The scanner for our e tickets wasnt working so that took extra time to get in. There was not music throughout the tour so that was a bummerI really like how they are open during the pandemic. This is a great place to go with the family for the holidays

Green Bay Botanical Garden is always a treasure to go to. All of the plants are very well-kept, in beautiful shape, and always appear to be very, very healthy. The scenery is wonderfully serene and there is always an abundance of bees around, which is always a plus!The garden provides lots of information about the plants, their uses, and why they are important to the environment, which is great for learning. The garden is children-friendly with a cute playground and fun activities.Overall, the botanical garden is seriously one of my favorite places in Green Bay.

Wow! A true gem of Green Bay. The gardens and grounds are beautiful, as depicted in the photos. Extensive meandering paths and detailed labeling of the myriad plant species. Whimsical buildings add to the ambiance.A popular spot for weddings, the gardens have several areas for weddings each with their unique vistas.Pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. These gardens are worthy of recurring visuals. Moderately priced and discounts available for advance ticket purchases.

Beautiful botanical garden. There is something for everyone. You could spend an hour there or an entire day. It is always wonderful to visit whatever time of the year. Gift shop has very unique things you wont find other places. Christmas garden of lights are a must see. The garden is very conscious of covid precautions.

The people were helpful, the maps accurate and even with 3 weddings going on it was a beautiful visit. There was literally gorgeous surprises everywhere and peaceful places hidden in every nook and cranny. I cant wait to go back!

It is a very cool place both for kids and adults. Gorgeous alleys with lovely gazebos and fountains, the garden is filled with beautiful flowers. The garden is very well maintained. We loved the butterfly exhibit too! You probably need a few hours to spend there, just not to be in a rush and truly enjoy the place.

What a wonderous place! Absolutely beautiful! We had a perfectly splendid walk through this exquisite garden, it was so worth the trip. The grounds are immaculate and picturesque, the aroma wonderful, the buildings and statues unique. A definite must see!

This place is beautiful. Pleanty of different paths to take and tons of plants to see. My partner and I spent about an hour and a half here walking different paths. Its great! Only downside is price. $12 per adult is a little steep when you consider there are no tours or guides working... would still recommend though!

We hosted our wedding service here and the staff was beyond accommodating. We were allowed to use the facilities, add our own DJ, and utilize their shuttle service. The price was affordable and absolutely comparable to other local facilities.

I got married here on September 6, 2020 and it was absolutely beautiful and they could not have been more professional. While we originally had planned on hosting 200 guests for both our ceremony and reception at the GBBG, we were eventually limited to 50ish guests (not counting our wedding party) for our indoor reception. While we were disappointed by these restrictions, we were thankful for the extra precautions, and they gave us a huge discount. Overall, the staff there truly did an amazing job of making sure everything went smoothly. I honestly did not have to worry about a single thing the day of, and they were awesome to work with!

A must-visit in Green Bay. Awesome botanical garden. Lots of interesting plants and no mess. Interesting sculptures and buildings. perfect planning. Nice place to look at Wisconsin originated butterflies.Entrance fee for adults is $10.

One of our favorite places to go to look at the beautiful flowers. They have live music in the summer with an on-site bar to order drinks. In the winter they host the annual Garden of Lights where you can see displays of lights. It is a great event to go to with the family. They have horse drawn carriage rides throughout the trail or you can walk through the trails.

I love visiting the Botanical Gardens. Wether its for Halloween, Christmas, or (my personal favorite) summertime at full bloom this place is always gorgeous and peaceful. I was blessed enough to experience the butterfly house with my family on fathers day this year and it was magical. In this era of chaos and division these are the very bright spots this world requires in order to keep calm. I love it!

Rejected and unwelcome, is a summary of our visit here. In the wise words of Maya Angelou, Ive learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.Be warned that staff may not respect all face coverings. Signs state a face covering must be worn in all exhibits No problem. ...but get all your staff on same concept and post it on the website and update the signs.So bandanas, scarfs, neck gaiters, homemade masks...its a toss up...anything petulant staff or patron may consider unacceptable...but wear a cheap placebo dust mask and they wont give you an issue.Infantile staff in the butterfly exhibit ruined the whole experience. All I wanted to do was leave as quickly as I could...humiliating and unnecessary.The staff at entry had NO PROBLEM with my mask, NO PROBLEM taking my money, NO PROBLEM making the reservation for the exhibit...but then refused at the exhibit and demanded I wear one of their masks. Insulted and humiliating... Wont be back.

We had our wedding here in June 2020. The event staff at the gardens were very responsive and friendly. They coordinated with our vendors to make everything run smoothly.The real selling point of the gardens is the venue itself. They have a lovely bridal suite for the bride to get dressed in. The ceremony sites are all great, and the gardens are unbelievably beautiful in the summer. There are a bunch of unique and wonderful areas for photo ops there; more than just pretty flowers! We couldnt have asked for a prettier place to get married and take our pictures.The one thing I didnt like that I wish we had known in advance was that they wont allow you to have alcohol on the premises (so we had to use juice for our wine ceremony).

Came with my kids and had a great experience. Kids ages were 14, 11, 8, 7, and 6. It was our first time and we were really excited for the butterfly exhibit. We had the best time in the butterfly exhibit as everyone got to hold a butterfly. The kids really enjoying looking at all the beautiful flowers and plants and following the trials. There is a small playground area and slide for the kids. Lots of tings to see and do. We only had a little over an hr to spend here so we went thru it fairly quickly spending about 30 mins with the butterflies. I would love to go back and reserve at least 2-3 hours here. Great place to take many pictures.Staff and volunteers were all super nice and friendly. Very helpful and educated.

I have only been there in the winter for the Christmas light displays. I went last weekend for the Nature Connects. Absolutely amazing! It was nature done in legos! Those creators have extreme talent! The grounds were beautiful too! So serene and peaceful.

It is late April so not a whole lot is up or in bloom, but I wanted to see the gardens regardless. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and wonderful curated. I will be back to see what it looks like when things grow up. The front desk was honest and accommodating.

Absolutely lovely botanical garden. Very reasonable prices and every path leads to a focal point, structure, plants or trees. Spend most of the day here after a lunch break at a local restaurant. The plants are well marked and the ground map is easy to follow. Must visit if your in the area.

Very cool. I went here with my fiancé and it was really nice.The trails are well kept, so you shouldnt feel difficult walking or anything.We went during covid19 so some things were not open. During covid only the main building is open which is the only bathrooms. The other bathrooms were at the back end of the place but were closed.But very lovely views.

There isnt a summer we dont visit at minimum one time. I try to get up there twice. The hosta garden is phenomenal, the childrens area....Hobbit style bathroom at the end. There are so many treasures at the gardens. Its a bucket list worthy item️

A good pleasent place to visit. A better place to visit if you are into Flora. There are a lot of Lego structure which we did not expect and was a complete plus. One thing I was worried about was there was ankle tall grass in some areas and they were dense, worried if there would be any creatures that I might hurt or vice versa. Also I was told there would be a pond but I couldnt find one.

Ive been meaning to get here for awhile now and finally managed it. Now Im just sad I waited so long. Its gorgeous and just a beautiful walk! The parts are easy to walk on. Some are paved, some are grass. The kids area is super cute and the vine maze was a blast! The variety of plants they have its truly amazing. Definitely worth many trips and I cant wait to go to their Christmas lights in winter.

Very Nice botanical garden but kind of small. There is an entrance fee to get in. Go in through the building and pay your fee and then exit out the back into the gardens. There are several interesting structures, pavilions, globes, fountains and garden houses. Lots of benches throughout. They have a special kids garden area with small playground. It appears they also host a light show in December but we didn’t see it. The collection of dwarf conifers is impressive.
