Robert is a great salesman. I give him at least 4 stars for all of his help and knowledge. Overall I am happy with the clubs I was fitted with and purchased, however I never received my rewards, and after 2 trips to the store and multiple phone calls still I received no rewards. I wouldnt be so inclined to give a 2 star review, but at least management could have stepped in and said, here since you purchased $3k in new clubs we will just give you the rewards. That never happened. And when I approached the store clerk the feedback from the manager was to just call the 1800 number. So because of this experience I am giving the store and golf galaxy in general an overall 2 star rating. I probably wont ever shop at this organization again or even recommend them.

Before I mention anything, I have to say that I was given two Prince clubs (a driver and a wood) that havent been used in 10+ years. These clubs had what they call a bubble shaft which is a super wide base at the end of the club making it really difficult to get regripped anywhere. I had so many stores telling me that I would have to regrip them the same way I would have to regrip a tennis racket but I gave these guys a call and they took them in without hesitation and regripped them in minutes when no one else could. The staff was very friendly and made plenty of jokes which made the experience more of a fun one than a headache. They helped me select grips that would be best for a new player like myself and the fee to get them done was so small my wallet barely even noticed. Thanks to the staff at Golf Galacy, I would gladly make the commute from Racine to visit you guys again!

Took us a little while to find a salesperson but Georgia was worth the wait. Answered all our questions and made many recommendations and was a sweetheart.

Very disappointed in the service!! Looked at clubs for about 15 min. Was never asked if I could be helped. Finally went and asked for assistance and was told someone be there to help. After about 20 min. I just left, this was after a salesman walked past me atleast4 times always making sure to not make eye contact. Plus I dont ever remember being in a golf store and not having any balls to test putters. I will go to the PGA Superstore for my next set of irons and bag. Wont ever bother going back to Golf Galaxy
