Affordable housing at its best, vastly superior to any local apartment complexes

I gave it a five because the only thing i seen wrong was the people who work in the office way till dinner to open and the sign on the door says 8 am to 6pm mon through friday other then that i mean its clean its kid friendly and the residents are all friendly its seems to be a great place to raise a family

Its nice to see that new ownership is finally taking initiative to make this place a friendly, respectable place to live!

Its nice now but still kinda trashy but def a nice place to start out in you can rent to own the trailers in there and have it paid off in 2 years at 450 a month

Out with the old and in with the new.

About the nastiest mobile home park Ive seen. The rental trailers and rent to own is ridiculous. My daughter looked at one to buy (rent to own) and it was in horrible shape! No toilet installed, half of the floor needed replaced, the whole thing needed painting on the inside. BUT there are a lot of nice trailers (most of them are privately owned) and they take great care of their home. Oh yeah, if you need any type of drug this is a perfect place.

I love living here but if your going to tell the tenants they cant do something the landlord shouldnt do it either in the park. If atvs and dirtbikes are banned they need to be banned for all not just some. Equality goes along way.

This park has come a long way since the property manager Wendy Shelton has taken over. This is another lease to purchase mobile home park. It is also pet friendly and a great place to live.

New ownership and thought it would be better but has only gotten worse. They make changes all the time to the lease without proper notice and expect everyone to abide to by them. Wish I could move out but not able to.

Need to get a woman named sherry out of here is what they need to do. Like for real.

This place looks like a nuclear bomb went off in the middle of the trailer park, management apparently doesnt care that the homes are trashy on outside, its really a dump

I used to live in here back when I was a teenager but it was bolten village then not Ravenwood . It seems to be cleaned up now from what it used to be

The park is so much better in the last yr with new Management so much Cleaner and people living there now

Was checking out places to live looks like a very nice trailer park

This place is a dump and I wouldnt let my worst enemy live there

The mobiles need some updating, theyre in very poor shape, at least the one I looked at was pretty bad. Maybe my standards are too high?
