This company is incredible!! We stopped yesterday and were again super impressed with the customer service. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. I’ve been to many firework stores this year and seen a lot of different stuff. This would be my first year doing a firework show and I have a set list of things I would like to see. Boom 92 had almost all of my list!!! To add to this they were the best prices around!!! No buy one get one gimmicks when really the price of one is the price for two, or you spend so much and you get so much off, it is a straight up discount! This company believes in giving profits back into the costumer rather then jacking up prices to give a discount (should be posted outside your store btw) the only thing I would say is have a catalog of what is in the store so I really didn’t have to look at any other store lol

Ive been back 3 more times after my first visit!!! Jean was very nice and informative on all the products they had to offer and to suit my needs on my budget. They also give out freebies with your purchase. Special thanks to Brooke :) I cant thank you enough for your outstanding customer service. She walked with me through the store helping me pick out the right pieces for my show pointing out many options for what I was looking for. She was able to easily relate to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable without pushing me just to make a sale. What a great shopping experience, hope shes around for years to come

The fireworks are good there and the selection is nice. The bad about this place is the main lady that runs this place. She only wants to pick your fireworks out for you. I just spent $800 and really didn’t get to pick anything. I brought my family there so we can pick out fireworks for our 4th and none of us were able to pick anything. this lady just keeps telling us don’t worry there’s more in your budget there’s room don’t worry. The second we got In she basically rushed us through the store and threw everything in our cart and kept telling us there’s room don’t worry. Worse business owner I have ever met. So pushy and tries to make you buy all the more expensive fireworks so that you can’t get many with her discounts she offers. I literally was there for 5 mins while she just picked out our fireworks and wouldn’t let us do anything and raised our budget we planned on spending. Now that her discounts have changed she will not be worth going to ever again. The only reason why I went to her and bought was because of the 40% off but now that is changing as well.

Worse worse WORSE WORSE FIREWORKS I EVER HAD! Half of them doesnt work or doesnt ingite sparks. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH FIREWORKS FOR MANY YEARS BUYING AT VICTORY OR UNCLE SAMS FIREWORKS!!! Ughhhh. Im not coming back or the manager get me full refund. Not sorry. Very angry!!!

This place is awesome! Super helpful staff and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Then there is the price. Weve gone to a lot of different places over the years to put on a decent size show for our family on the fourth. You definitely get the best bang for you buck here!

The owner may just be the sweetest woman EVER. She opened for me on a day when closed during the off-season. They were in working on a project, and I had called looking for a particular item. She informed me that they had it, and that I could come in that day. When I got there, she greeted me like a friend, and then proceeded to demonstrate the item (a non-explosive/air-powered novelty). What a gem of a person...and THEN, she proceeded to GIVE me a cap. I will NEVER go anywhere for fireworks or novelty purchases again!

First, we are not an outlet store - we provide premium fireworks from 21 different brands in all categories. We have a minimum wholesale purchase for in-state residents (not uncommon across all the major fireworks wholesalers).Secondly, our store does not open until May.. not sure where you were in April, but we were not open.In regard to a discount - we offer discounts for a variety of reasons. If indeed you made a purchase at our only location on Ashwaubenon, it is very possible you purchased an item that was already discounted on the shelf. We do not double discount, so you would not see an additional discount at the register on that item.Lastly, we are professional fireworks dealers. We are here purely to provide the best fireworks and shows to people looking to celebrate a variety of occasions - not a fashion show. Make sure you look at your receipt. i had an extra charge of 1.25 on mine. very first item. who knows what it was or how it got there. they need to make sure nothing is scanned before checking anyone out. Imagine if every single customer got that extra charged. not to happy. other then that everything was great.

Their coupon/discount deal in 2016 made no sense... anyone who spent $100 got the same free choices as the person who spent at the next level up. So instead of spending $400 for the free choice, might as well go the store 4 times for $100 and get the deal 4 times.

On 4/6/2016 I asked about case prices and was told a min. of $2000. for case discounts ( Every fireworks outlet in the country offers case pricing on one or more cases!) I asked about discounts for large purchases and was offered 30% (a fair discount). When the purchase was rung up I was charged full price. When I questioned The blond woman with bad eye makeup reduced the discount to a small premium and I GOT RIPPED OFF!!! AVOID!!!!
