Love this store...has a wide variety of products and some of the best prices around. I have been shopping at Sweet Dreams for over 2 years. I asked about rechargeables and they got them in. There the best!

Terrible service. I called to make sure they had a lubricant. I asked if it was plain and they said yes. I then asked specifically if they were sure it wasnt cooling. They said no its not cooling. I then asked the price and size. I drove all the way there which is a 10 minute drive for me, and they didnt have it. It was cooling. They only had the plain in a size three times what they said over the phone and twice the price. I asked for a discount and the adamantly refused. O had them call the manager and she got nasty over the phone. She snapped no! Very loudly and said absolutely not. This is not how you compete with box stores and amazon. Ive been loyal to this place for a long time even though its more than you pay online because of convenience. I guess its obviously no longer convienent so will never be back in that store
