I bought a putter from Brad when he was running the Kickstarter campaign early on. Unfortunately the putter broke where the shaft meets the head. I contacted Brad and he replaced it with a brand new putter at no cost! Unbelievable customer service from Brad. Not only is the putter a fun conversation starter on the course, but it performs like you would expect from a traditional metal putter.
