Easy to get inspired from the store displays. No better time to be creative now that we are home more!

Honestly I feel like I can never find what I want here. They do have all the basics, but if you go looking for something specific, you probably wont be able to find it.

This is the smallest volume michaels store I have ever been to. The yarn selection is awful. There is a section in the front of most michaels stores where they have bins of small odds and ends and this store is missing that whole section. Im sure other sections of the store are trimmed down from a normal size michaels.

Cashier was so nice & pleasant. She happily answered my questions. I plan to come back out in this area to shop.

They have a good amount of craft supplies for you.

Very helpful in finding things needed

Love everything they have there. Employees are sometimes hard to find but always happy to help when they are around.

Ordered from picture frame area. Clerk was very helpful

Didnt have the craft items I was looking for.

This place is all about the coupons. To get the best deals be sure you stay on top of the timing and plan ahead to keep your crafting supplies stocked. Also do the post holiday shopping to pick up on clearance deals.

Always a fun place to visit. Great service and selections.

Surprised at how small it was. Im use to Hobby Lobby that has everything and is twice as big.

Large & very organized store. A little short-staffed at time of visit. Would value more employees that can offer knowledgeable assistance.

I like this store, but they were a little low on supplies. Seemed like the shelves had to many empty spots.

Not good at all. Cant believe they arent carrying yarn for socks anymore.

What dont they have?!? I love it there!!

They have some nice quality supplies, but buyers should be careful because some items are definitely not of the quality that the price would seem to suggest. Always find a coupon online and pull it up on your phone while checking out because paying full price here is basically getting robbed.

Helpful staff. Great coupons. Excellent custom framing department.

This Michaels is smaller than a few others that Ive visited but has a good selection. It feels a bit cramped and I wish they would carry more Asian-style scrap-booking supplies and

Seemed to be a good supply of crafting supplies. A bit over priced compared to other suppliers

Went tonite for some material. I guess they dont carry much of that. Otherwise nice store but seems smaller than Michaels in other towns.

If youre a crafter of some sort youll probably walk outta here with something you didnt know you needed! Helpful staff, great custom framing department and lots more good stuff.

Has pretty much everything you need crafts.

Awesome store & employees!

Its always GREAT!!!

This place is wonderful! They have all their scrapbooking items in the front of the store and thats exactly where I went. Half off paper! Lovely sales. This place is a little bit of craft heaven. My husband even visited with me and was so excited about all the options and even other crafts he wanted to explore. The customer service even close to closing time was superb. Thank you for this great experience.

Everything you need for crafts in on a place. Also great people working there. Very helpful.

Pretty low staffed most of the time I would say. You will typically have to wait in line in this store because they hardly ever have more than 2 cash registers open at a time (in fact I have never seen 3 or more in my life). There is typically an employee walking around this small store so if you are looking for something you can get help.Typical Michaels though. It is super expensive but does have some quality craft supplies. If i am looking for general craft supplies like embroidery floss or card stock i would head to target up the road for better prices but if you are looking for something very specific that a general store would not carry, go to micheals but be sure to bring a coupon!!

All Michaels stores a little weird. The smell far too strong of cinnamon and your grandmas house. But its still the best place to find most arts and craft supplies. Im sorry if your kid has to make a solar system the day before its due but you can probably find all the stuff here.

Staff was attentive and helpful. I spent a lot of time in an aisle looking for something when one of the staff noticed they got me their expert on the matter to assist me.

I like this store with nice discounts and promocode

Enjoy the variety of crafts supplies. Prices a little high, I shop hobby lobby first.

Nice selection .

Love this place usually have anything you need!

Best customer service i have ever had in the framing department

They definitely have all of the supplies I need for my projects. And at reasonable prices. Some stuff is a little more expensive, but worth it, as waiting for it to arrive from Amazon isnt guaranteed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Need more cashiers

Have lots of crafts and home decor Grafton store is always clean, helpful clerks and well organized

Service good, some prices high. I like going there because they have a good selection of items

Good xmas sales, lots of new stock

I have not once thought about going to a Michael s store. Partially cuz Im a guy and crafts just are not on my mind, but I would definitely go back theres just some interesting stuff there.

Asked checkout girl how much the floral hanging baskets were since its impossible to see the price. She said off hand she didnt know. I stated well I guess I cant buy some then. (I wanted to buy 4). She didnt care if she made a sale or not. Very poor customer service.

Hi got to say wow prices on store inventory is way too high, sadly must shop on line Amazon is 40% less on everything! Just because hobby lobby pulled the pin your next sadly I love to shop local but getting hosed Im not that stupid your business plan is doomed!

Great people who are willing to work with you to help you in any way they can!! Also, great sales!!

Very helpful associate helped me find what I wanted!

Bought glitter there to use on my nails. Plus some storage containers. Everyone was very friendly. Got some great deals. Love shopping there.

Not too busy. Always great coupons. The staff is very nice. This is my favorite place to buy holiday decorations.

Place to go if you craft.

Great experience with the custom frame section. I have completed two custom frames at this location. Both times, the staff made me feel as if I was the only person there. They took their time and answered all my questions. They always seemed eager to show me various layouts on their computer to ensure I knew all the possibilities. If your needing something special framed, this is the place to go. Thank you and the frames are awesome.

Good place to go for decorations!

Great prices. A wide selection of paint and picture frames. Good customer service. Highly recommend.

Lots of great stuff here and wonderful customer service! They always offer coupons when I dont have any, and the atmosphere is fun-seems like most of the employees really enjoy working there. They offer different classes for those of us who arent as crafty as wed like to be :) I always find something to inspire me to try a new project! Fun stuff for the kiddos here too!

Poor service no works on floor nothing was marked at sale prices as advertising said ... not enough people checking people out of to help u find stuff ...

Always have what I need

Shopping pleasure, loving the seasonal decor, customer service ROCKS!!

Denise and Maggie in the framing department are amazing. Maggie helped with a frame for a poster from IKEA. I can’t thank her enough. My son wanted this for Christmas. He is very happy.

I love the 40% coupon on regularly priced items!

This store is smaller than the majority causing the range of products to not be the same as regular sized stores. If going to this store for an item you saw at a different store I recommend calling the store first to verify they stock that item. Other than the limited stock, the store is very clean, stocked well and the staff is always friendly.

Need more room everything in making jewelery to hard to find things on top of each other.

I wanted to give a special shout-out to all of the ladies in the framing department. This was the second time Ive dealt with them within a years span. The service is outstanding! Ive dealt with three different people, and everyone has always been so helpful. They listen to your needs, and provide great suggestions based on your requests. I really like the virtual program that they have that lets you see what your finished product will look like. In my most recent experience, I brought in a rare poster that I wanted framed. I ended up having to cancel my order due to an unexpected circumstance. The employees were extremely prompt in having this cancelled, and followed-up with me to let me know everything was taken care of. I was very impressed, and hope to be back soon to resume my order!

Love Michaels craft store. I dont have one near me, do anytime Im in the area, its a must stop for me. I never knew you could buy decorative corks by themselves until I visited Michaels and found a box of 32. Great deals also. I signed up for their loyalty program which is quite simply and am getting emails and texts almost daily with One Day Only Sales. So it keeps me up to date. Would recommend it to all you crafters out there.

A awesome place to find crafts and other stuff to do

Its fun when you find the item you just travel 30 minutes for is also on sale.

Love this craft store. Great selection of crafting supplies and you gotta love the discount coupons.

Love the selection of fun items to help me with my creative side!

ALWAYS very helpful! Donna, the manager, Mary, one of the teachers, Janet, Deb, everyone is so knowledgeable, always ready and willing to assist!

A little pricey and kind of hard to find any help. I recommend looking for what you need from their website before you go into the store.

Dollar stores and Walmart if you can because most things are overpriced.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this chain store.

Marie was wonderful at checkout and bery friendly and helpful!!

I love everything about this store.Great coupon program.Great selection and variety.Nice that you can order on-line and pick up at the store.Excellent employees.

Found what I needed for a project Im working on. The lady who checked me out was so sweet. Took my phone number and email address to get coupons. I came from Sheboygan and will be back every time I go to Costco!!!

A good place to find a wide variety of craft items, picture framing (custom), scrapbooking and card making supplies. They have jewelry making supplies, painting and drawing supplies. Seasonal decorations are available as well. Give them a visit.

Great selection. they have everything.but they are very proud of thier inventory

Very clean every time Im there. The employees are always really nice and helpful, lol Im always asking for help in the paint isle.

Friendly staff, but make sure your items have a tag. If not plan on standing in line for awhile.

Pretty good, but they dint have paint by numbers which kinda stinks

Staff not friendly or very helpful.I needed some clay for my daughters school project and their website showed both products in stock. Upon arriving I could not find the 2nd item so I approached the only employee I could find who was on a register. She looked on her hand held and condescendingly told me to go back to the aisle I already had found the product I brought up (the one I found). I asked if she could help me find it and she said she was the only one working in a rather rude tone.So I went back and looked again but still could not find it anywhere in the aisle so I went back up and waited in the line that had formed. She then was calling for help on her radio which seemed odd since she just told me she had no one to help me. I guess when she needed help it was OK to reach out to other employees. I intercepted the helper and told her she could help me first, as I was getting pretty frustrated by now.She was less rude but was not very interested in helping me find it. After trying to convince her the website showed this in stock and it was nowhere to be found we finally started looking. The whole thing was a joke, 30 minutes during a weekday. Not impressed. No wonder Amazon is so popular. Trying to support local businesses means the local businesses need to support the local customers not treat them as an annoyance.

Nice selection of items. However we were confused that all the glues were not in the same place. I was most taken back when my aunt asked the cashier what tome they closed and ahe said she didnt know. This actually became a discussion between us and another customer. We couldnt understand why she wouldnt offer to find out if she didnt know. Poor customer service. Training definitely needed.

I love crafts! There are lots of choices except for super fine yarns, I knit a lot of socks.

Got some good deals today

Best craft store in the area

A lot of craft supplies. Great store

Love that I can usually find what I need.

Enjoyed my visit friendly staff

If you love crafts set aside a couple hours to soak it all in.

Love this place!

Staff was very friendly. Id just like to see a little more variety in the store.

Standard craft store. Everything tends to be clean and organized. The employees have always been pleasant to me. Easy enough to find what Im looking for, even if it takes a couple of laps.

They always have what I need when other stores dont! Thank uh you Michaels!!

Great place to go for awesome crafts or art!! If your into the arts this is a perfect place for you! Usually the prices are fair and great the deals are also amazing I purchased some canvases 8 to be exact for only 13 bucks usally its 25!!
