They are clearly struggling to compete with picture show, but they have made some impressive changes to put them back on the map for movie theaters, they have a much better app and rewards system that picture show. Now you can select your seats which is a great new feature. A while ago they changed their ticket stubs from that classic ticket stub material which I loved (I save every ticket stub because Im weird) and they changed it to basically just a receipt, and thats the only reason they get 4 stars. Once they up their soft drink game they might actually be a real competitor for picture show

I love this place. It is your typical movie theater. Popcorn is always on point. They have upped their game on the snacks lately. Sometimes in the summer can get a bit warm in the theater.

Quiet and not crowded just the way I like it.

A bit pricey compared to Picture Show, waiting at the food bar to get the tickets is really a stupid idea... the automatic machine on the right when you enter is your best option to get your ticket quickly.Seats are good, and rooms are pretty clean, sounds and picture are very good quality.

I dont appreciate having to stand in the concession line when all I want is a ticket for a movie. We spent 20 minutes at the concession because people cant make up their mind what they want and as a result our movie started! I realize its all about getting people to concession to buy, but for those of that just want a ticket there should be a different option!!

For how expensive everything is, you would think theyd have more comfortable seating. Chairs are kinda worn down and uncomfortable. Concession people were great but the ticket takers not so much... Kinda seem like they hate their jobs. Other than that its aesthetically pleasing.

Its not as good as it used to be. Trashier with water all over the floor and weve had to wait 10 minutes in line because you now have to buy snacks (including refills) and tickets at the front counter. A better alternative that is a bit pricier is Picture show.

Manager Dave Platt was not very kind to customers or employees on duty. Would recommend working on customer service. It is also very pricey.

Its always clean. So no sticky shoes, and the bathroom is nice. Theres always enough seating. Never had an issue.

Great unlimited program. Only negative is that you used to have 1 line for all the concessions/ticket sales. Now that they removed it, each cashier/register has its own line. You could easily pick the wrong line and it could take a lot longer than expected.

Have been coming here at least 2-4 times a month with my sister. i typically have a good experience however tonight we were denied entrance for not having an id to see ready or not. if you’re going to do that, at least consistently ID your customers for rated R movies because that was the first time that’s ever happened and we’re considering not visiting this theatre again because of how poorly it was handled.

Staff was very rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. When I finally got One of the staffs attention and voiced a complaint he had mentioned how the managers mistreated him and didnt acknowledge him telling them about customer complaints and had me speak to the manager when I complained about the shouting match going on in the theater. The gal that helped acted like she could care less even after hearing how multiple ppl left the theater because of the shouting match. Very disappointed because you pay so much to watch films at the theater. Poorly managed establishment go to picture show at least the customer service is better.

Usually has a good selection of movies. Place is always clean. Can be pricey.

Family outting went very well. This theater is great for really getting the old fashioned theater experience. Also always check online to see if a movie has an after credit scene or youll look kinda foolish being the last one in a show that is just over. Learned from experience.

Older movie theatre, but comfortable seats and good popcorn. Unfortunately, you have to go to the commissary to buy movie tickets, they no longer sell them at the front box-office. The lines were long and had we not gotten there a half hour before the movie started, we would have missed the beginning of the movie. Its not a good situation for customers running in a tight schedule!

I only gave the 3 stars due to this visit only. Everytime before it was great. No box office for tickets and had to stand way too long at the concessions line just to finally get to our seats. Also it bothers me that there is not a separate line for refills. Saw way too many people waiting too long for that. Just taking the fun out of movie magic that day!!! But I will always return to the Regal because I cannot let 1 bad experience kill it for me and my family.

Love watching movies there and now the app and reserved seating makes it even nicer!

Cashiers refuse to help those in line. Only like to talk with each other and not do their jobs. Every time I come here it’s a bad customer experience. Can’t wait for amc to come take over.

Arrive Early!!!!You have to buy the tickets at the concession stand now,ugh,if you have not made up your mind its a tiny TV screen too far over from register,not at each register&it took 3 screen changes to go thru all the movies....heard someone complain&they were treated nicely BUT employee literally said thats the way its going now,so no more box office...we have to be held up by the busy popcorn stand in the hope we buy popcorn n drinks AND we need to know all the movie names& time before we get there...ugh

Great movie but it was $36 for two people at 8:00 p.m. anime movie. No discount.

Ive been here multiple times through out the past few years. The popcorn quality changes depending on whos working. I dont usually get any of the other hot snacks because they are low quality. But the staff is always direct with where to go and make the process relatively quick. They show plenty of movies and you can win free tickets all over in the community.

Plenty of parking, even on busy weekends. The staff is and has always been quick and friendly for as long as I can remember. Prices are fair, your usual movie range. Food selection is pricy but there is plenty, including a wide selection of candy. There is also online ordering to reserve a spot! Theater is in great condition as well.

Biggest theater in town. Pricing is as it would be at any other theater. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They keep the theater clean as well.

We saw Abomidable which was absolutely adorable and full of stunning scenes. I highly recommend for all ages!

Chairs are kinda small and do not allow that Lazy Boy chair we are getting used to at many theaters.I reviewed this theater for the following reason. I bought a small bag of Cheetos/pop corn. Usually a pretty good product. But today, it was obvious to me that the bag I got was stale and likely from the prior day.I was seeing the first showing of the day-hence that batch shouldve been hot and fresh. It was neither. The kid I spoke with when I returned with half a bag was no help, but he tried. The female manager standing right behind him offered no fresh bag, adjustment, nor any apologies.I will go back, but I only came to this location because of this food product-which today was sub-standard and not fresh or hot, barely warm. Not what I expect for about $8.00. Transaction # 1786715/1As a follow-up and also to show you guys to see how reviews are absolutely fake... Youll see that management responded to at least one in particular of a 5-star rating. That reviewer had not a single note indicating that their experience was anecdotal. Their responses are a canned generic review with a solicitation. Yet here it is almost three weeks later and my review (i showed the transaction no.) hasnt even received a comment, apology or maybe just a trust me were going to make sure its fresh every day!

It doesnt have the new, full recline, style seats, but the seats they do have are in nice condition and do lay back a little. The staff, I dealt with, were super friendly. The theater itself, room #10, was small, but clean and the temperature was very comfortable. My suggestion is, if you want good seats, go plenty early. If not, be prepared to sit in the front row.

OK for seats and screen. expensive snacks at the concession. Not sure I will go back. FYI, they didnt allow bring a stainless water bottle(tumbler) for kids. They just allow a clear plastic water bottle. I dont get it.

Good quality movie..... However the seats are very uncomfortable. My wife and i would rather go to the Picture Show. For long movies do not go to Regal. We watched IT chapter 2.

The movie we watched was fantastic! However, you now have to stand in line at the concessions in order to purchase your movie ticket! So instead of a nicely paced line to get your ticket and then find your seat, you have to wait for 10-15 minutes while everyone gets their tickets and their treats. Its the most crowded, slow-moving, inefficient process.

We went for Jolley Smiles annual patient appreciation day and saw Toy Story 4. LOVED the movie!!!!!! It was awesome. I really like the seating in the theatre. Chairs are really comfy, they rock, and youre not right in the lap of the person next to you. My ONLY complaint is that its expensive. Over $23.00 for popcorn and two drinks (plus ticket prices). Smuggling snacks and drinks in is oh so tempting LOL

I was prepared to write a one-star, poor review. Id gone out to get a free popcorn refill and waited about seven minutes at the counter as two young men, glancing over at me several times, continued to take care of other customers, never saying a word to me. I stood there, getting angrier and angrier. A simple Well be with you in a moment, sir, would have helped. I (childishly) slammed the empty popcorn container on the counter and stalked back to the movie, commenting to the managing ticket-taker that I guess theres no free refills today! She tried to apologize as a stormed by.At the end of the movie, Id calmed down. As my wife and I left the movie, the manager and ticket-taker (probably not her title; I believe shes another manager) met us right outside the theater entrance with a full bucket of popcorn. The manager graciously apologized and explained that they were a bit understaffed.This was above-and-beyond service, and the graciousness and kindness with which the apology was offered more than made up for my frustrating experience. In fact, like all well-done apologies, it may me feel a little churlish for my impatience, and most grateful for the good service!

No, this place does not have budget theater pricing. Its a corporate chain cinema with all the trimmings. $50-60 deluxe (large drink+popcorn+candy) date night for two. Premium (fast food quality) food choices, beyond the usual candy/popcorn/soda/hot dog food.Avoid the lines altogether and buy your tickets online via Fandango/Atom/whatever. Or stand in a long line, I dont care. If you get there early, they have a few coin-op video games you can play in the lobby. Or seating where you can eat some of that food I was talking about.The theaters come in different sizes but they all have excellent sound acoustics. Great movie-watching experience. Stadium seating with rocking chairs and fold-up drink-carrying arms, in case you and the person next to you want to touch or something?Great theater!

Had to wait in line at concession stands just to buy movie tickets. A ridiculous waste of time when someone does not want to buy drinks or snacks. In the future well be waiting for movies to become available for streaming at home.

Pleaseeee upgrade your seats! Other than that everything is good. People that work here are nice. Except for one of the managers who apparently doesnt know how to smile at people. He just lingers behind the people on registers staring awkwardly. He has black hair thats kinda long in the front, sort of an emo look.

Was a nice visit but snavk bar closed a little bit early and didnt get to get my refills. Also, theater got warm inside too. Needed to have AC turned on a bit

Went to see froze 2 great movie seen it in 3-D. But wow prices were crazy and every thing you but is not offered in a bundle. All separately And they only refill large popcorns for free!

Would not even give it 1 star but had too.Worst customer service experience in my life. First time coming into the Theater had an AMC gift card and was rudely told that you dont accept them. I explained that I was sorry and that had even googled and researched on the web to see if they accepted it and she was just like oh well too bad we dont. I worked in the box office of our local theater and would never have treated people so rudely. It could have been done so differently and we had driven 60 miles to come experience your theater and now will not darken the doors again and be treated that way.

Always enjoy. The film is s. The clean and the pleasant and capable staff. We especially enjoy the elderly gentleman who has been there for some time. I am sorry, I am forgetting his name at the moment!

We prefer Picture Show. No refills on drinks and only a few choices. Not the best popcorn. Sometimes we have to go to Regal because they are the only ones that are showing that movie.

Nice clean movie theater. Arcade in the lobby. Meals as well as classic movie snacks. Concessions are a littke pricey but great service.

They have a pretty good movie selection for a small town but it is expensive and dirty compared to picture show. Like with all movie theaters the food is egregiously overpriced. If the movie you want to see is not at picture show, its an option. I usually only end up going if someone gives me a gift card. But usually book on Fandango because its a couple dollars cheaper for some movies

The cashier getting our tickets and snacks said a cuss word when his register froze up but other than that it was a good time.

Unfortunately, tonight the theater room we were in was a mess, sticky, dirty floors with a pair of someones nasty used underwear.Staff was friendly and consessions attendant was helpful in saving money.

Was told by the manager I couldnt carry my motorcycle helmet into the theater, when asked why it was cited that its policy due to security concerns of someone smuggling weapons into the theater in a motorcycle helmet. Ive been to 50+ movie theaters in my life and never heard of anything as draconian as this! Will not go back.

Purchased tickets using the app for my kids and I to see Halloween last night. Got 3 error messages stating that something went wrong and to try it again. Turns out I was charged 3x but had no tickets. Called my bank and was sent to the theater. Called the theater and was told that the app has never worked, then was told if I came in before the movie they would fix it. Went in and they said they could refund 1 but that I would have to dispute the other. Went to the movie and made my call afterwards only to be told that since the movie was over that there was nothing that they could or could do as it violates their policy. I was at the theater early and they could have helped me but in the end they didnt. I am not rich and $150+ for 3 people is ridiculous and I am saddened that I was treated this way and that I am out of the money. Had I known I would have been more persistent and not stayed for the movie.Total spent 37.75x3+41.88=155.13

Of course they have expensive movie theater food, but all in all it was a clean place, well decorated, and good movies.

With stadium seating no worries about someone tall sitting in front of you blocking your view. You can buy your tickets ahead of time and go right in. Sound was great! A great experience for my first visit there to see I can only Imagine which was wonderful!

Nice people, however I really do not think they have taken into consideration of disabled people not being able to walk that far to the far back theaters. They did not seem to be able to accommodate a scooter, so a family member had to walk, she almost did not make it there or back out later.

Okay auditorium, but by far the most expensive place to see a movie. The seats do not compare remotely to the nice recliners now in the Cinemark theaters. The popcorn was very dry and had lots of hulls. Adding the butter oil was a mistake ..it tasted rancid and the Coke was flat. If youre in Grand Junction, then pick Picture Show theaters. Better than Regal at a fraction of the price

The movie played well in room 7 on a bright and colorful screen, at the end i noticed a severe scratch on the screen. Popcorn made a good grain for meat.
