Decent theatre, pretty clean and fair selection from concession. I feel they play more previews than others but no way to be sure, we saw Addams Family recently and there was 20 plus minutes of previews from 6:40 show time. It could be a 5 star but many theaters have upgraded seating now and more concessions selection.

Very nice theater. Clean, neat and very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Best part is you dont have to pick your seat when you buy your tickets.

A run down, but up kept and clean movie theater. Is that an oxymoron? Anyways while from the outside and in the lobby everything looks modern. Once you get in the theaters you can tell they havent been touched since the 80s. The seats are very tight together and are a hard seat with only a light cushion on them. At least the theaters are stadium seating. All that being said everything is very clean and in full working order. So back to the oxymoron statement Rundown and Up kept.Service was friendly and tickets were only $5.50 so that might be why they havent upgraded.Overall a 3 1/2 stars which Im rounding down to 3. I dont like rounding down here, but those seats cant equal a 4. Would I return? Probably not.

I took my grandson to a movie here on Friday afternoon, it was my first time at the Grand Haven 9. The premises is very clean, the staff friendly, my ticket price as a senior was very reasonable too. The seats are clean and comfortable. I will most definitely be returning at another time.

Good theater. AMAZING prices. Staff is kind of so-so. But you can bring your own snacks as long as its not something they already sell. So theres a major plus

Visiting the area and wanted to take in a movie. This place was in general a wonderful experience.The price for two large drinks and a large bucket of popcorn seemed pretty steep to us.Perhaps that is how ticket prices are relatively modest. Also an issue is the lids on their drinks. Both my wife and I had problems with our drinks spilling while trying to carry them. If one misjudges how much pressure one puts on the cup the lid will pop off and commence to spilling.

Saw Rise of Skywalker. Great experience. 11:30am show. Theater was nearly empty. Two tickets. Large couples special. $29.

I choose this theater over any others in the area. The smaller theater size is my favorite part. I go here when I want to see a movie that has already been out, and not during the busy time of day. They are open late which made for great after prom plans back in high school. I have fond memories of this place and the staff is always kind. Place is always clean

Some seats need to be replaced. I had to move twice because the seats I chose were broken done. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Hometown favorite for movies. Mostly ran by high schoolers, but they do a decent job.

Movie quality is good here volume isnt too loud or quiet and concessions are good but a bit pricy to be honest. The seats are a bit outdated however some of them are a bit broken as well

Ive been going to this theater for years and never had a bad experience. The staff are great and this location offers a military discount. Would be nice if there was a little more space between the rows but everything else is great.

I like the fact that there wasnt a lot of people there. Their prices for consessions are hiway ro bery but what can u do! The seats were a lil uncomfortable. They definitely need to upgrade the theater. But i wnjoyed my time with my daughter

Buying tickets on line was easy. The auditorium was clean. Down side the seats are shot the, fabric is worn and torn the recline is so weak that you almost hit the person behing you

Sadly, without reserved seating, a nearly full theater means its a pain to find seats for a group. Also, as someone with back and neck issues, I wont be returning until they have upgraded their seating

I met a friend here for a showing of spiderman:far from home. This is a great theater, good concessions and a friendly staff, it was also very clean. No lingering popcorn etc that gets missed at between show cleanups.

If you download their app, kids and parents are free for a 10am movie all summer long! We saw Smallfoot. They even included a free popcorn. Cant beat that!

This theater was my worst GQT experience, yet.Seats are tattered, floors are gross, and the carpet...Will not spend my money in this place again.

This is my favorite theater in the area for a couple reasons. First, the tickets are cheap. Its really hard to not love a comparably cheap theater. Second, the theaters are shockingly clean for such a popular theater. The seats dont recline and its not anywhere near the comfort level of the Holland 7, but the FMG rewards make up for that in my opinion. Finally, despite the two previous points, it tends to be pretty easy to get tickets and its never overcrowded.Theres plenty of parking, automated ticket machines, and everything you could want in a modern theater. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, so this theater get full marks in my book. If youre looking for a theater that does everything pretty well, this is it.

Good prices. Quick service. Most current movies although some never make it here and have to go to Muskegon or GR. Pretty good selection though.

Super awesome. I feel like its in a great spot with great workers. Wish theyd get the new seats the cinema carousel has but I think its much cheaper because they dont have the seats. I love the pricing its perfect. Its outrageous going to the carousel and spending $45 for a movie for two and popcorn with drinks.

Wow, wow, wow! Yes, the auditoriums could use updating, but I absolutely love how the theater was set up. I was also completely blown away by the beautiful picture and sound in the theaters. It was so much better than most theaters that Ive ever gone to! The sound was fully surround sound so nothing was ever too loud or too quiet, I felt completely immersed. Not to mention the picture was so absolutely breathtaking. Such a great theater!

We love coming to this theater because its cheaper than most places to go see a movie. They could use a little updating as the chairs are just a little uncomfortable but we dont let that stop us from coming in and enjoying the movies that are playing and the great customer service we receive.

Great place to watch movies

Went to see End Game and the movie not only started 10 minutes late, but completely stoped working and froze 8 times within the first hour. The issue was not fixed, instead we were asked to leave and did not receive any kind of refund. They did gave us free movie tickets for our inconvenience but I would rather they refund us so we can buy tickets at another theater that wont break. This is actually the 3rd time this, or something similar has happened to me. I would strongly suggest going to a different theater.

This movie theater is so close and the service is always so friendly. I do wish there were more movies to my liking, but Im not an action movie person. What I DO love is that they show older movies twice a week, so we can see them again on the big screen. Last year, I saw GWTW, Easter Parade and Saturday Night Fever. I hope to go to see American Graffiti this week. Such a great opportunity to really appreciate the classics. Thank you!

Day prices are good. Decent theatre. Clean and comfortable. Food not so good. Have you ever had day old popcorn that flattens easily when you bite in to It? Also my candy was stale.

Fairly nice theater. Lower priced movie tickets and concession stand items. Staff was friendly enough. Clean bathrooms. Only choice in Grand Haven to catch a movie but you shouldnt be disappointed with this theater.

I received 2 10 dollor gift cards and i took my brother in law to go see bumblebee. it was alright. a nice prequel. but no where neer as packed full of action as the other franchise films. i would rate the movie a 6 out of 10. were as 1 being a waste of time to 10, the best movie of the year.

Decent prices and good staff. Seats are uncomfortable and not enough leg room for myself and my (admittedly rather tall) family. Wouldnt come here with my husband as he has a bad back and wouldnt be able to sit in these seats for the duration of a movie, but good for taking my kids to, especially the free morning movie in the summer.

Smaller, cheaper, and much less busy than other theaters. Always my first choice.

The prices are always great. The rewards program is very fair. Its always clean. The managers are quick to step in and help if the lines get long. Everyone is friendly and takes their job serious. They are quick to get the line moving and quick to get a theater clean between movies. A family of 4, with popcorn, and pop, and we are usually paying $40 total. Thats tickets alone at some of the bigger named places.

Went to see WONDER with my family, VERY GOOD MOVIE by the way! The bathrooms were very clean, the popcorn was fresh, staff was friendly. We went on a Friday evening, and or visit was very pleasant.

A great movie theater that has 1st run movies. Prices are good and seniors even better. Its has very comfortable seating and will accomodate special needs as well.

Get to your movie 20 minutes early to get the best seats. Quad layer butter on your popcorn. Best theater on the lake shore.

Love this theater. Thought it was small but thats a plus since you never really have to worry about it there are seats available. Also if you sign up for the rewards program offered you get free popcorn and drink to start, and again on your birthdays as well as sign up anniversaries. Oh and can forget the discounts as well as free morning movies. Almost forgot to mention the old movies they play. Aliens was great watching in theaters again since it had been years since last time.

Definitely lacks the amenities of the other area theaters but is the only one in Grand Haven, so if you dont want to drive to Holland its all you got. Not bad, just a little old school...
