Definitely will never return to this park. I took my 2yr old son to play while my MIL was getting her dialysis & in the little time we were there, we seen 2 different drug transactions despite being so close to the Greeley Police Department. Seen a couple smoking out of a glass pipe while their children played.

I Love Broadview Park, because it HAS A Playground, for My Son to play on, and My House, is just Caddy-Corner to it, with a Convenient Location!!

Great spot to picnic, run the dogs, and let the kids play. Theres restrooms open in the spring and summer in the gazebo picnic table area. On street parking only but theres never a need for anything more. Quiet neighborhood.

The area is family friendly . The park is surrounded by residents from all four sides. The crowd of people that gather here are all family oriented and are normally respectful of the partie that is using the gazebo. .
