Meadowlark Park sits on a nice green capacious piece of land. A good place to take families with young children and teenagers. There are swings, slides, and animal statues to adore and climb up. There are various sections layered with wood chips. There is a large gathering area with metal picnic style tables. The restrooms were closed so I cannot comment on their cleanliness. The park sits next to Grandviews Community Center, The View.

This is probably our favorite park in Missouri. It has great variety, it’s highly unique, the environment is peaceful. Worth a visit if you’re in KC area.

This place is a great park. Its like a hidden gem in grandview area. Its best for kids around 5-12 years old... But my adventurous 2 yr old loves it too!I only have one critique about the place the bathrooms were not open right now closed until spring was the message which was really unfortunate because not having a bathroom nearby for a kids park is inviting disaster for parents with toddlers

Nice, clean... loved bike trail, and skate park

The playground equipment was very well maintained and the kids had a great time. The only problem at this park was the lack of shade over some of the equipment...it got really hot. There is some playground equipment under the trees and that was perfect.

Its a really good park, they have walking trails and a pretty big park also restrooms.. my kids love it there.

Skate park was fun and playground was fun. Can tell they keep up on maintenance because they were putting fresh mulch down.

Be very cautious here, especially after dark. Our car was vandalized and property stolen from inside. Wonderful park, but lighting is poor and makes us easy targets.

The park is overshadowed by the pleasantly shaded woods nearby, interspersed with creeks and walking trails. The playground is both interactive and themed. Very enjoyable place for a picnic.

Nice place to let your children wild, then take them home give them a hot bath and you can relax because your job is done. You can figure out the rest.

Great park, but doesnt always feel safe. Sometimes weird characters that are clearly casing cars for things to steal hang around (nobody walks around a parking lot and accidentally drops drops something 10 times near peoples cars)

Nice little park

My children have fun every time we visit this park. Can be noisy on occasion, but still very fun. A lot of open space and secret pathways for those that like to jog, but can be a little scary if you have children that like to wander off!

Nice, clean park. Great park to go to if you have more than one child bc you can easily keep an eye on the entire play area from anywhere in the park.

Always clean and well kept grounds and equipment. Close to the indoor pool at The View and a skate park as well. Great playground with lots to do for kids of all ages with plenty of space and play areas for lots of kids to be in without getting over crowded.

Its a very nice place to be. The environment was good. Staff was courteous and it was an excellent experience for me.

This park does indeed go beyond just a few swings and a slide. There is a sandpit with excavating toys, a lifelike rock wall that leads to a slide (no stairs to it), a cool tree-house play set with a twisty tube-slide, several swing sets spread out with different heights and styles, nice bathrooms (for a park), and a few rope climbing opportunities. The area is heavily shaded and I love how close it is to woods. I was also pleasantly surprised by the walking trail. The park has a prehistoric theme in the equipment. So, yes, there are two large structures of animals that could have existed during that period.

My boys absolutely love this place. Always keep and has some really cool equipment.

Brand new with lots of kid friendly features. Excellent design and facilities. Kudos to the city. Our children 4-8 loved it and wore off some steam on our road trip, worth it.

What a nice family park. We played at the park with friends from church. We used the pavilion for our food. Restrooms were clean. Has a great access to a nice run/walk/bike trail.

Nice place. Quiet and clean. Not much other than a few swings and slides, but my kids enjoyed it. Not really sure whats going on with the weird bird decorations, its super creepy.

Big sprawling park with walking/biking trails and play equipment for kids.

This park is super cool - a slide built into a hill, as well as one you need to climb actual rocks to get to. And the play structures are very unique, interesting and natural looking. Theres a treehouse-type tower that my daughter called the hei hei house cuz it kinda looks like a chicken coop with the wire mesh on the windows. Theres a lot in shade and its kinda on the edge of some big trees, plus a sand area that we havent explored much. Its the most unique playground Ive been to - very impressed.

Excellent place to hang out with your kids, have an outdoor picnic. Facilities are usually fine unless the meth-heads have left paraphernalia or explosive bowel movements in the facilities.

It wasnt many trees near the park where the kids play so the swings n stuff be hot but its really nice
