West Walker is a great club but a little limited. If youre looking for a place to put some rounds down range with no frills then its perfect. There are ranges 7 to 200 yards. The staff is strict but very friendly. One major con is that you cannot bring a guest outside of immediate family. It makes it hard to get your friends involved. All that being said it is the most affordable club in West Michigan and what is available is nice.

When I lived in Grand rapids I was a member, almost 7 years. Nice people,clean club house, great sportsman dinner every year and awesome raffles. Ranges are nice and well kept. Safety is very high. There are limitations of the club, there is no drawing from holsters and no ability to practice shooting from cover or moving shooting.these things training are essential for pistol self defense training. It would be nice to see something setup to support this kind of training. Forgot to mention the beautiful skeet and trap course they have. Very nice club !, But if you are looking for a place to practice practical pistol self defense this isnt it.

Great outdoor range for pistols, rifles, shot guns, and archery! Everyone here super nice and kind a d helpful. My Son even was welcome to learn and practice.

In my opinion, the best thing about this gun club is the price. For $85 a year you can use the facilities. Theres nothing modern about this place but it functions well and works for me.

Been a member for the last 25 years. Seen many improvements and updates over the years. Safety improvements and building upgrades. The facility is great. In recent months the ability to staff with a range monitor to cover the hours of operation has been challenging. It’s unfortunate that the ability to use a range during “open” hours has been reduced. After 25 years this may in fact be my last. Sad.

Great place to come shooting. This isn’t the fanciest place to shoot, but is is certainly affordable. Volunteers and other members are friendly. So far, I only use the pistol and rifle ranges. One day I hope to come try out the skeet range. My only complaint is that it is entirely members only. I wish they would allow a paying guest to accompany a member.

I have been to two weddings here, and it is a cool place. Feels like youre way out in the country somewhere! Great venue for large parties!
