Big beers! Sandwiches are interesting. Most are quick microwaved to toast the cheese and warm the meat it seems. Your bartender makes the sandwich tho which is unique and make your sure to accommodate them good.

The staff is always very friendly and the prices on food and drinks are very reasonable. Its one of my favorite places to go when I want to ha e a good conversation with friends.

It was a cold day, and we sat near the big picture window so it was obviously a bit chilly. As it was lunch time, the staff was busy and it took a while for them to get to us. Thats understandable. The sandwiches we had were filling and quite tasty.

Update: Still bland egg salad. Really no flavor at all. Gotta stay at 3 stars for the food.Old: Very nice atmosphere. Staff was awesome. Unfortunately, the egg salad sandwich lacked any seasoning. Very bland. Hoping just a fluke. I will be back again and update my review to 5 hopefully.

2 stars at best. Sandwich marginal at best. Perfect example of reputation and nostalgia keeping a business going, while food quality declines. Feels like the staff has become complacent. Needs a refresh and an updated menu. With many new businesses opening in this area status quo is not going to last long.

Bonzer’s is my weekly spot. Stop in on Mondays for trivia, pulltabs, and half-off grinders - my fave is the salami and taco meat. This place is a cozy gem.

This is a nice sit down sandwich bar. They have very attentive wait staff and reasonable prices. Parking may be an issue due to them being located downtown on a very busy street. However, there is a three story parking garage directly behind and a parking lot across the street.There are booths and tables or you can sit up at the bar, large windows make up the entire front if people watching is your thing.This place has been in business for many years so if you want a drink and sandwich with very fast service at a fair price, check it out

Just stopped in for drinks and didnt try the food but our experience echos what others have said. The service is fast friendly and efficient and the prices are very reasonable. The place is clean and fun and in a great location to include as a stop on a walking and dining tour of downtown Grand Forks.

The spicy beef sandwich was good. I came in later in the day, so I didnt get much of a sense of the lunch crowd or happy hour. Will come back again.

Locally owned and operated, a place you need to pop in if in town. They have great sausage dishes. I like the simple Jons special: brat on rye with pickle and mustard. Add a side of kraut and potato salad and chase it with a humungo mug of beer. Its loud in there, so grab a booth, or go with someone you dont want to hear.

Not too busy for late night bar hopping, but we went earlier on in the night.

We were visiting friends in Grand Forks recently and stopped into Bonzers Sandwich Pub for a bite to eat. We really liked the atmosphere of local neighborhood tavern. Our server personified that feeling by being personable, knowledgeable and efficient. She made us feel welcome. The sandwiches were fresh and filling and they have a great beverage selection. We will be returning to Bonzers on our next trip to Grand Forks.

This was the first time I ate at Bonzers, I was there for a celebration for my nephew. The food was awesome and the staff very attentive and polite. I did not know it was a sandwich pub. I plan on going back, wonderful place.

Great sandwiches and beverages. It can get a little crowded and noisy after 9. Plan appropriately if youd like a quiet bite, or want to mingle with an energetic crowd.

The servers are excellent at Bonzers. We decided to come here for lunch on a friends recommendation and so glad we did. We had a great lunch. The food was delicious and the staff were super welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

Definitely worth stopping in to Bonzers. Ice cold beer served in big schooners, great sandwiches for lunch, and the best homemade chili in town! The atmosphere is great and everyone Ive dealt with -- from the employees to the owners -- has always been very friendly and accommodating. Theres a reason this is one of the longest operated bars in Grand Forks!

Awesome drinks, even better sandwiches

On my way to work the other morning I heard an advertisement from Bonzers Sandwich Pub. A friend of mine had also mentioned to me that it was a great place to eat so I decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with both the service and food. I have nothing but great things to say and will be back without a doubt.

My wife and I ate there last night and tried their hotdog/polish sausage special. Absolutely the best polish sausage I have had. Service was great as usual. What an enjoyable supper. Thanks

This is the best place to get lunch. Delicious sandwiches and the best chili in town. Its just spicy enough for me, but the schooners of beer will help if you have a baby tongue.

Reuben sandwich had literally 3 and 1/2 slices of meat, and a small spoonful of sauerkraut. I put all the meat on one half of the sandwich, and it was still a small amount for a half sandwich. Very poor quality Reuben. Reuben was not grilled, cheese was not melted. Server was friendly. Nice atmosphere. Expected more from a place that specializes in sandwiches. Ive had better Rubens at Arbys. Sorry, hope this review inspires you guys to put some more meat on your sandwiches.

Had a great experience at Bonzers Sandwich Pub. I love the ambiance, it reminds me of taverns in the U.K. The sandwiches are excellent & great paired with traditional pub style fare of pickled eggs and over 20 different kinds of mustard, and the beer served in 20oz Schooners adds a great touch. The staff and the servers were all very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning customers.

I ordered a turkey sandwich and it was fine, but pretty basic. The bread was dry and left a lot to be desired.

Stupendous chili, wide variety of menu items. Tough to beat the prices on their tap beers, especially when they come in a frosty schooner.Happy hour specials are extremely favorable for the customer. My wife and I cant stop going back.

We love the atmosphere at Bonzers. They have the wine my wife likes and I love the schooners of beer. The service is friendly and theres always good company. We always have a great time!

I went here once. It will be the only time. The bar was not busy at all and there were many open seats but it still took a good ten minutes to even get a Hi, what would you like to drink?. Another ten minutes to be asked if we wanted food. (there were two of us sitting at a table while looking at menus, so its not like we were at the bar to only drink) My friend ordered a French Dip which had an off-tasting Au Jus, plain chips, and a plain pickle. I ordered a Reuben because the menu said Its made our own special way!. It arrived with no special ingredients and the same boring chips and pickle. Needless to say, the sandwiches were nothing special. The bread for the Reuben wasnt even toasted! Their special way of making things translates to lazy way. All for top dollar to boot! I will not recommend Bonzers Sandwich Pub to anyone when there are comparable drink specials elsewhere and food/service thats actually worth your money.

Bonzers is one of my favorite bars. Always have to start the bar hopping here with a Long Island Iced Tea. They make the best in town. And I enjoy going to pull tab night with Skylar and Alyanee for full price, half price or $1 drinks. We love getting $1 long islands and the cheesy popcorn.P.S. I want a Bonzers sweater.

Beer schooners were awesome! However the food I ordered not so much. Brat undercooked, soggy bun that just fell apart on the first bite attempt.

Every sandwich is made fresh, and theyre big. They soups are hot, and you dont go away hungry. Ice cold beers, and free refills on pop. The staff is very nice, you can tell they appreciate you coming in.

They have the coldest beer in town! The service is great, and the staff is friendly. Its always a fun place to stop in and the cheese popcorn is always there for the asking. I look forward to turkey night every year!

Bonzers is a classic local pub with a variety of interesting sandwiches. My personal favourite is the Taco Dog, but many of their sandwiches are excellent lunch cuisine.

The sandwiches were bland and tasted like deli meat. Our waiter seemed very disinterested in our table and more concerned with the customers at the bar. The bread (4 of us each had different bread) and it was very dry.

Everyone at Bonzers Sandwich Pub is very accommodating and go out of their way to provide high quality services. I refer people to them all of the time.

I ordered a French dip and watched the following: Take a chunk of deli roast beef, put it on a roll, stick it in the microwave for 30 seconds, serve with stale chips, charge $9. Between that and the bathrooms reeking of urine I cannot recommend going here to eat.
