Lived here for almost two decades. The services are flawed may sometimes be decent, but the rules are unequally forced upon certain residents while others do whatever they want. It’s a great area to live, it just the company needs a lot of work due it’s irritating and rude staff/ownership sadly.

Ive lived at this place and it was quiet, peaceful, the neighbours were friendly, I do regret leaving, but I wanted to try living in a big city, five years later I am back to living here.

ZERO STARS, the people that work in there office including the owner are so rude and clueless.Also if your applying to live in this place and have any more then a speeding ticket don’t freaking bother applying. They must make thousands a month in application fees of $20 eachRUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I CANT SAY IT ENOUGH!!!

Could be a little less money raising or offer a better deal on rent.

Nice neighborhood

They paint over mold and water leaks then sell the mobile homes to families without no idea what problems hide under fresh paint.If you try to move our sell your mobile home, they will continue to deny every applicant until you are with no other option but to sell it to Parkview properties for pennies on the dollar.They then gut the mobile home and and slap in cheap flooring and paint and resell it for thousands of dollars more to the next unfortunate unsuspecting family.

Parkview Properties is a terrible place to live!! I live here and I went on my honeymoon for 4 days and had my father stay at my house to watch my 3 daughter because the youngest one is still in a crib at night. I got a call from my father after 3 days saying that Parkviews management had called the sheriff and had a no trespass order filed against him because he was there for more than 3 days without filling out an application with them. He is still not allowed to even visit here, just because he didnt fill out a completely unnecessary piece of paper.

Management upgraded the park here with new equipment, in the winter they plow right away. The new maintenance guy is prompt and friendly.

The WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!!!! If you are military they will discriminate against you!!! They want military to give more paperwork for the application then civilians have to, then they deny your application because of various reasons. This is a shady Company and is only looking for them bottom line, stay away!!!
