We wound up going here because we had a cash back deal with our bank and had a really good time. We got a medium pizza and 2 drinks ( They dont for some very strange reason serve Coke so we were disappointed). When I placed the order I asked about adding a salad bar to our order and was told it was ( I think $8.49, I think the look on my face gave her my answer of NO) I have never in my life paid that much to add a salad bar on to a pizza order so you have been warned in advance if you want a salad with your pizza go elsewhere. Now with all the negative the pizza was good ( drinks were terrible) and we did have a good time playing video games for 14.99 for an unlimited amount of play for 45 minutes. Overall we had a good time but were just shocked by some of the pricing and drink options.

Grandsons 4th birthday. Went on a Wendsenday for an hour play for $14.99. Pizza was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Hand sanitizer available everywhere, temp checks at the door and games cleaned constantly. Felt safe and will be back again

The kids had a fun time at Chuck E Cheese for my niece’s 3rd birthday party. Our party host was super friendly and made sure everything was set. The first Chuck E Cheese character they saw wasn’t very interactive with the kids, but the one who came out for my niece’s birthday song was interactive so that was nice. It’s mainly just a game area now rather than a play area which is pretty unfortunate. The Fun House area with the only slide isn’t even free for the kids to play on...you have to swipe your card to go in every time. It’s definitely not what it use to be

We just left from having my childs birthday party, we went for the mega star package, So Worth It! From set up to clean up, my guests were happy and taken care of. Jordan kept us informed, staff was so friendly and helpful; we will definitely have another party and continue to come to this location. Despite it being extremely busy, staff kept good attitudes and were patient with my kids. A good tip here: if youre kind and respectful towards the staff, they are well known to give your kids extra tickets.

It was very clean expect the restroom but that has a lot to do with the people being dirty and not cleaning up afterwards. It was not crowded and they did make sure everyone was check beforehand. They did need a little more staff the 2 ladies checking people in where also the party host, ticket exchanged and the ones take the order, which made everything run slow.

Its great to early when nobody is there. We had the floor and our Grand Son Adam had a very good time.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! So glad I went to this location because it had better reviews I couldn’t help but add to them because I can see why now it was clean, great service, every single machine worked unlike so many other Chuck E. Cheese out there and the food was fresh and hot it was just a great experience like Chuck E. Cheese should always be with the kids. Only thing I have to say they def need to improve on is it seemed like the longer we were there the hotter and hotter it got like the ac was barely working. They also had more variety of games than I’ve seen at a lot of other locations and it’s a pretty big building with a fun house as well. Had a great time!

There was a crowd of people and they were hungry. I counted 3 birthday parties going on, at the same time, and each given equal attention. It was clean. The salad bar was kept clean and well stocked. All the games were in working order with plenty of attendants to take care of them while keeping the area clean.

We had the most wonderful hostess... Had birthday party for my little nephew turning 4 years old....Had a little problem with one of the workers there but our hostess and the manager their handled the situation in a very professional manner and need to be commended for the way they handle my situation.....

They are open and they were not full. They have one side and every other table closed. They came and cleaned the games every 10 minutes. Just make sure if you are not at your table have on your mask.

Every time our family goes, its a great time! We always say just one hour and end up staying for two or more. Its always clean, the food is great and the staff is SUPER nice! Its a great family place.

Popped in at opening on a Saturday. Wasnt too crowded. $20 unlimited play card (good for an hour) to reward a good week at school, kids loved it. Casino for kiddos.

We had our daughters first birthday party there. The hostess was nice but we had to wait awhile on some of the food and drinks. They also ran out of helium before the party so we had to bring our own balloons. The kids at the party were well taken care of but I would advise you order the adults refreshments ahead of time instead of waiting to see what everyone wants. Overall it was a decent experience.

Was a bad experience. Was my first time at Chuck E. Cheese wasnt asked in the food line ordering our food if we wanted to buy a play card at a discount price we ordered a combo pizza deal. When we finished eating we asked where to get a game card. Back in the food line we went to be told our time for the discount had expired you have to purchase the game card when you purchase your food or loose out on the discount. No one working the counter even asked if we wanted to purchase a game card. Combo meal=discount . I guess I know now... After playing games I got in line to exchange tickets won playing games the man running the register walked away as I stepped up to the counter after waiting in a long line of people. I just stood there waiting for him to return, he never did. I questioned the lady at the other counter she said I would have to get into her line..... Long line..... No way was I going to stand in line again . I already knew what I wanted to get told her what I wanted and she said I would have to go to the end of the line. The customer she was helping told the cashier to get me what I wanted... I gave that sweet lady the rest of my game point. Afterward the sweet customer brought my 3 year old great niece a gift. To the customer who was so sweet and compassionate I thank you.

First day of all, you have to have the mind set that this is a child establishment to run and play, and that the parents want to spoil their children. Keep that in mind, and you wont get upset by the long wait to get inside. You have to place your orders for food, and order play time right in the front door as you come in. They do not have a super large building like Dave & Busters, so it can be a bit cramped. This night, they had 3 birthday parties going on so it took almost an hour to get our food.Food for thought: They have a buffet, but I watched this parent holding a baby, coughing and sneezing over it. And the kids were not monitored at all by the parents as they got food via the buffet.If or when you go, make sure that you go there with 2 adults. 1 with the kids playing, and 1 watching the table. The parents are like vultures, waiting for you to get up and take your spot.But as busy as they were, they kept the bathrooms clean

Kids love it, I dont. I understand that children have accidents and spill things, but when I sit down there should not be evidence of the mess still left behind. They need to have workers dedicated to throughly cleaning after guests. I feel dirty as soon as I walk in.

The kids always have fun here! The unlimited play for 45 minutes is great for small children that just go around using the card and not actually play the game until the end. They have good food for kids and beer for adults. I recommend getting the pizza with stuffed crust.

Not like it was when my kids were little. One pizza 4 drinks and a salad and 2 30 min cards cost me 75 dollars!! Ridiculous. I would have been slightly ok but after the min cards were over there is NOTHING to do . every single thing cost. Back in the day after our tokens were gone the kids could at least play in the balls or play area. Will never visit again!!

The pizza was hot and fresh. The service was friendly. Only complaint would be the volume level of the sound system. I had to yell at the person just across from me in our booth to be heard. Felt more like I was at a night club at 2am rather than a childrens place. Idk...maybe Im getting old, but my daughter loves it so I will continue to visit this establishment.

Where do I even begin..... its a loud odor of restroom through out the whole building they tables are sticky. The restroom is dirty they make you pay for the small cups on the price of a large cup

Good place for celebrate children parties.

I have watched this place evolve over the years and I must say I can STILL enjoy this place as a Dad as I did when I was a kid. I appreciate the adult food menu and salad bar.. I can stuff my face while my kids are running around somewhere....

I had heard mixed reviews about this location but I enjoyed my time here. I have a rambunctious 2 year old who loves to run around and I this place does the job. Hes able to run around and play and this location has the space for him to do it. The games were entertaining and my 9yr old nephew had just as much fun. Id reccomend this for family fun. If you can, go earlier in the day. There wont be as many people. Be patient. There are lots of active children and the staff is doing the very best in the environment.

Only reason I give a 3 cause its like 80 degrees inside. I had to step out multiple times to cool down so I wouldnt have a sezuire. If they did have a/c on couldnt feel it. If it was 15 degrees cooler I give it 5 stars. But this one alot cleaner and dont feel like your in the ghetto and your be Rob going out like one in Arlington.

The place gets hectic on Saturdays bc of birthday parties but other than that my daughter had a great time. I would recommend to take your kids during the week instead if you have little ones so they can freely run to the games.

Overpriced and place still smells like feet! Rarely go because of the insane people and their kids so we try to do a mid weekday to be able to enjoy it. Our host was a pleasure though, no complaints there she was very helpful.

This location is good if you come during the week the ppl that work here are nice and it’s clean. It’s the wknd you need to avoid because it’s overcrowded and hood and just too much chaos... i had to update my experience from my last visit . Everything was great i had no complaints at all, i came on a Monday.

Great place for birthday parties for the kids. Just had to remind the host of things ordered throughout the party and then her shift ended before our party, which was odd. It was still great fun for the kids and the food was great.

This place is great for kids and the pizza aint bad either. It has been clean both times I have gone and the staff is good, not great. They have a hour pass for arcade games too so the cost aint too bad either.

My nephew threw a party for his first born so that means that was my great niece and we had a blast love Chuck-E-Cheese. Thats the best place to take your kids and they can eat and play and play and eat and dance with Chucky all-day

Brought wrong order out not once, but twice. The quality of food was not to my standards. I think for the prices requested, it should have had way better quality foods. In all honesty, Im not big on brand names, so if people are being charged based on a name then the quality needs to match.

The bacon in the crust was a little to over powering for me. Other then that the pizza was amazing!

This chuckys has the funhouse which is a great time for the kids. Two new massage chairs for adults as well. Only a buck for 3 minutes and it works your whole body. Great salad bar. Will return for little man to enjoy

Chuck E Cheese is not what it used to be. About 10% of the games are fun to play and the rest are all gambling style. Might as well teach kids about casinos from a young age, right? We spent $30 on a gaming card and I was not impressed at all with the game selection.Also, they really need to put an out of order sign on the game card machines. The ones you are supposed to be able to buy game credits from. I spent fifteen minutes trying to use both machines before I finally gave up. After asking the front counter lady if they could sell me a card there, she said oh yeah those machines dont work. During the two hours we were there I saw many people trying to use them and never once saw a sign put up on them.The last thing that really killed the experience for me was the excessively loud music. My eardrums have been damaged twice and Im slightly hard of hearing and still the music was overly loud. I could only imagine how much it damages childrens hearing...I hate to be the person who has nothing but bad things to say but this place really needs an overhaul.

Please pick another place to have your kids birthday party. On the plus side, I now know some sign language thanks to hearing loss.

The restrooms are disgusting. Carpet floors smells like sour milk. Games are fun...but clean this place up with Clorox and disinfectant.

We go here often and each time it’s seems to be worse than before. I’m really considering finding a new location. The staff are pretty for the most part, but the food is horrible. This last visit almost made me call the whole thing off! Our pizza was VERY greasy and not for fresh.

The customer service at this place gets worse every time we go. We only go maybe 4 times a year because we have to drive 45 mins. Also im pretty sure the young man that scanned mine and my kids hand on the way only saw a part of my hand to match the stamp on my kids. I almost said something buut we were ready to leave because we had already waited so long to turn in their points. Good thing i dont just let my kids run like some parents. Also we were there for over an hour and chuckee never came out. I think next time we will try a new location.

Nice staff, went to a birthday party, the party handlers were helpful. Food was well its chuck e cheese food. Pizza was mediocre and wings were allright.

Chuck E. Cheese as a whole has changed. I’m pretty disappointed in the whole company as a whole. As a customer I seen the employees were unhappy and it showed in their customer service. The food was ok not worth the price. And to top it off when did games become more then one credit I am definitely lost on the fact they are no longer one token each game. If I would of known all of this up front I would of went to ally cats.

This was a fun place. I have a 7 year old son who loves. Weve actually been to several of them and Ive not been disappointed. the only reason I didnt give it a five is because there were really long lines. However it didnt matter that much because my kid had fun the entire time, he was entertained playing games, just went right at it.

Food was actually good which is a step up for a Chuck e cheese. Most of the staff was nice, their games kept breaking and only 1 game assistant would help. Funny how the older game attendant helped and I got blown off by the younger male wearing the purple game boss shirt with the attitude. The manager was nice helped where he could on a busy day but you can definitely see that some of the younger staff needs a bit of kindness training around little kids. I would return if it were closer.

Been there several times with my son for Birthday parties. Pizza is good. Games are good. Parking is ok but it’s Chuckie Cheese so it’s always packed!

I wasnt too impressed, my son however enjoyed it. I guess I remembered a totally different Chuck E. Cheese experience from when I was younger. I would have like to see a larger jungle gym area and more live performances. The location was decent. Its worth taking your kids when you have a coupon deal.

I havent been to a Chuck E Cheese in years! This location exceeded my expectations.The Arlington locations is worn down, solid gray with rain water stains all on the outside.Driving up seeing the colorful exterior made me as excited as the kids!!

Over 300 hundred visits and thousands of dollars spent at this location over the last 17 years and never been more outraged. The new manager, a skinny, tall white guy with glasses. Not cool what he did. No need to trash the entire accomplishment over one guys mishaps so ill leave it at that. Maybe do what starbucks did and have a session with all your employees about racial discriminatin.

My 3 year old loves this CEC and hes haff two parties here!!! They always make it a breeze to schedule and set up and always seem to be near but when i have questions or need extras!!! Even my 9 year old has a good time!!!
