The movie was so loud that our kids were holding their ears and almost in tears..We went to ask for it to be turned down and the attendant said that the previews were loud but the movie wouldnt be..It was unbelievably loud... Another trip to talk to the attendant resulted in him telling me that he didnt think it was loud...After I insisted that it was he acted like I was a nuisance and mumbling to himself walked away.. I thought that he was going to adjust the sound but that was not the case..The movie was something that our kids and I were looking forward to for weeks and was totally ruined... Never going back to AMC in Greeneville Tn.

Terrible customer service. Halfway through the movie the camera stoped working and they said there’s nothing they can do about it and said we would have to come back other day and the worst part about it is they wouldn’t give us a full refund even though there camera stoped working. Manager needs to be fired. They don’t even deserve a 1 star

Seats are a bit outdated and uncomfortable. The screens are large and there are plenty of great viewing angles. There is no online seat reservation and if you go on a big ticket event you have get there very early and hope you get a good seat.

Seats are comfortable. Sound quality in the theaters is good. The variety of concessions is good. Prices are reasonable.

A clean well maintained theater with nice screens and sound. Tuesday movies and snacks are a great deal if your an AMC stubs insider member (free membership online). They have the fancy coke machines with tons of soda flavors to choose from. Also, dont worry if youre running late for a movie, they usually have about 20 mins of previews before the film actually starts.

I love their $5 movies on Tuesdays. Awesome place.

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was terrible. First, I took the time to pay $15 for the AMC app so I could “avoid” the ticket fees. For four small popcorns, 2 large popcorns, and 5 drinks...I paid $74!!! Hahahaha! I could have taken my family out for a nice meal. That does not include the prices for the tickets! This means I spent over $100 for my family to see a movie. Carmike all the way! I never spend over $50 with their great app discount and military discounts (with reclining seats, friendly people, and music playing before the movie so you can have some privacy!). Also, the staff consisted of 4 teenagers that were not happy to be at work. When my five year old is concerned ...you know there is a problem. Oh, by the way, it’s five minutes past the start time of the movie and the screen is blank. Not a good experience for any family, especially military far from home, or even close to being a good experience. Avoid this theater!!!

Good place to watch a movie, needs some more choices for snacks, we enjoy using the A-List to watch 3 movies per week.

Not an awful theater, just like 10 years behind what is typically expected from an AMC. Limited food menu, older projection equipment, no alcohol, no reserved seating, and no recliner seats. Basically it gets the job done but people that attend AMC theaters in other locations may be let down a bit.

Theater 4 was extremely dirty, chairs were broken and havent been cleaned in a very long time. Bring a seat cover.

This movie theater is nice. The chairs are comfortable but sticky. It needs a good cleaning. The prices are insane tho. 13 dollars for a drink and nacho. 8 or more for a movie ticket.We spent 85 dollars not including the tickets. Just for 2 nachos, a pretzel, 3 drinks. We could have went out to eat for that. I would recommend waiting for the movie to come out and go to redbox.The tickets are only sold inside now. You cant see what movies are playing from the road. Seems they just want to make it harder on people.

Very poor experience web site says open at 11am didnt open till 3pm right before my movie started . The food prices are freaking ridiculous $18 dollars for one soda and popcorn. Never visiting here again.

Great theater! My only complaint is that the staff no longer serves fountain drinks along with your popcorn. You get to stand in line once again at a self-serve machine which is a little difficult to operate, especially the first time. Im just asking....Why should anyone have to stand in line 3 times before you can enjoy a movie??? (One for tickets, again for popcorn/food and yet again for your drink.) Crazy!

I used to really enjoy having a fairly new and nice theater in my town. This place has went a little downhill. I expected it to be nicely renovated and have a little extra sparkle after being renovated. That was not the case. The floors looked dirty. I think they pulled up carpet and that exposed bare concrete that was unappealing. The armrest/drink holder for every seat around me was dirty. I was there for the first show of the day too.

I HATE this theater. We only have one and my husband and I use to really enjoy going, especially on Tuesday. Sometimes we would see 2 movies in one day. I LOVED driving by and looking at the sign to see what was on. So many movies come out and we have to drive to another city to watch it. Just drive by on Tuesday. The parking lot use to be full now, however,, there is plenty of parking.

Absentee management - One line for tickets and snacks ( if you want to make the show on time you better get there early) - Sound vol almost never loud enough - Seldom gets the best of the newest movies - COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER IF SOMEONE CARED!

Its our only theatre in town. MAC took it over and everything changed...and not for the better.One very noticeable thing is how dirty it is, especially the floors in the restrooms. Yukk!! Spray on some cleaners, use a mop, and hose it down! It smells dirty, is dimly lit, and not conducive to going very often.Ive sent messages to AMC with NO response = they dont care what I think.

It is a nice theater.. the concessions are a bit pricey, but no more than any other place. The theater and seats are kept nice and clean.Staff is friendly, and there is always a good selection of movies to see.Tickets are a decent price as well. Before AMC bought the theater there used to be five dollar Tuesdays.. now you have to become a Stubs member (which costs you extra money) to get your tickets for five dollars on Tuesday... Lame. Rating would have been five stars if it werent for that.

I usually enjoy my trips to the movies; however, this particular experience was poor enough to warrant a negative review. Our movie was scheduled to begin at 7PM, and at 7:20, we still had no previews playing and had been watching a black screen with music playing for approximately 15 minutes. Until this point, myself and the rest of the customers were annoyed but remained patient. When the issue was brought to the attention of the staff, they half-heartedly apologized and said that it would be taken care of. Ten more minutes later, still no movie. After two additional complaints, the previews finally began to play. One would think that after a 30-minute delay, they would skip straight to the feature as an attempt to manage the inconvenience. Our movie finally began at 7:50. There was no formal apology from management or any attempt to reimburse the moviegoers for this negative experience. I expect the reaction would have been much different had the theatre been crowded, rather than having only 8 attendees. My family and I will no longer visit this particular theatre and will be going out of town to watch our movies from now on. Had the management made an effort to care about their customers or improve the experience, this review, and my general perspective regarding the service, would have been much more positive. Keep this in mind when planning date nights or nights out with your family - they don’t care if you’re inconvenienced, as long as they get your money. You may want to consider taking your business somewhere else as well.

The movie I saw was great... Dunkirk. And the price was good for a matinee. But.... the chairs seem to be old and worn. They are narrow and the armrests are fixed into position. My companion for the movie wanted popcorn, but the taste was awful and even when she went back for a replacement it was still bad (note: other patrons mentioned the same thing). The theater seems to be understaffed, but that may just be the economics of our times.Overall, I cant complain too much.. and will be back. After all, it is about the movie, right?

Pretty comfy seats and they have the latest movies. They dont have a marquee thats visible from the road so you have to park to find out whats playing. Put up a marquee already! There was one before AMC took over.

At one time I gave this theater rave reviews, but since AMC took over the offerings are neither varied nor mentally stimulating. I go weeks on end wanting to see an award winning film that never comes to this location. Also, AMC removed the marquee so when you drive by you cannot see what is playing. Judging by the lack of cars in the lot, other would-be movie goers are also not as inclined to go to the theater.I am tech-happy, and have their app which is just mediocre. I still miss the marquee.

Personnel always courteous and polite. Good place for grandchildren to go to see movies. BUT, those with gun mentality, I dont feel safe knowing you have a gun because I dont know you at all, I dont know if you are sane, crazy, about to go of, what will provoke you yet you have a gun. First of all, the theater is NOT old and the seats are, most certainly NOT older and well worn. Silly. Its not a luxurious theater but it is neat and clean and the seats are comfortable and not worn. Movie start time was 1030, it didnt start until 1045 with previews. Was ridiculously hot in theater. Was better before AMC took over.

Went to see “love dogs this evening . The wrong movie was listed on the overhead . We sat through all the previews and when Mama mia came on we realized we were in the wrong theatre . When my friend found an employee their statement was ‘ oh I guess I could have told you “. We missed the first part of the movies . No apologies. The bathrooms are dirty, no paper towels in either holder . Toilets haven’t been cleaned in awhile .The employees are always huddled in the corner talking and there is usually on anout two people at counter, one cashier and one getting concessions, no matter how busy they are . Hardly ever anyone taking tickets and directing you to which movies is where, (hence the issues this evening ), on the weekend an employee was squatted down next to butter station with his cell phone and his ear buds in, didn’t even look up when we went through, Although the employees are. Never rude, they needs better management and housekeeping, this theatre alas over all really went downhill . The only employee you really ever see actually working is the older man Richard, I am really surprised he is not the Manager . He Probley should be.

Really nice theater to catch a movie. The facility is nicer than some larger city theaters, if you are close by and want to see a film, this theater is definitely worth visiting.

Found a dog in their parking lot that appeared to be lost. The staff was extremely friendly and also concerned for the dog and took down my number just in case the owner was looking for him. We did find the owner of the dog that night.
