Marine Quest

Rented a boat slip for a year in April 2015. Marina was closed in May 2015. I was unable to use the boat slip. Benny the manager texted me that I would get a refund. No refund. Now they lied about my access.

Just beware. Unethical in business practices and then almost impossible to reach.

Same problem. They have a phone number and never answer or call back. Spotty customer service.

They have a phone number to call but no one to answer or give you a call back. Every single mailbox is full. This company needs help.
