Terrible fireworks. We purchased from Jakes and USA Fireworks and from Phantom. The Phantom fireworks are highly dangerous. The tubes blew out of the firework box and then proceeded to fire towards people and cars and homes. Several of our family had gotten burned when they shot out as we were running for cover. Keep in mind we let them off more than 200 feet from houses, cars, and people. Way over priced considering the dangers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Go to Jake’s.. you can’t even just walk in. You get hassled for ID and waiver to even get into the store. I grabbed my DL back after what seemed like 5 mins and went to Jake’s. Totally different there, way better customer experience.

Obviously shop earlier than July 2nd because lots of items sold out but they were great. Quick in n lots of great stuff !!

Poor business model. Most pieces cost more than local competitors when you break it down. The required ID check at the door just to shop is asinine and unnecessary. The little stuff I used to get got jacked up in cost. Stopped going last year, wont be back and cannot recommend them. The staff is not as friendly nor knowledgeable as the other shops in either direction.

They said they were open. We called they said they were open. We drive almost 2 hours and they arent open!

The associates were very polite and helpful. Not only with selling, but describing certain ones, and at chrck-out, retrieved some boxes for me and helped me load my truck.It was almost like buying wholesale. Get 3 Fireworks for the price of one, on ALL fireworks throughout the store. I spent $1300.00 dollars. But I saved $2200.00 dollars with all the fireworks I bought.

Best place to get fireworks hands down. Have been going to Phantom since before they even had shops in Michigan and I had to drive down to Ohio.

The check in is very weird as you have to give them your drivers license and email and sign a waiver. As pros or jakes its way easier. The whole store is on discount for buy 1 get 2 free, but the prices are steep making it about the same as pros or jakes. The customer service was decent not the best. Also they had a slim selection of stuff for the children so it was mainly big and expensive stuff.Definitely would recommend Pros or jakes over phantom any day.

As soon as you walk in they scan your drivers license, make you sign a waiver and ask for an email address. Everything is buy one get two free, which sounds great but they price them as such, so unless you need a ton of the same fireworks its not idea. Also not much small / kids stuff, mostly large very expensive stuff

Customer service is pathetic. Computer systems did not work so there wasnt even a way for me to patronize this business even if I wanted to. I was yelled by an employee at for taking a picture. I was not informed this was not allowed. If that is against policy a polite verbal informative or posted signs would be ok. Never should an employee yell at a customer for rules that are not disclosed. I was not the only customer that was yelled at by this particular employee. He also yelled at an active military member for not understanding the waiver policy that was never explained to him. I would never use this business for any reason. Absolutely pitiful customer service. Very unwelcoming and attitude ridden.

Start with the positive. They have a large selection of any kind of firework that youre looking for. The negative for me is their marketing or sales. are always on. they claim 2 weeks left of a sale but its always the same thing about And the prices are so inflated to make the sale not really a sale they are about the same as or even more than other Firework stores

I went here because jakes was closed, left here due to terrible service and art van pricing making you take 3 or 4 things at a time, finally got a couple things elsewhere for my son to enjoy. Save your time, look elsewhere.

GO TO PRO FIREWORKS!!!! I’m giving phantom one star cuz zero isn’t an option. The check in is stupid but I politely complied. I told them I was checking prices at some stores in gr (cuz it was a drive to get there and I wouldn’t be back for a while) and when I wrote down the prices on some things I was interested in he yelled at me and said I wasn’t allowed to write prices and I should go one the website if I want prices... really dude? There is more to the store and I have contacted (not without difficulties) phantom customer service. I will post again if this is resolved but I doubt it will be.Edit. I contacted customer service and the were very apologetic and corresponded over email with me about the situation. At least corporate is aware and trying to fix the problem. They also told me that there had been multiple calls that day and they weren’t to happy with this store overall I don’t think I will be going back to phantom. Just too expensive and too many bad experiences peace all️

I’ve been here in the past and hated it. The old manager was awful and wasn’t very helpful. But may I say the new owner is AWESOME! He hooked us up with amazing deals, helped us pick out good fireworks, and was just overall amazing. We spent $100 there and the owner gave us at least $50-$75 in free fireworks! He seemed really happy about how my friend and I (we’re kids) loved fireworks and knew a ton about them. Overall I went from hating this store and going to pro fireworks down the street to going to this place. I will say I will always come back and look forward to my next trip here! Thanks phantom fireworks for the great experience and awesome manager now!

Walked in and was harrased by the first guy at the door for my liscene. I respectfully followed suit and proceeded to the shop for overpriced fireworks. I asked one lady for help and she rolled her eyes at me and snapped at the question I asked and made me feel like I was bothering her. Never coming back to this establishment.

The policy having to leave your license before you go into the store is crazy. I left and did not buy anything and will not be back because of that. Also we show up at 9:30am and the sign on the door says open at 9am but nobody was there.

The manager was fun, friendly, and helpful. He knew what every single item did and had some good recommendations. Prices are typical for a fireworks retailer during the summer.

Not shocked at all that there are no reviews. The lady working here on 07/23/2014 was so incredibly rude as soon as we walked in the door. I dont understand how these people land jobs dealing with customers. If you plan on staying in business she needs some intense customer service training and should probably take a break from using her cellular device while on the job.

Insulted right when I walked in, they stated my son was my brother and wouldnt let me in. Jakes is where you go for fireworks.

Very rude welcome from staff when entering the door. Company requires scanning of ID prior to shopping, even if not purchasing. I have nothing to hide; however, I question the need for this information and wonder what is done with it.

Way over priced, Pros Fireworks has lower prices, and higher product quality.
