Had them for our wedding last year. We were told we would be getting one of their more experienced DJs but then a couple weeks before the wedding they told us we would be getting one of their newer guys. He showed up later than he was supposed to and barely had time to setup. Then, he messed up my wifes coming down the aisle song. We told him if our bridal party took to long to come down to replay that song until it was time for the bride. Instead he moved right onto my wifes song about a minute before she came down the aisle.We also gave him instructions to stick to the song list we gave him for the reception and he took guest suggestions left and right.He was a nice guy but I was pretty disappointed with the switch up at the last minute.

Mike did a great job getting everybody up and on the dance floor at our wedding reception! He was easy to work with and went with the flow of the reception. I had so many compliments on the music :) would definitely recommend!

Moments in time did a great job hosting our function. Their price was fair and they were incredibly easy to work with. Overall, Joe and co. are very professional and I would recommend them to anybody in the GR region.

Joe Lober was our DJ for our wedding, and he did a fabulous job. Everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Our guests had a great time whether enjoying the music on the dance floor or from their seats. My husband and I went to rival colleges and we asked Joe to make a fight song mash-up for our entrance song, and he did and it was a total hit and sounded great! He was very easy to work with before the wedding and always answered all of my questions via email in a very prompt manner. We made a few song changes before the wedding and he was always willing to accommodate. We would recommend Joe Lober for any of your events requiring a DJ.

How absolutely amazing the DJ and photobooth services were! Hands down, MITDJ was our best vendor and nearly all of our guests came up to us to tell us how fun your services made our wedding! We really appreciated how communicative DJ Mac Gannon was with us without constantly bothering us. He was very flexible with our requests and was also not a mic hog, which we were concerned about based on some other weddings we have been to. Also, a fabulous touch was the photo album that was created by Connor Coruthers, who ran the photobooth--we had such a fun time checking out those pictures!

MITDJ did a great job at our wedding. Did an excellent job judging the dance floor and adjusting music accordingly. We also forgot to mention one or two things that we wanted to do before the wedding, but our DJ was super flexible when we brought it up.The sound system at our venue was kind of strange so Im glad that we hired a professional. Everything turned out very nice!

Shawn and MITDJ were amazing. They were well organized, responded to all communications promptly, and were very responsive to our requests. I asked for early 2000s dance music and Shawn delivered. I would recommend them to anyone!

They are the BEST DJ service. Joe, the owner is amazing to deal with and we had Mike Zender as our DJ for the event. He was professional, personable, was great with the crowd. He MADE the party. I searched alot for the best service/pricing/reviews - and Moments in Time was by far the best in all categories. I also got uplighting for them - at a great price and it totally changed the look and feel of the party!

We had a phenomenal experience with Mac Gannon as our DJ and original coordination with Joe Lober for our wedding last December. With just a few emails with Joe and completion of their simple easy to understand forms they were able to take care of everything. Any set-up questions went straight to the venue (if they even had any). They were completely on top of their game. I was almost worried I hadnt heard more, but they just knew everything they needed and how to do it. All things we didn’t have to stress about, and trust me, if you’re planning a wedding, anything that eliminates stress is worth it’s weight in gold. Thoroughly impressed.We had a very lively group and Mac kept the dance floor full literally all night. Although he joked with us we were so much fun, he could have been playing anything, he really did do a superb job. From checking entrance name announcement pronouncements to announcing cake cutting, speeches, etc. Mac did a superb job. He was very personable, approachable, and fun to work with. All of our guests had great things to say about the music and Macs work. Very happy we went with MITDJ and with Mac. With the information we gave in the form he kept things light and fun all night. Never played a song on our do not play list, all the specific moment songs, and most all of the songs on our “try to play” list.We also had the photo-booth which was great. Getting a digital copy of all the photos was really fun to go through a couple days later. They also gave us a book which guests glued their photos in and signed next to. Unfortunately, the guy working the booth wasnt making sure guests knew about gluing in a copy of the photos (it printed 2 each time) so we probably ended up with about half of all the photos taken. A little disappointed about that. Since we got a digital copy this wasnt a big deal, just the only criticism we have with everything. Apart from that the photo-booth was great, and well worth it.Overall, we are VERY happy with MITDJ and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They handled everything with very little effort from us aside from music selections, taking all that stress out of our day and lead up to. That right there made it worthwhile alone, but with how good a job Mac did really made the day. Truly a 5 star performance. You won’t regret using them for your wedding or event!

Great DJ and Photobooth package! The whole team was wonderful and our reception couldn’t be more perfect. I appreciate the good communication leading up to and during our reception. The music selection was on point and I was blown away by the photobooth; it was huge and there was a large selection of props. They even made a photo book for us and gave us the digital copies! Everyone had a blast and I definitely recommend Moments in Time!

We hired MIT for our wedding this month and from day one Joe was wonderful to work with. I truly enjoyed working with him, it`s always a risk to hire an unknown company from reviews on the internet. I was instantly put at ease as soon as met him and it was worth taking the chance. He was very polite and knowledgeable and made the process of hiring a DJ a lot easier than I expected. The day of our wedding he showed up on time and had everything ready to go with plenty of time to spare. The music he played was perfect for our style and kept every one moving. Joe was also very helpful in keeping us on our time line. With his experience I felt very comfortable taking advice through the night on when to have dances, cake cutting and so on. He really helped keep the night flowing properly. I`m really glad we chose to go with MITDJ for our wedding. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a fantastic DJ.

We had Drew from Moments in Time DJs for our wedding this past weekend 2013-09-01, and I will recommend them to anyone getting married that wants no hiccups with the sound.We were married at Bay Pointe Inn, on Gun Lake, and the guys at Moments in Time know the site, know the layout and provided excellent music selections for the guest arrival. They had every song we requested, and some of them were pretty obscure, so that was nice.The setup and tear down was timely, and our DJ Drew was extremely professional, well dressed, funny, and generally a really cool guy the entire day.The site is outdoors, and has a lot of boat noise, as well as water noise from waves, but they were setup for this and everyone could hear every word.
