Staff has changed and improved immensely since new management took over! I was scared to return for years but the last 2 visits in November were great! Luis and his staff are wonderful!!! Definitely looking forward to reopen!

My partner and I were running errands around town one day, drove by this bowling alley, went back in to check it out. Marilyn Jean gave us a rundown of the establishment. We came back later that day to enjoy the atmosphere and bowl some games. We also thought about joining a league.Yesterday, as we were reserving our lane we realized the previous cashier that we spoke with (the first time we walked in) had overcharged us as not all offers were provided and we noticed we were overcharged on our first visit.We called and spoke with Sabrina (on duty); she handled the situation with grace. She was professional and made sure we had a great night.Dimas, what can I say. Professionalism to the max. I have been in customer service my whole life.. started in a bowling alley. He made me the best drinks Ive had in Colorado and the service here is better than the service I have received from many restaurants and bars.All I have to say is we found our local hang out spot. The staff is great. The environment is friendly and fun. It just feels good to be there.(This one is further from our place but... We like it much better).

A classic place. Friendly servers that add to the experience. Prices are fair considering its a BOWLING ALLEY. Lots of fast food near by l. Stop in and bowl and get taco bell on the way out.

Came here for a birthday party, we hosted and the crew at the front were excellent! They were kind and understanding of all of the shoes we needed. This is the only reason for the two stars. We ordered fries which were 6$ and two pitchers of soda which were $8.95. $8.95 for not even a whole two liters of soda per pitcher. Not only this but the employees at the bar are incredibly rude. We asked for ketchup and they made it seem like the biggest inconvenience, even though they had 2 people at the bar. Seems like they are only decent when they think they’re getting a tip out of it. The new expansions are great except the cost an arm and a leg (laser tag AND the arcade) Overall we’d rather drive 20 minutes to the Summit or anywhere else for that matter. I suggest you do too.

I am extremely disappointed with Chippers Lanes. I had my son’s 5th birthday party here and it was very subpar at best. We paid for the Ultimate Bash which is the most expensive party package available which is supposed to include a party host and our “Host” was nonexistent the entire party. Our laser tag ended and no one was even there to give our final scores or exit the area. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. And we never got the “Party Surprise” that was supposed to be included. The arcade games are terrible and very limited and very expensive I might add, over $1.50 per game. Also the “XL Pizza” included in the package is a joke. It was a tiny pizza and wouldn’t feed 12 kids in any capacity. I paid a $75 deposit to book the party and that was NOT returned and I was not told that the deposit wouldn’t be returned or absorbed into the party price. Had I known I would’ve gone elsewhere. We paid $75 on top of the over $300 Bill. I am NOT happy at all. And in previous comments the owner mentioned that you guys are the cheapest and best deal in the area. I found places that offered way more for less! (I did not choose this location or I would’ve went to those places instead, My father chose Chippers) I will not be recommending this place to anyone in the future. If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason I didn’t make a scene and ask for a full refund was because my 5 year old did have fun and that’s all that matters in the end. But I definitely would not recommend booking a party here. And definitely read the reviews before you book here!!! I wish I had, I would’ve saved my father $400.

Hands down the place to bowl with friends and family. The staff are amazing and so helpful always making sure you have a good time. Since the staff are so awesome I celebrated my 28th birthday here and now going to celebrate my 5 year anniversary this place rocks. Gotta go yall

The service could be alot better. My family booked a birthday party and paid $60 for a private host that we couldnt find most of the time. Need to step up there game for them prices!!

Be aware that they are charging to play by the hour. If you have kids bowl free coupons you have to tell them when you check in or they will charge you the hourly rate, which aint cheap. Our lane wasnt great and the gate kept sticking and not returning our bowling balls. Lots of regulations make this not as fun as it was, but at least you dont have to wear your mask while you are bowling.

Love this place always cleaning the te I was there because of the virus they explained everything on how there doing there process with keeping the virus out they will come to your table so you dont have to be walking all around. Loved how they are keeping up with there rules and cleaning.

I went on a Sunday evening. It was unlimited bowling from 8 till midnight (closing). Friendly staff. I didnt ask, but It seemed like the lanes were oiled all the way to the pins. I had quite a few good spins on my ball, then when it should have taken the turn, it went straight. Overall had a lot of fun.

Had a great time!! This place was not what I expected. I visited back in the day, and didnt expect the change when I walked in. A new laser tag and arcade? Awesome. And really better food than you would ever expect. Do yourself a favor and check out this place next time you are around :)

They do cosmic bowling and it is awesome! We went on Friday night and to my surprise there was a live band going on! And the black feathers was a good one! Spoke with Sabrina at the front desk and she let us know this was every Friday night deal. We will be making our way back to this center for the live bands and for your awesome staff including Sabrina!

What an amazing experience!!! Stumbled upon this gem by accident and the service was absolutely amazing. Dawn took care of all my questions was fun and witty. She took an interest In our group and made the visit just wonderful. Tyson is an absolute wizard at laser tag, extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with us on different game modes. He was also super fun and made us feel like we belonged here. I cant wait to visit again with my kiddos.

Very clean establishment have always came here but now that they have reopened, they are being very careful about sanitizing and mainting clean there always cleaning after Each person leaves even all bowling balls are sanitized. I will keep coming back we had a great time Thank you!!

This place has great activities for all ages. The adults bowled while the kiddos played some laser tag and arcade. Sabrina was the one helping us up at the front desk she explained the prices and helped us get a good deal! Evangelina was the one that got us our drinks! She makes one mean White Russian. We had my sons birthday party at Chippers Classic Lanes in Greeley. Carla managed to put a party package together for us with short notice. Everyone had such a good time, it turned out great! Staff is amazing as well!

Sabrina from the front desk was awesome. She help my family and I get our shoe passes, gave us the best time. The nicest person I’ve meet here. Enroll your kids into the kids bowl free program! You will not be disappointed! I was informed of this program by Sabrina. She was such awesome help! Although it is soon coming to an end she also let us know that we are able to do it next summer! Even let us know about the shoe deal so we can save even more money Can’t wait to come in next summer! Hope she will still be there to help us out again!

All the fixings for a fine bowling time. Nice staff, lanes, and space. Everything is clean and well kept.They have bands play on their stage.The arcade has great games.

This place is awesome!!!! I havent bowled in a long time but these guys really took care of us. Sue and Ashley really took care of us like we were a part of the family. They have everything here from amazing deep dish pizza, awesome music, full bar, and arcade for the kids if they arent learning to bowl. My family and I come to chippers quite often, and we love everything from laser tag to the bowling. The staff is also super friendly! At our most recent visit, Miguel helped us and I was very impressed with his service, very friendly and welcoming! Definitely will continue to come here :)

Alexis was amazing and gave my daughter her firstbowling ball and Thomas cleaned our lanes quick and let my son know what that machine did, he was fast and out of our way he was really nice to my kids and even said peace out dude to them which i thought was really cool of him. Terrific time! Bowling was fun and the laser tag and arcade is great. We had a birthday party here and the party coordinator was very attentive and polite. Was a bummer though that we couldnt use the party favors included in the party package that same day.

Sabrina is such a good worker. She made sure that we had the best time! Not only was she working at the front desk but she was also the one who took our orders at the bar and gave us our drinks! I try to go here at least once a month or so whenever is in the budget. The arcade is very nice and fancy. The lane was very well kept up and pristine and the bowling ball was clean but not over cleaned. I got helped by a gentleman whos name is Fernando and he was a super nice kid and was nice to me and you could tell has some really good family ideals and morals. I was extremely impressed by him and his service and hope hes the cashier whenever I go back to bowl!!

My family and I love coming here. We always have so much fun, competing and supporting each other. The staff has always been very nice and the prices are fair. We have made many great memories here and look forward to making many more. Its good family fun.

Power went out while we were there for about half an hour, we waited and stuck it out until it came on. Dawn went above and beyond to take care of us during outage and was rushing around to get things up and running after it did come on. Even though kids didnt get as much arcade time as they wanted, which was no ones fault, we left happy, thanks to Dawn and other employees.

I 10/10 recommend having any type of party at this location. I work at Centennial Tools and Services and was in charge of throwing our company Christmas party and this place was perfect in every way. First of all Shauna Gray is super helpful and makes the party planning process simple and convenient. She also was very detailed in her work and made sure everything ran smoothly. Another staff member, Aliana helped with majority of the event, and she was amazing at her job. This was my first time planning an event like this, and Aliana was very helpful answering all my questions and fixing all my issues. I had some boxes that I brought prior to the event and the staff helped carry all 23 large boxes in and I did not even ask they just started helping. The party room decorations exceeded expectations, however it was a bit small, but the staff was well trained and helped a lot with the volume of people in our area. Overall, our company had a great time and the staff and Shauna did an amazing job with our event and I highly encourage any business to have any type of company party here.

Had a great time two weeks ago but now have been denied twice on two different Tuesdays now to bowl. Posted a great review to absolutely regret it now. Even called before walking in and then was immediately told they were closing early. Sadly rethinking my weekly friend meet spot.

Said they close at 12 am. Drove an hour to get there with a big party and they closed at 11. I shouldve called ahead. Guy came out to my truck and explained why.

We went on Saturday afternoon. All of the employees were so awesome. This is a place we will come back to.

Literally had to wait about 2 hours for ordered food. Our bowling balls kept getting stuck in the back. Not only that but pins would keep getting stuck in the gutter lane. It was a terrible experience never going there again. If I could give zero stars I would. Just save your time and go anywhere else!

Goal Academy took some students bowling for one afternoon and we all had a blast. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Thanks for being patient with our students.

I had my first Bowling/Laser tag experience today and it was one for the books! The kid at the counter Christian was extremely awesome, he definitely made the experience a lot better. Super friendly and funny guy!

Great atmosphere, the bartender, I think Tyler is his name, was exceptional. Extremely accommodating and overall just great service, I would highly recommend this establishment just based on their customer service, specifically in the bar area.

We come here often with our family, we always have lots of fun and the kids never want to leave. The staff is very nice and helpful, Miguel’s service was great! We’ll visit again soon.

Great service and friendly staff! We originally went to bowl, but after several hours of playing in the arcade and laser tag we ended up staying later. Shelby took very good care of us and the food was great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The place rips you off. You play per min and the equipment is slow if not broke. Bartender took forever. Not very friendly. Took hour and a half to bowl under three games.

The one guy Christian is a big help and he has a great personality. Helped so much for my second time going. Great experience.

I am a student at UNC. I am excited and happy about all that chippers has to offer especially so close to UNC. From the bowling lanes, to the laser tag arena! I walked in during the day to scope it out and was not disappointed! Sabrina did a great job showing me all the different deals and even offered to show me the laser tag arena! Will definitely be bringing my friends to check out a Monday or Thursday night!

Bowling is Much Cooler. Chippers Classic Lanes, has undergone a New Facelift, & has New Neon Glow in the Dark Stuff!!It has been quite a while, since I have been there. But their Lanes Have Been oiled up, Even More!!

We love coming here. Decent prices and the food is good too. Never really had to wait for a lane which is awesome. They have a little arcade in the back for the kids. I don’t like where they have their pool table placed but I guess that’s really the only thing. Bathrooms are clean and roomy

Went at noon on a weekday off work. Place is empty. Prolly has been since 9am. I was greeted with hospitality that was unparralel in ANY businesses. The team is proud, kind,and unique to any alley Ive ever been to. Chippers, if you are discussing how to improve your team in fort collins or anywhere else you operate use this team as your example, Dawn led us through the whole experience, and their mechanic Tom gave us a tour of the machines in the back.I will always be back. May not get the tour if their packed, but to care about strangers on a boring work day is truly a rare quality

Good food and fun environment

After filing a complaint with the staff, Sue came out and decided that insulting a customer was the way to go. We came here to enjoy bowling with a 5 year old. Your staff and management was rude to both the adults and the child. A simple apology would go a long way. Instead you degrade your customers and insult them. We will not be back. I honestly hope Sue is in the unemployment line tomorrow for her attitude. I never asked for anyone to be fired. But a simple apology goes a long way. You have ruined a great night with friends. I hope actual managment responds to me regarding your staff as Sue refused corporate information.

Had a very enjoyable night of bowling and laser tag. Food was pretty good. Best thing about this place is the staff. Angel at laser tag definitely knows how to treat his customers. Thanks Angel!! We will definitely be back again soon!
