Concert halls are a component of civic pride. Greeley has Union Colony Civic Center which serves the community well. Nice size, good seats with great visibility and a range of events. The facility is appropriate for a city of 100K. I have attended symphony, band, coral and musicals at UCCC. The acoustics are decent. There are some, but not a lot, of restaurants within walking distance. Parking is manageable if you arrive early.

We visited to watch Miss Colorado USA and as a former competitor and now a spectator I can say this venue is gorgeous all around! The dressing rooms are large, stage is really nice and the staff is wonderful. The theatre itself is big and bright, plenty of leg room and makes for a great place to watch a show- good parking options too!

Been around for a while and still in pretty good shape. Have been here as a performer and as an audience member and its usually a great experience every time. The seats in the auditorium are a little tight and close together, it is definitely nice to sit next to people you know.

Always a good time whatever you go to see. Tonight we enjoyed the free Air Force Academy band Holiday concert. We have been to other events and there isnt a bad seat in the house.

I go to a lot of entertainment venues and this one has a different layout. It has three tiers of seating and I have to think that the second and third tiers are the best seats because they sold out first. I got tickets late so it was on the first level and underneath an overhang which distorted the sound of the musician I went to see. Try to avoid the outer seats on the bottom tier. Also...if you buy a beer for $6.00 and want to enjoy it at your seat..you have to pay another $3.00 for a covered cup. So $9.00 highway robbery for a regular size can of beer.

My family and I enjoy coming to see performances at this classic venue. Excited for my children to experience higher culture when lower forms of entertainment too easily to rule the day.

We attended events here regularly. Local and world class talent can be found here. We never miss the Nutcracker, and I myself have performed in this venue. The UCCC is a local treasure and is well loved and cared for by the city of Greeley. Whether you like comedians, musicals, ballet, symphony, or plays, they have something for everyone.

Beautiful place! We saw Shrek, which was amazing. This was my best experience in Greeley.

Went to see Jurrasic World movie with live symphony score performed by Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra. They performed amazingly! Unfortunately the movie detracted from the musical performance as it was just like watching the movie regularly in the theater. Their performance during the credits made up for it though! Absolutely amazing. Kennys Steakhouse provided alcoholic beverages, but selection wasnt great. They did give you your drinks in a cool reusable spill proof cup to take into the performance hall which was nice. The civic center is well maintained and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Scanned our tickets from my phone which was nice because I forgot to print them out. We also opted for the valet parking, which made life much easier since we arrived about 10 minutes before the movie started. Parking can fill up fast (not enough general parking imho) but neighboring parking lots seemed to be available. Would definitely recommend going there to listen to the orchestra play. Worth the $35/ticket! My wife and I will be back very soon.

The Union Colony Civic Center is a great music venue. We have gone several times for a variety of musical genres: Community Easter services, pop, & tonights Country with Tracey Byrd who was WONDERFUL, our favorite morning crew of Brian, Todd & Suzan who we all miss, and Mark Chestnut, who, saddly, should have rescheduled with his voice so off from recent flu.The UC is worth the trip into town with many good local eateries & distilleries within walking distance.

Very well organized for the Miss Colorado and Miss Teen Colorado pageant. Seating is excellent wherever you sit, and the flow of people went smoothly.

Wonderful performances offered right in the heart of downtown. Close to food, hotels and fun!

Saw “Guys and Dolls” and was very impressed with the production. It was performed on the small stage and all the cast members did a great job I always find the seats at UC center very comfortable for even a 3 hour show. Please come and support this great community venue

Nice place to enjoy a performance. My only concern is that the rows are extremely long no center aisle for access in and out of middle seats.

Acoustics are good, seating is nice. We saw the annual production of the Nutcracker and it was lovely.

This is not only a beautiful place to see a show, but they are wonderful to work with when hosting an event in the space! The UCCC is professional and accessable to groups seeking performance space.

Gone to my nieces recital for the last couple of years. Great performance venue, always nice. If you get there early, parking is pretty close, if you are late, you might have a little walk.

We saw Danielle ate the Sandwich at the Hensel-Phelps theater. We like the venue and the concert was great.

I love this venue. Very comfortable and the sound is amazing.

No help had to wait in line to check on and the fool at the counter would not call for help. They was12 waiting after me and i was 4 inline.

Saw Boz Scaggs. Not a bad seat anywhere and the acoustics were excellent. Great place to hear music or watch a play. This is one of the jewels of Greeley, CO.

I didnt know this place existed. It was a Grand Performance Hall. Very well layed out and had two places for adult beverages.

The Frankie Avalon concert was fantastic! Mr. Avalon and his band, which included local musicians, put on a great show. The Civic Center staff did a great job, as usual. We are so fortunate to have such a fine facility and such great concerts scheduled.

Beautiful facility with excellent acoustics. I attended a vocal and orchestral high school concert and enjoyed every minute.

Both my Grandaughters have had their special programs over the past 4 to 5 yrs...it has been comfortable...plenty of seating...large restrooms...comfortable temperature throughout the large building..

I went to a symphony performance here and it is a fabulous theater. Even the least expensive seats have a good view and the sound quality was very good. Not to mention that the building itself is so beautiful. I will definitely want to attend more events here.

Outstanding place. Went there to watch the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra and it was great. The sound was amazing along with the orchestra. Has plenty of room and the staff of volunteers were all great.

Great place for a concert or play.

Every year on the dot, there is a Jazz Festival here. My choir and I were performing in here. This place was nothing sort of magical. Youll be able to experience great shows and also listen to performers in the works. Some performances were as amazing as seeing and listening the original artist up on stage. While others were also amazing in their own way. But then again, improvment can be put anywhere. Overall though, a must go during Jazz Festival.

I didnt do much but walk around and hangout with a buddy, One time we played racket ball there and it was super fun and the courts are well maintained and i enjoyed it, Would go again next time i decide to play more racket balll

Was at UCCC last night for my grandkids dance recital. It is a very nice venue. The only small complaint I have is that it is often a bit warmer than I like and stuffy.

We went last evening to A Night with Queen The Union Colony-Greeley is a beautiful center. The concert was awesome.

Elvis show was really good.

We have been to many events at the Union Colony Civic Center. It is a great place for concerts and other performances! We really enjoyed ourselves tonight. They have expanded the handicapped seating, which is important to me as a wheel chair user. It is easy to see the stage, and the acoustics are high quality.

Have never had an issue with the UCCC, and we love the Festival of Trees every holiday season. Enjoy the variety of options offered throughout the year including GPO, theatre, comedy and other musical performances. The family series thats just $5 per person is great!

Enjoyed the Cesar Millan presentstion. Seats are comfortable with ample leg room. Only thing better would be to allow covered dtinks.

I enjoyed the One Night of Queen concert very much. I was disappointed that in addition to the concert, there was a play at the same venue as well as normal activities at the Recreation center that caused handicapped parking spaces to be at a premium

My daughter participated in a middle school honor band that performed here. Im a classical musician as well. The acoustics of this hall are some of the best Ive ever experienced. I would attend other concerts here just based off that!

My sons and I have always enjoyed the festival of trees at the UCCC for years now.

The entertainment is always great, and the volunteers do an excellent and helpful job. I think the only negative is the the lack of parking spaces. I remember awhile back it was mentioned that there was talk of building a larger center in West Greeley, I hope this happens .

Great venue for public performance. Two concert halls, big and small (280 ppl), fully equipped and funkcional.

This is a pleasant venue with a great lobby, but the ushers are consistently so rude and unwelcoming that it ruins the experience.

I just returned home after leaving during the first intermission of Christmas with the Celts. What a relief to get away from the ear splitting volume. What could and should have been a pleasant evening of Christmas entertainment became an irritating waste of time. It was my first and probably last visit to The Union Colony Civic Center.
