Nice clean environment. Lifeguards are aware of the visitors. They do have a public restroom, concession stand providing food, drinks and snow cones. The parking is free but crowded. Non residents its a $6 fee

So much for my toddler to to do. The shaded splash pad is one of the best around but we love the water playground in the wading pool the most. We have been on Sundays all summer and it occasionally hits Covid capacity but it never feels full lots of space to move and distance if needed

So much fun! Inexpensive and a nice place to take the family with everything being closed. The pizza will not disappoint. I was shockingly surprised the whole family loved it! Better than some restaurants. Highly recommend

One of the nice water park around. I liked the clean rest rooms or changing rooms and shaded toddler slide area which is so great in hot summer days. Water slide is also fun. Life guards are on duty all time. Dove water park has different timing for different days. I had to call and check the timings before I go.I feel that the registration fee or entry fee to enter the dove water park for non grapevine people is slightly high. Except that staffs are good and friendly and kids splash pad area which is pretty much open whole day and it is free. Kids playground also so much fun. They have slides, swings and much more. The only thing I wished for is lot of shades. I visited around 4pm and slides and swings every thing was pretty much hot and my son couldn’t play much. Playground is also free and it has good parking space.

This place is great. I remember it from my childhood 20+ years ago, and they have really improved it to make it more kid friendly. Even little kids. Besides the pool, there are two splash pads, and one gradually goes down into a small pool. Fun things like water tables, a toddler slide, small obstacle course across the pool, rock climbing wall over the pool, diving board, etc. And the toddler areas are shaded. Lots of fun for only $6! ($3 for grapevine residents.)

This is a really great place for a young children. Wee take our grandson there 5 times a week. Cheap, clean, very nice.

6 water areas. Slides, diving board, eating area for snacks, plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, a splash area for little kids, floats, the whole works. One of the most enjoyable places on the western side of the metroplex.

My son and I had a great time here. We discovered this water park today. There are many depths for all ages and ability levels...from one foot to 12 feet 9 inches. There is one water slide that is available for humans 42 inches high, but is safe for everyone. The yellow water slide is more intense; It drops you into the deepest end of the pool. You need to be 48 inches to ride. Plenty of shaded canopies around are a good idea in Texas.

My kids had a blast at this place! Very clean & the splash park is separate from the pool area which is nice, but of course we had to go swimming anyway LOL I was saying all in all its a very interactive play area where the kids can enjoy themselves and the adults can sit out and know that theyre safe as there are lifeguards as well! I havent checked out the actual park yet, but it also looks like its a lot of fun. Where were these kinds of parks when I was a kid?!

Overall, a generally decent summertime spot for those hot days and something for the kids and all ages to enjoy. Not overly crowded and gave my 5yo some time to enjoy all the different water areas. It’s a nice combination of a mini water park, splash pad, and playground.Only gripes I had were the lack of parking...considerable lack of. And my kid’s eyes were burning the rest of the day from the water chemicals he’s seemingly sensitive to.

This place is great for small children and to have birthday parties at. It’s just the right size of a park to be able to keep an eye out for your kids no matter where you are. I would highly recommended.

Love this place! Have taken my one year old grandson there several times this summer and its super fun! They have something for all kid ages. Its clean, well maintained and the Lifeguards are vigilant.

Awesome pool for big and little kids alike. Slides and float islands for big kids and a super fun shallow play area for the Littles. They give wristbands for swimmers under 8, but Ive never seen any lifeguards pay attention to them. One con is it can get very crowded in summer

This water park is so much fun. It is clean, and employees take pride in their work environment. It was great to see how well they handled a child struging in the water.

I really cant say enough positive things about this park. The splash pad was made for smaller kids. So if you have bigger kids, they probably wont have as much fun as the toddlers and preschoolers running around. If you get there at a good time, you can sit in a lounge chair. Theres music playing in the background, which is a great addition to the park. Keep it up city of grapevine!!!

Great place for kids under 10! Some life guards need lessons in beaing polite to litte kids that might not understand what rides they can and cant do. Great price! Snack friendly!

Worth it! Love that theres always lifeguards all around the perimeter of the pool area watching over the kids. Perfect for the kids!

Really nice relatively cozy (ie. small) waterpark. They were filled to capacity and turning people away by 2pm. The whole area is small and contained in a 7 foot fence, so nobody is likely to lead your kid off to do harm.You can stand on the poolside about midway down and keep equal eyes on the entire area, which is *fabulous* for a harried mom with kids in all different swimming levels. Kids under 8 need bands and to be within a few feet of their adult.If they had concessions, I didnt notice, but we brought our own stuff. There are food places nearby, but Im not sure you can leave and come back (I dont think you can). They have 2 family changing rooms with showers and baby stations, bathrooms, and water fountains (free water at places like this is a huge plus).Non-residents only pay 6 bucks for the whole day, which is less expensive than most. The parking lot is *small*, so be aware parking could be an issue.

I hate the hours! They close from 11-4:50 then 7:30-9:30pm. They close in the middle for swimming lessons. So, everyone ends up getting kicked out for 2 hours. Otherwise, we love the place!

I came here once for swimming lessons. The experience was not great. First of all, there were no full sized lanes, only 12.5 yards. We had to use that part and another to make it a full lane. There was no structure to the swimming lessons whatsoever. Second of all, THE POOL IS FILTHY. I saw dead cockroaches, worms and wasps. In addition, there were many flies, and mosquitos flying around.

This is a great family water park that is part of the city of Grapevine. Very kid friendly with a few things like a 12-ft deep pool and diving board for older kids and adults. I only wish they had a lazy river, but still a very nice park.

Do you want to tire out the kids or grandkids ... this is the perfect place. Warning... you may have to carry them in from the car.

It was my families first time there. We had a wonderful time. The lifeguards there helped save my daughters life. She was choking and they acted very quickly to help clear her throat. They are the best. We are so thankful!!!

Theres not enough covered sitting areas, and the concessions isnt efficient enough for when the patrons are asked to get out if the pool for 30 minutes.

Its a nice facility and fun for the family. Every time Ive gone, the music has been too loud. People should be able to have conversations and not have their hearing damaged.

My kids love this splash pad and I love it because its the only one i have seen that has a cover to protect them from the sun.

Pretty fun little public pool with a cheap entry fee. Large waterslide is doable for kids 42 inches and taller. Cannot ride with the little ones, so its best not to show them. The large waterslide lets them off very easy at the bottom, so you can be comforted as a parent. The yellow slide though, it dumps off in the deep end of the pool. Make sure your kids are good swimmers before allowing them to go on that. Plenty of shade for the parents to lounge in, and the pool has a really cool in water lounge area for parents. It is an outdoor only facility.

This review is for the splashpad next to the water park -My kids love this splashpad. I love that it is covered and kind of secluded. There are plenty of spray features for lots of kids (and it is busy!) Any time we are in Grapevine I like to hit up this splashpad.Missing a star because it could use a little TLC to fix up a few things (the bucket doesnt seem to fill fast enough, there is some feature that doesnt work where it says stand here.
