Buyer and renter beware the first two years was good but they raise rent ever year (been living here for 5 years) and they dont do maintenance at all like cutting down tree in already stablish renter yards but are buying and moving in new house and cutting down trees all summer (if you want that done you need a lawery) my daughter has a tree growing into her steps. when you tell them they say lets see what we can do and nothing gets done. also they dont write it down and give you a copy when you call them no it they say they dont know what your talking about Corporate Offices the same way.

We just recently starting renting here and after reading reviews I was a little nervous. I must say I am extremely satisfied with everything! We have a 4 bedroom home and our rent every month is a well worth it price. The front office has been nothing but helpful! Maintenance has been diligent and everything that needed to be fixed or replaced is getting done! I would recommend river haven to anyone!

Nice manufactured home community outside of town. We are currently renting a home and they made the process easy and the staff is all very friendly.

Was treated very poorly by the new office staff on several occasions, to the point I decided to no longer buy and to immediately move elsewhere instead. Have never been made to feel more uncomfortable, disrespected and discriminated against in my entire life by “professionals”. Lived here for 4 years prior to this, and had zero problems up until recently. This place will also find ways to steal your money. Listen to the many warnings of other reviewers and stay far far away from this place. Unprofessional and rude. That’s all I have to say.

The administrators do not keep up with maintenance on the lots, although they raise the price of lot rent every year. If you do not want to sign a lease after your first year, they charge you a month to month fee. The only interest of the administrators and managers is getting more lots open for more new trailers. They do not care when they are cutting down trees that this makes a hell of a mess for current residents, and they only cut down trees on empty lots that they want to make ready for more trailers. There are trees everywhere destroying trailers and causing cracks in the pallets, but they do not care and will not address it. The community is pretty easy to live around but management deserves not a single star. Dont buy here. Go down the road to the other mobile home park. So much better and cheaper. I looked into moving my trailer down there but it is too expensive to move it. I totally regret not checking out the other place before purchasing here.

I have lived here for only 3 years and I am being forced to move out because they have raised my rent $100 each year. I only chose this place bacause it was affordable. I pay rent on time every month and never miss a payment. I keep to myself and they have had no issues with me. They told me when I moved in my rent was cheaper because the carpets had not been replace. Now after only 2 years I am paying as much as someone who is renting a new home. You would think they would want to keep the good renters here instead of pushing us out because they are greedy. In march my lease will be up and if I choose to stay I will have to pay another $100 on top of what I was paying and receiving nothing in return. Do NOT rent from here.

Manager put an abusive boyfriend on the title of a home I purchased, I pleaded not to put his name on the title. Thousands of dollars later Im still trying to remove him off of the title with absolutely no help from Rusty, the manager that put his name on my title. Ruined my familys life.

Terribly stuck up manager and entirely over priced I wouldnt recommend it to someone I disliked let alone a family member or friend but as far as the people who live in the park very quiet and pretty friendly

Management is terrible. the maintenance guys cant seem to keep up with anything especially plowing the streets.
