Honestly, this was a horrible experience with my family. both lanes we got stopped working and the customer service was not good at all. took forever to fix and was quickly ready to leave. my whole family could not believe the continuous issues we kept having. so disappointed. find somewhere else to bowl.

We had a blast here. Took the kids to get them out of the house. We did the $19.95 deal all you can bowl, laser tag, pool & shuffle board- worth every penny! George (a manager) was phenomenal, so kind and funny! He really made our visit special- so Thanks George! We appreciate you ️ Tami was our server while we bowled for 3 hours! She also was amazing and so wonderful. The service was excellent! I was also impressed by how they kept everything sanitized even the bowling balls ! So keep up the good work and we will definitely be back soon.

Very clean facilities with bowling, laser tag & arcade games.Bartender Joe was AMAZING and definitely the best part of our night. He continues to provide great service even amidst a challenging time for the service industry.

The few hours that we spent here we had a great time celebrating my brothers 21st birthday the service was great from the main receptionist that assisted us with bowling and billiards to the bartender that was serving us drinks that night thank you all for all your hard work during this pandemic we appreciate the quality and service keep up the great work

I took my daughter for her 10th birthday and it was spectacular! Barely anyone there so they catered to us. They even had a young lady sanitizing the games after someone used them. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was because no one enforced the mask rule. There was a group of 10 there with no masks on the adults or kids.

Fun time. Had a few machines that took my credits. But whatever. Enjoyed time away from the kids.

Great experience! We did the laser tag and bowling. Highly reccomend for larger groups. A lot better than Dave and Busters. More modern and high tech games also which is nice!

Had a great experience all around at this location. I booked a group event with bowling, food, laser tag, and a $10 game card. Everyone had an amazing time from the bowling to the end. We stayed much longer than expected because we were having so much fun! The customer service was on point. They are were always willing to help and patient to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this location for group events.

This place is supposed to be fun, but it is not. Good staff, good food and some potential for good times. I first gave them 5 stars but had to change my review after I discovered that the 1 hour play card they give you for group events is nothing but a fraud and scam. You cannot play most of the games, you cannot win any awards/prise, you cannot even play a game back to back banked games not allowed... Etc. So, if you are planning a group event dont fall for their 1-hour play card for each person, it is almost useless and total BS. Also their open bar is another scam, they sell you open bar for your group event and they lit this to low standards and they wont let you order good drinks. I do not recommend this place

The food was great and plentiful at my friends birthday gathering. We bowled which was pretty fun. The games there were mediocre however. Overall I had a great time and wouldnt mind going back in the near future.

Came here on a Friday afternoon. Wasnt too busy yet. Good was great. Waiter disappeared for a while, which was annoying. But overall good.

Wow daniella was great but George the manager was horrible! Our beers were skunked after drinking 1 beer we told the waitress we wanted a exchange instead of replacing them all George only replaced what we had not noticed was skunked 3 of 5 beers. We were not trying to rip main event its a pandemic business is low. Because of our complaint he denied us our desert order and cut us off alcohol wise...our hotel is 2 min walk I can see my room from the parking lot but George decided we did not deserve to order alchohol! He cut us off even though we were requesting at least another bucket! George pulled a beer out of my hand when I tried to explain to him that the beer was skunked and that the best sell by date was passed by 3 MONTHS! George said CAN I SAY SOMETHING AND PULLED THE BEER FROM MY HANDS!. Im not one to leave bad reviews I alwas have the benefit of the doubt but this guy Is over the hill with pressure and needs to be removed we are the most chill customers you can face and he treated us like trash.

Amazing time. The place was completely empty so we had the place to ourselves along with $15 per person for the whole day. Will most definitely go again.

Had a great time. I went during the day and it was not busy. Purchased the $7 all day pass and bowled fir hours since it was no one there. Friendly service. Fun themes too! We picked the selfie theme and its hilarious!

Great place. First time there. Employees werent as helpful as I thought they would be. Not from Texas so not sure if customer service is big there. But place was nice. We eventually found things out on our own. Maybe teach some customer service skills some basics like smiling, offering assistance, offering deals, saying hello, etc

Weve gone here for a few company events, and theyve taken great care of us. We rent a private area and they have different types of buffet style foods to choose from. This is a fun place that has an event just about everyone can participate in. Everyone has fun, and its good deal for a large group of people.

Nice facility to unload the work stress while going home during day time. And definitely good fun for the family

So much fun for the family. We have been to several Main Event locations however this one is by far one of the nicest with the best staff. My husbands company rents the entire place for friends and family and their staff make all of us feel like VIPs!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Main Event in my life. Myself and some girlfriends showed up to play some pool and get a bite to eat. After putting our names on the wait list for a pool table, we sat down to get food. We sat at our table for at least 15 minutes without a single person acknowledging us. In the mean time we had ordered appetizers through the ziosk machine on the table. We finally get a server’s attention and order drinks and meals. We get our drinks, but it still took about 30 minutes from the time we ordered the appetizers to get those. More than once we ran out of drinks and we had to call the server over for refills. He never came over to check on us unless we called him over. An hour and a half after sitting down, we had only gotten drinks and appetizers, and we still had yet to get our actual meals. Our server was nowhere to be found. We finally got up and went to the bartender and asked for a manager, when our server finally showed up. He told us our food was taken to the wrong table, and it was being remade. We informed him we no longer wanted it because at this point our pool table was ready. He said it would be free and they would bring it to us. They did eventually bring it over to us, but I’m glad it was free, because it was awful. The lemon pepper wings were incredibly salty, the barbecue sauce was like glue, and the fries were completely tasteless. This place was entirely understaffed for a Saturday night. There were not enough servers, not enough kitchen staff if food took as long as it did, and the bathrooms also looked like a cyclone went through them. We definitely will not be going back to this location.

Great place for kids and adults. Kids had fun bowling, food was great. They even had gluten free pizza for my kiddo. Had a blast playing the arcade games. Great party atmosphere thats enjoyable for adults and children alike.

It was ok but due to covid they had the two player games shut down to one. Which is pointless because in the arcade area it will never be 5 feet apart. They dont even have the games that far apart . Which doesnt make any sense ppl had to wait longer to play certain games. If we all can be in the same area then just open the other side of the two player arcade games.

Awesome place for a birthday. Excellent service. The person taking care of our party was on top of things. The bowling the atmosphere was really find the laser tag was right. I had the wings and they were delicious real fat and Meaty wings. I would suggest this venue for other parties. I did going to have a hard time finding a place kind of talked in behind some stuff

The second Super Bowl Sunday that I spent with my kids at Main Event was awesome. Watch Super Bowl LIII while playing pool, shuffleboard, and Blasting the enemies at laser tag. It was definitely and exciting time.

Fun place... not too crowded

Feels like party all around from the staff to the people. The service is too notch. My boys had a blast. Their laser tag got them going back for more and more.

Best get that 2nd mortgage or HELOC before you stop by this place. This visit was strictly for the arcade games. Lets just say that the quick trip was expensive. Every game was practically 7.5 credits. Regardless, the boys had fun though it wouldve been nicer if games were more reasonable.

Went here with a group for a club meeting on a Friday night 7:30 pm. Had fun bowling, our club rented 2 lanes for 1 hour. My family ordered large pizza $20 and soft drinks. Our server kept up fairly well considering how busy it was. Everyones food looked pretty good. I did not hear any complaints. The line for shoe rental was long but they opened a third line. I thought shoes were kinda high priced $4 each (3 people) for one game of bowling, less than 1 hour. Mostly bowlers and pool table users. Not many kids on the arcade side.

The a/c was apparently not working properly yet they didn’t care. And the fat guy working in the laser tag area tonight thinks it’s ok to yell at customers

My company had a private room event for our Christmas Party. The food was good (Fajitas), but the room was very hot. There was no music playing because they said they couldnt get the speakers to work. They promised us a microphone for our award ceremony. They couldnt get that to work either. To top off the night, all of our employees were given free play cards to use the rest of the night. Unfortunately, when they started playing, nine of the cards worked. We had to track down all our employees and give them new cards. What a mess! Oh, one more thing. The company purchased alcoholic beverage tickets for all the employees. We later learned these drinks were limited to very low standards. We wont be back!

We waited awhile for anyone to take our order and when she did, she left then took about 15 min to just get my drink but my husband was still waiting on his beer. After about another 15 min, we were thinking of leaving, our food finally came but they didn’t know which table it was at so once I noticed it was our order, I walked up to let them know it’s our order. The guy put down our food and had to let him know my husband is still waiting for his beer. Finally Courtney came to help us with all our needs, even though she had others, she came to check on us. Thanks Courtney for tending to us, when we felt abandoned, you are appreciated!

Went for a company event. I used to bowl frequently when I was younger so Im particular about then lane conditions. They were a little dry but acceptable for causal bowling. My shoes slid like they should. This place is way better for bowling than Pin Stack where the lanes were none dry and my shoes stuck like glue on the approach.The waiter was very attentive to our group. The laser tag arena is huge. There is no miniature golf or rope course that other main events might have.We had 1 hour games cards and it was fun to play as many games as you could during that hour.

I went when it was not busy so we kinda had the run of the place. We mainly play skill games, but this trip we did some standard arcade games. The wife got a drink from the bar and her words thats stronger then I make at home. All in all, if we were back in the area, wed stop again.

Was there for a private company party. I gave it four stars because I think they need more arcade games. The staff was attentive and nice. Bathrooms were clean. The food was edible. Overall we enjoyed it.

Went bowling. It has been a few years and boy things have changed. Our group had a great time.

Bowling was fun for the whole family, having small balls, bumpers, and rolling help for the littlest ones is a great touch. The arcade is well set up for kids from 3 to 43. Food was excellent and delivered to us quickly. Did not get to test out laser tag due to our time constraints but would definitely go back and do it again. Only mitigating factor is the cost it can get somewhat expensive depending on your family size.

Good staff and nice sized location... perfect for company parties and events!!! Been here multiple times (catered as well) and definitely worth it! Family friendly and great atmosphere (even though I live closer to another location )

Came here for the first time today, for their summer fun pass. Bowling was fun, the games where fun. Overall a great experience, only complaint was the food order. Somehow the kitchen lost our ticket order and it took over an hour to get our food. The manager was very understanding and gave my party and I an additional hour on bowling. The food was good, and, aside from the lost ticket, the service was excellent. Would be coming back sometime in the future.

Always good go to for family fun! I love that you can just walk in and go straight to the arcade and start playing. The bowling specials are very competitive and the food is far better then most bowling places around. My only bit of criticism is the amount of broken claw machines...

Eh. There was an error with beat saber, someone kept throwing away my soda cup so I couldnt get refills as easily (i got the refill anyway because of the employee recognizing me.) Laser tag saves the whole thing, although its really laser war. Still fun I guess.

Fun and decent for the price. Been there on corporate events and as a family. Laser tag is my fav though always good to get in a round of bowling with the friends. Food is what you would expect from bar food.

We drove all the way to Grapevine to be turned around because they were having a private event. We wasted our time driving out here for nothing. Imagine if somebody planned a birthday party for that day/evening.

I do not go often. But I have a blast every time I go. My friends and I typically go for birthday parties. If they had one closer to Dallas, Grand Prairie and Irving area we might go more often. I will admit I do not particularly like bowling. But it passes the time while you recover from all the dodging and running you do playing lazer tag.

Youre basically looking at a kid-friendly pool hall, a full service bowling alley, and an arcade all under the same roof. Definitely great to bring your kids to on the weekend. Friendly helpful staff, prices arent outrageous, and the food is decent (albeit its basically bar food, but what can you really expect?). Overall worth the money to show your kids a good time, or a neat outside-the-box idea for a date night.

First of all overall service was great. Girl named Taylor at front desk amazing and helpful. Overall experience was great as well. But I am rating them one star just because the Bar people screwed me over for playing pool. It was my worst nightmare to get to play pool. First they get my name for pool queue and tell me there is 1 1/2 hours wait time. I go half hour later to check number my name is already scratched. They said the rang the beeper, I go check my beeper they give me beeper which was dead and not working. I hope somebody take care of this issue. I am going give one more shot to this place or else I won’t go there.

Great place to go when its cold outside there is something for everybody to do from arcade games the bowling two drinking at the bar and watching big screen TVs or plants and billiards theres lots to do there dont forget about the laser tag just an all-around fun place

Went for a work event it was fun bc of who we were with but staff could have been better took for ever to get drinks /food**update** went back again bc the group wanted to. The server had an attitude problem and I went get a drink at the bar and she made me bring over someones food. I wanted to be like I dont get paid for this. But whatever. Its not like we only spend 10dollars here its a few hundred each time. It is what it is. Dont go with high expectations. And youll be fine.
