of jumping was fine. However, there was not a party room available for us. We waited for 30 min to get our room. Once we got the part room, it was a free for all. We had no hostess. She was busy being overworked at the cashier. I had to bring up our cakes, find a way to light the candles, and cut the cake with a plastic fork. No one checked in us, helped serve the kids, or anything like that. I had to check myself out- this was very poor customer service. If you are looking for a better experience for your kids parties, try a different trampoline park. I have yet to talk to Ben the GM, he wasn’t in today. I will post an update after talking with him.

This place is fun...you can do anything you really want like a double front flip cause they didnt say anything to me and they didnt care but its fun to do any tricks you want and the basketball things are fun to play of too....working on the obstacle course is also fun and i have a year pass so i will be able to jump for awhile until my pass runs out and it is better to get the pass on black Friday

Park was very clean and staff was very friendly and everyone was wearing a mask when I was in the facility as well as employees were wearing masks as well.

My sister takes my niece all the time and invited me and my daughter yesterday. It was our first time going and we had a blast. I was exhausted but my 5 year old niece and 3 year old daughter were so tired from jumping and playing that they literally crawled through the front door when we got home. A bit pricey but we had a great time. The food is typically overpriced at this type of place so thats normal, but the food here was actually good. Literally my only complaint is that if you dont reserve a private party section then itll be impossible to find a place to sit and eat and you WILL need a break to eat and DRINK lbvs. Understandably, there is no food allowed in the play areas so its not like you can go sit on one of the benches there thats the only thing I didnt like. But the staff was very very busy, but also nice in my experience. Im thinking about going again in about an hour. I still give them 5 stars and will return very soon even if not today.

Sky Zone Greenfield is opening? Are temperature checks required at the door? Are masks required? How many people are allowed in at one time? Sounds like... Corona time! Jumping, sweating, breathing hard, and don’t forget the full body contact with strangers you’ll get with the foam pit!

Great jump zones, the drop area was closed for maintenance even though it wasnt listed like that online shopping that was annoying. I would have given it 4.5 except for how unorganized they are. Plan to wait up to 30 minutes in line e(the food line). We had reservations, got there at 4:45 and didnt get fully checked in until 5:15 even with having the waivers already completed. Just really really SLOW service in the front. And no acknowledgement of people waiting for ages.

Great place to tire out the kids, and fun for adults too! It can be pricey to visit but membership is very reasonable and easily pays for itself, especially over the winter. My only complaint is kids not following the safety rules, and the teens that work there do not stop them.

I had my daughters birthday party here today and it was great! Ive had a lot of birthday parties at many different places, and our party host Ariel was by far the best ever! We had way more people than I anticipated and she was very professional and accommodating. We will definitely come back, and its because of her!

I rate this place a 2 because of how dirty it was !Yes it was fun and all .Just very dirty.Bathrooms were very messy and I mean the floors and toilets were really really dirty.Makes me wonder how do they clean the nets if they even do.My child is 2 and he was putting his mouth on the nets came home with a funky swollen lip .This place is dirty and they need to step it up on cleansiness.

No rules it seems and employees dont care about unruly patrons.

Apparently you only get specials if you request them... We came here yesterday (Monday) to entertain our family visiting from Florida; We paid for two kids and two adults to jump for 90 minutes ($21 each). After being there for a little bit, I went to the bathroom. On the stall door theres a sign that says Parents jump for free on Monday. Taken directly from the website, it says Special only valid during Summer Hours. The FREE jump time of the parent is the same time amount of the childs jump time. We went up to the counter to see why we werent given this offer, and the manager told us that its corporate policy that the customer has to ask for the offer and he wouldnt refund us the extra $40. Really? Wouldnt you want to make sure all customers get the available offers so they can go hey, that was fun, we should go there again! Thats how you get repeat customers. Its not like it was a coupon offer and I forgot the coupon. Its a shame the manager was so unwilling to be helpful or cooperate and wouldnt refund us because otherwise we had a lot of fun there. If we go to Sky Zone again itll definitely be the Waukesha location.

Great place for kids to play and stay off the computer! Grandson had a blast.

This sky zone is small and nice but the staff is inpatient and rude. My daughter tried asking staff for help standing in front of the girl and she ignored her. Then the same girl at the register was also at the Fuelzone lied about what was available. I asked for nuggets and she said they didn’t have any but when a white customer asked they Miraculously had the available. Just travel to the one in Waukesha!!!!

Great place to take the kids to have fun and tire them out. Not thrilled with the employees however. They all are incompetent. The operations manager Ben is a complete moron and should be fired. No one knows what is going on and they lack professionalism. We had an issue with our passes and no one could offer any sort of solution or even try to resolve the issue. It was an issue that they also mentioned other customers were having as well. Instead they would rather have us leave unhappy and apparently take our money and business elsewhere. If it werent for us asking for Cindy the general manager our issue probably would have been unresolved. She was the only person willing to help and offered apologies for the whole situation.

Lets see why I loved it... Oh yea, the warrior course. Went thru about once or twice well one and a half times if you count the fall. Either way Im ready for American ninja warrior!

We really enjoyed this sky zone! its bigger and cleaner than the other trampoline parks weve been to. Lots of unique activities such as the challenge course that at no extra cost and the big foam pet with ultimate warrior fighting posts. Really lots to do for everyone from my 8-year-old to my 2-year-old.

I spoke with a worker by the name Tiffany she was great and had a lot of patience while I drilled her with questions. I appreciate her help and am now booking a party package.

This is the second time this has happened to us! Toddler time is listed on the calendar and when we arrived the doors are locked and there is a line of people waiting outside. I contacted skyzone last time, and there was no response or explanation. Today, there were dozens of people in line and the call center for skyzone confirmed that toddler time was happening, and they would contact a manager to open up. The lights werent even on in the building. I dont think Ill waste my time and bring my kids here again.

Terrible customer service and laughed by the cashier for not giving her a printout from the computer after I had filled out waiver twice. She laughed that my I spelled out my last name and she couldnt find me after I filled it out online before I came No Help from THE poor customer Service there just made fun of us and it was my first time I would say NO MORE to any of these places with no help to fill out that waiver on a computer with no print out after I gave all my Info and agreed and pressed accept

Not enough staff actually watching people while they do really dangerous stunts that are against the rules and almost land on top of little kids. Alot of staff on phones and hanging out and chatting and not paying attn. I saw teen boys for about 5 straight min bounce onto the giant support poles that go to the ceiling climb about 20 ft up and jump off. No one noticed or just didnt say anything thing to them . I will be looking for other activities for my son.

Just went there for the Teacher Appreciation Night. Even though I only saw it on the Sky Zone Milwaukee Facebook page, I called the Greenfield location last night and the worker said that it was also going on there at the Greenfield location. Went inside with my kids to find out that it was not going on then. Though maybe theyd offer some discount or something to fix their mistake (why did their worker tell me it was there?!) But no they did not offer anything. Manager seemed to busy to even care.

This place is a great idea to burn off some energy for the kids but is dirty and there are fruit flies all over the upstairs ..Sticky tablesDirty floorsDirt in all the places that could easily be cleaned with some good management leading this place ..The last thing I want is bringing my kids to have fun and leave with a sickness ..Please don’t turn into a chucky cheese ..

It was a really fun place. I went for my nephew birthday party he also has a good time. They have plenty games for your children to play. Your really enjoy it with your children. to me is way better than Chuck-E-Cheese.

Way too hot and crowded. We attended a birthday party so we had s space to eat but if we werent at the party, we would have been standing. Again, way too hot, all the kids hair was wet from sweat. There was no ventilation as well. The party attendant was great, and the kids had fun but the crowding and big kids made me nervous jumping all around the small kids!

We took our two boys, ages five and six, to Sky Zone Greenfield for the first time last weekend! Our entire family had an amazing time!! This place is awesome! The kids didn’t want to leave and it was such a joy seeing them jump their little hearts out! There was an employee, named Isaiah, who was just wonderful to both of our boys! Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure that both of our boys were well cared for! Not only that, but he spent extra time to help our six-year-old, who is diagnosed with autism, complete the warrior course! We will definitely be back!!

Managers seemed a little confused! Had a fundraiser here, and had parents come tell me they were let in for free, that payment would be billed to the school later. Thats not how it works! Parents pay, the school gets a cut of the money. Not sure how much money we missed out on. Not good....

Very disrespectful teenage employees. But great managment!!!

While checking in the staff was extremely rude and not very knowledgeable. Kept having to ask their manager who wasn’t much older than they were. The food choices they had were extremely limited as they “didn’t have that right now” kids had fun and the place was semi clean. Just disappointed in the staff at the front desk and food service. Staff that was out jumping was nice.

My oldest granddaughter loves Sky Zone. She was here for a birthday party, and everything went well. There are many different ways to have fun here; trampolines are just part of the experience.

Had an issue with a pass and the manager, Ben, went above and beyond to offer a fair and fast solution. Kids had lots of fun. Such a great way to burn energy!

Really nice set- up for bigger crowds.... open concept.... easy to keep track of your kids! Wish the signage was better upon walking in..... its not clear that you need to sign the waiver before getting in line to pay.

We had a great experience! All the staff that we encountered today was very helpful and very nice to our kids! It was clean, including the restrooms. They also have a nice amount of seating for the parents.They had a good variety of snacks and beverages. I would highly suggest checking out this location..

Find any other place to go than this one. If your child gets hurt here, they will do less than nothing to help you. Since our daughter had her leg broken at Sky Zone, we learned about the many other kids who have been hurt at Sky Zones on a routine basis with Sky Zone refusing to take responsibility. After a staffer assured my wife that it would be fine for a 4-year-old to jump, she bought a 30-day pass. Last Sunday was busy and the employees werent keeping big kids separate from the smaller kids very well. Within 15 minutes of arriving, a big girl jumped onto our 4-year-old and broke her tibia (lower leg bone). Screaming in pain, an employee picked her up and told her to walk on it. Once we made it to her, the employee handed her off and then disappeared. He did nothing to document the injury or help. I got ice for her as we tried to figure out what was wrong. Again, no one documented the injury or offered to help. We went to the ER where they diagnosed it as a break. In the week since, the employees and managers have not been helpful in getting us information, including waiting days to return phone calls and emails. It has been 9 days now and we are coming to the realization, after writing 3 times and calling 6 times, that they arent going to share a copy of their waiver or who their insurance company is. Simply put, Sky Zone does not have enough employees to make sure your kids arent going to get hurt. When kids are inevitably hurt, they will shuffle them out the door, and will do less than nothing to help. Just google Sky Zone injury and see what comes up. This appears to be their business model. Then find anything else to do in town.Im writing this in hopes that no other child has to experience the pain and suffering my daughter did and that no parent has to standby and experience their childs needless suffering.

This review is based on using the jump pass. Each location is owned separately and there for they will not accept the jump pass from other locations. The corporation need to figure this out. Most restaurants, hotels and quiet a few operations throughout the US have the same owner operation and still find out a way to take care of their customers. You might want to learn from them. Will not be going back to this location.

We had such a great experience today at Sky Zone’s toddler time. As I mentioned before we were there for Friday’s toddler time 9:30am-11am. Upon arrival I immediately noticed that the facilities are clean and maintained. As we listened to all the Disney jams bumping in the background, I looked around to see that there was ample room for my little one to roam around, jump, play and meet some new friends. It was reassuring to see that mostly all of the kids were ages 5 and under and their parents did a great job keeping an eye on them. There were extra large plushy teddy bears, foam noodles and balls for the littles to play with while jumping. It was our 1st time there and we’ll definitely be back.

The place is so disgustly dirty. We were there right when it opened, and just garbage, food, all over floors and jumping areas.

We have been coming here for a couple of months and my boys have really enjoyed the time they spend here. Isaiah is especially great with the kids. He really interacts with the kids and makes sure they are safe while jumping.

They have a lot more stuff to do then HELIUM in New Berlin & a better snack bar selection. They even have an upper level that over sees the whole place so that parents can sit & enjoy their time while the kids wear themselves out (I know I did).

Well a lot of fun...till fire at the entrance!! But one of the staff was on the ball. One fire door was covered by snow. Rest of employees just standing around. But great place to take your kids to burn energy.

I just wish toddler jump time lasted more than an hour. Where as the doors open at nine. And the lines to the parking lot. So u really dont get an hour to jump.

This was my first time at this location. I brought some of my students, and the court member, Isaiah, was very welcoming. He engaged with the kids, and he made sure they were safe while still having fun.

Went there for a birthday party. The jumping was very fun, and was everything I expected. However, reception left a lot to be desired. Much of the staff didnt quite know what was going on. Pizza was mediocre as well. Overall fun, but could use some work.

Super fun, but needs more trampolines.

Had an absolutely amazing time. Had nothing but smiles and laughs while there. Only problem is there was a young lady wearing a collard black shirt that had a strong odor coming off her. Believe she was a manager but not too sure. Other than that, had an absolute blast there.

Horrible service. Horrible signage telling you to fill out waiver first. Music WAY TOO LOUD. IMO they would make more money if they offered a quiet room for parents. Also theres more potential for increased sales if they had concessions geared toward the parents. Then the parents would be more likely to pay for more time for the kiddos if they were able to enjoy their own time there!

The park was awesome but when I tried to call on the phone the worker was very unclear and put me on hold a lot.

Great place to go for the whole family. Just go before 730 not as crowded if you have little ones. Also groupon is a great money saver

Staff is on the phones or just sitting around talking to each other. They do not watch the kids whats so ever. They also dont enforce any of the rules so i could see how kids get hurt here. The waukesha location is way better and much more pleasant. Wont return to this location. I reccomend you get your Staff and management under control.

It was awesome!! But the prices are a alot for a family to go together!!

Stuff is still rude and they do not watch kids on the trampolines, only go back because my kids were given a year long pass for Christmas and they like it. They know how to follow rules and be safe, others do not and staff does not stop unsafe behaviors.

It was my first time here and isaiah came right up to me and welcomed me. He then thoroughly explained the game my son was playing “dodgeball” and reassured me of safety elements that kept the kids safe.The place was clean and all the staff was welcoming, helpful and kind !I will definitely come to this location again !

Had a good time at Skyzone, the court monitors Ivan and Isaiah were great with the my 3 kids and good at their jobs. They made sure the kids a wow experience and we’ll be coming back in the future.

Nice layout and plenty to do for all ages. If you have kids 8 and older Id suggest to look on skyzones web site to avoid going anytime after toddler time. Wait at least 2 hours after toddler time ends. Many of the staff do not have the common sense to keep the toddlers separate from older kids. They also dont seem to redirect them off the warrior course. Especially the dodgeball area. Great place!, but staff training and supervision is weak!

Went for toddler time and it was very good, the kids loved it. The only issue is that the staff didnt intervene when other parents started jumping. Toddler time is for kids only. The other parents were doing flips and very high jumps around 2-5 year olds which is unacceptable and the staff just stood idly by. The Waukesha location does a much better job with refereeing.

It is my first time here and I brought my 4 kids and Isaiah the court monitor made sure my kids were safe and had a wow experience. I will for sure be back in the future.

Was fun for jumping but the party service was just okay. It was a hassle to get any sort of beverage. I see this as a place where water should be available for kids getting too warm and there was nothing available until we had to go to the consessions and ask for some. I understand that the unlimited beverages paid for had to wait until the pizza came but honestly if it was unlimited why was it limited to only when the pizza came?? Makes no sence to me.

Kids had a blast at the birthday party they attended. It was very crowded, but somehow it all worked out. We will be back.

Fun place, staff kept things running smoothly and addressed concerns quickly and professionally.

I was going like “Jump, jump, jump!”

This skyone is totally disappointing for Dodge ball lovers; my kids love to play Dodge ball and they go to Skyzone for this. The refs at Dodge ball court do not apply the game rules, no body is out when he/she is hit by the ball which makes the game boring. My kids told the refs about that and they never told the players who should go out to do so! This branch is new but we have been there like 4 times now and they never get better at the dodge ball issue.

I love it. My kids have a 90 day pass and it was worth every penny.

Clean place kids enjoyed themselves . I love how this location Doesnt force the little kids to stay in a certain small little section and allows them to elsewhere, now my two year old can jump with his older brother. MUSIC IS TOO LOUD.
