I lived there for a long time and expected to get my deposit back within the 60 day period from your move out date that Colorado law allows. It has been 4 months that I have waited and apparently will need to take legal action. They assured me it was in the mail several times and now will not answer or return phone calls. This is the shadiest place I’ve ever had to live. Beware to anyone who moves in here.

This is party central for Evans. And they set off fireworks all year. Right now they are having large crowds partying til all hours. We live near this place has been trashy for five years.

Very Friendly folks in the park and the management will help you out.We have known them for 20 years.

I wish i could give it zero stars. The management is horrible. We lived by the manager for awhile, and they were complete jerks. They towed our car becuase it was supposedly in their spot, despite the fact we had used that spot for the past 6 years. They barely touched their house.

Very bad experience!!!! Not a well ran business! Management VERY poor! Stay away from living there if you want a happy life.....

Owners are mean and dont know how to talk to people, they have their favorite people, they are not fair, greedy, disrespectful,they need new owners and manger needs removed....

Country estates Mobile home Park is one of the worst I have ever been to they are never in the office they never want to fix things they only make certain people clean up their yards not a good place .
