I contacted Ms.Laura the General Manager of this location the day of my Granddaughters birthday not knowing that Id be treated the way I was. Laura and her staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! What normally requires a 24 hour notice to prepare they did in LESS than 2 hours and didnt skip a beat or skimp, my Grand received the best party..Pizza was exceptional, service was beyond superior! Laura made sure she gave her memories that will last a lifetime!! If you want friendly, caring, and generous souls around your children THIS location is it..BEST decision I could have ever made!! From the bottom of my heart I thank you Laura and staff!!!

Had a great visit 10/15/20! Almost gave 4 stars due to loosing a few coins but everything else was perfect I kept it at 5!This was our first time since COVID but we use to come monthly before that. Changes:1. Lots of game machines closed to promote distancing. Examples- every other skee ball machine closed off. Air hockey closed because it was in middle of other games. One of the two big basketball games closed. I understand 100% for safety but a little sad my kids couldnt play much against each other like they use too.2. Games that are closed had a sticker on it saying closed for distancing. Sticker was a little hard to see on some machines and my kids lost a few tokens on ones they didnt see the closed sign at first. Half of the machines returned the coin, half didnt. Closed games should have tape blocking coins being put in so kids dont loose coins like we did. I almost gave 4 stars for that but everything else was great I didnt.3. No hand stamps. Be sure to bring your phone for selfie with kids.4. Every other table closed for distancing. Great I wasnt close to anyone else.5. Chuck E is taking cleaning seriously. I saw the employee cleaning and wiping machines very often.6. Masks are required. You can take off at the table but while playing masks needed to be worn.7. Tables were moved out of the way so kids had plenty of room to dance near stage! Im so happy they still do this, my sons favorite part of Chuck E Cheese. Employee sprinkled the candy ( I think they do the candy splash instead of ticket splash right now due to Halloween) out at end of dance too so kids werent too close to each other either.The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and kind. I wish I had got her name - she really was working hard.Our pizza was absolutely amazing. I ordered extra cheese and it was the cheesiest yummiest pizza Ive had in a long time! I also love they serve the pizza on a bumpy tray - I feel it really helps the crust stay crunchy. The other Chuck E we use to visit served on flat pizza pans and crust would get chewy quick.So with the exception of loosing a few coins I highly recommend checking out this Chuck E Cheese if you havent been in a while. They are taking Covid seriously and you can feel safe letting your child enjoy it here!

Kids had a blast, unfortunately staff was not paying attention to a homeless man inside eating off peoples plates and talking to children

Such a wonderful staff! The hostess was so wonderful to my almost 7 year old boy. He told her it was his birthday tomorrow and she so sweet to him. Thank you for always making us feel welcome!

We had my nephews birthday party here and it was pretty good. The kids enjoyed themselves but there is definitely a lack of things for the parents to do. Could use a few more games that would be entertaining to both older kids(9+) as well as adults. The kids did enjoy seeing Chucky.

The customer service there was awesome. They gave my kids a couple of the gumball machines. Didnt even have to do that. Thank you. My kids loved the gesture.

Celebrated my sons birthday. The place was empty which was great! However, our experience SUCKED. Weve followed strict quarantine since March and decided our kids needed to be a kids again. Upon arriving temperatures where checked . Also we were told to put masks on ( which we gladly did) however when we told the older man at the front doing check ins that our son is 3 years old today. He did not even say Happy Birthday all he said was he needs to wear a mask too. He was VERY dry and cold. After that horrible experience we went to the counter and was approached by a woman who looked like she was having a rough time. As she is gathering our coins she coughs over and over . The coughs seemed forced and intentional. She even coughed on her coworker. The entire experience was cold and weird. I definitely think the employees should be held accountable for their poor attitudes. If you do not want to be at work go home. There are plenty of people that need jobs right now.

We went today for a birthday party. Honestly, I thought Chuck E Cheese disappeared in the 90s and so I was interested to see what it was like. So much nostalgia from when I was a kid. Creepy robotic mouse and all. Pizza was great and staff was friendly. They only lost a star for having a large number of games out of order and a large chunk of prizes sold out for the kids to choose from.

We went here for fall break and it was wonderful. Almost all the games were operating correctly and those that weren’t - the staff was prepared to refund the token or provide the tickets missed. Our kids had a blast and the staff was courteous. I appreciated all the employees being kind to kids unlike some of the other establishments. Will be back!

Great time with family, and great fresh food

We had my son’s 5th birthday party and all the staff really went above and beyond to make it an awesome experience! The food was great, the kids and adults all had fun, and tokens seemed to last a long time! Great experience; we will definitely be coming back!

Staff was accommodating and very polite to us on our son’s 5 year old party! Our host (Will) did a fantastic job and we were happy for the overall experience.

If this review can be passed on to corporate very much appreciate, I spent over $80 on my food and when the wings were bought out two of them were the wing of the chicken which we all know there is no meat on them just bone, it was bought to the managers attention, he said there was nothing he could do that’s how the wings are delivered to him and they are to be served as wings. Very unsatisfied never again.

Pluses;Well lit, clean, good food, lots of games. Minuses; lots of games take tokens without working and some not giving tickets.

My granddaughter and I went here today to have some pizza and some fun. Unfortunately we didnt have either. You see we had an awesome coupon from Tmobile Tuesdays that said buy $5 in tokens and get a free large pizza. Although this was a valid coupon they wouldnt honor it. They said that they were a franchise store and didnt have to. What a bunch of bs. So we left and went to Peter Piper. Better pizza and games anyway

I frequent this specific location because it still does coins. I prefer this over the card. And every time i come Ariana is working. Ive come when its busy and when its not. And Ariana is such a great employee. She makes this experience that much better. Shes always smiling and is great with kids. Great attitude. I just love her. Thank you Ariana for going above and beyond. Now i come here because of her.

Good place for kids to have fun. Not so great on the flavor of the pizza. You also have to pay extra, way more than its worth, for the tiniest drink cup.

Spent $70 and the pizza was extremely dry and hardly any cheese...my kids traded the tickets for candy and the candy was hard as a rock..I wont be going here again... Very disappointing!!!

The staff are so friendly and always helpful. The pizza is way better than it use to be. The salad bar was fresh. The kids had a good time with the games and kiddie rides. They are reasonably priced compared to other places.

Good place to go with kids. Was there today (Saturday)with 6 yr old grandson for just under 5 hrs. He absolutely loved it. He had me spinning. Lots of fun and play. Lots of kids. The staff was helpful and very patient. I dont know how they do it. Im beat!

My kids love Chuck E Cheese and so do we. I utterly appreciate the stamp safety program. Thank you for that.My family keeps the dietary law and the only pizza option we have is cheese. Needless to say, it get tiring. I told this to the gentleman (I forgot his name) and he said hed make me pizzas without any pork. He honestly did, he made two and they were so delicious. That meant so much to me.

We had an average time.in this place. The pizza was especially salty this time and the manager refuse to give me a coupon even though I spent way more than the required amount for a coupon. It was a bit dissapointing that the person at the cashier was not polite nor nice and lacked the training for good customer service. She didnt know many things and had a tired fave and attitude. I dont think k will have my next parties there. Not worth it.

Prices are reasonable, love the kid stamp safety program, however I counted 6 games out of service and the sketch photo machine was out of paper, then the Chuck E. Only performed for like 7 mins only doing a little dance and throwing tokens I felt bad for the people that pay to have a party there its not like the old days. The second time the show was supposed to happen Chuck E. didnt even come out a couple of employees threw the tickets and I guess after complaints the mouse made an appearance. I must say it was disappointing all together even the store barely had any variety under 500 tokens I rated 3 stars because food was good and my 2 year old had a blast but I will most definitely not return or recommend to friends and family Peter Piper Piper is better

What I like is that every game is only 1 token. So my son gets to enjoy hours of fun.

Staff is incredibly rude. I see a huge difference between corporate and franchise owned. Ive never had any issues at the corporate owned stores. The birthday party was boring, staff didnt acknowledge me or greet me when I needed help. Didnt give tokens back after took them and didnt give me a play. The pizzas didnt even look pleasant. Wouldnt recommend having a party here if you want fun, exciting and enthusiastic.

Spent some time here for the boys birthday. Did not schedule a party, website showed booked for the time we wanted to go. So, we just went and played. We were able to stay for nearly 3 hours! I love that each game only costs 1 token! The pizza is really good, better than the competitor. I would come back. The only gripe I have is that it was SO hot inside, couldve used some A/C.

The place is very well organized, coming through with 100+ students. The tables were ready, the pizza was awesome. Hot the students had such great fun, they loved the pizza and enjoyed the games. Thanks for having us over for lunch.

We had our grandsons birthday party for the first time at Chuck E Cheese, we were wittle concerned because he is Autistic, our server really catered to his needs and ours. We were surprised that he actually went up to dance and She encouraged his cousin to go in into the ticket machine catcher so he would not experience anxiety, he really enjoyed it and said it was the best day ever. Thank you for going out of your way to make a memorable day for our grandson.

This is a good chuck e cheese location. Clean, food is actually decent (for chuck e cheese) and the games are fun for the cheap price.

1 star. My 8 month old daughter and I came here when it first opened. She saw the look in Chuckys eyes and yelled, for Allah. She then threw a miniature hand grenade inside his mask and his malformed face costed me three rackaroonies. Thanks a lot daughter i guess

This place knows its literally the only option for a preschoolers indoor birthday party, but they do more than the absolute minimum to make it pleasant. The pizza is ... pizza. They have a salad bar thats a bit better than average. None of the food is ridiculously expensive, and its a little better than it really NEEDS to be. The rides are great though, for little kids. Theyre clean, they work, the all (I think) operate on ONE token, and theyre fun for kids under 6 or 7 years old. The stage attraction has downsized since Back in the Day (animatronics are expensive), but its still cool. You could easily find better food, but you can bet Ill be back next year for my daughters next birthday.

Extremely disappointed. We arrived about 5 and all the tables were marked reserved. There were four adults and two children that dont fit well in a booth. When we left an hour later most of the reserved tables were still empty... Pizza was mediocre at best. There was one gluten free pizza ordered that was HORRIBLE. We asked for pepperoni and bacon, was barely covered with cheese. There were lots of workers keeping the place clean which is the one redeeming Grace.

I love the Chucky Ive seen preforming so far. This today was the first time I seen a manager and he shouldnt even be that. His attitude is bad he wasnt pleasant to the kids when we came in. Then he didnt even want to give them a candy that was like 10 cent difference. This was the worst customer service Ive seen here and I come pretty often. If thats management hire me because that is terrible to pay someone like him. Besides that my kids have fun and the place is usually pleasing.

Had a good time with my 5 yr old she loved it so I was happy. Our table was dirty, staff was pleasant enough, pizza was good with a thin crust. Alot of rides/games but a little outdated. Expensive if you dont have coupons. Overall ok if youve got little ones.

The kiddo had a blast and it was safe and fun! Lots of staff running around to fix unavoidable issues that cropped up on a 4-birthday-parties-at-a-time Saturday.

Some staff members are friendly and approachable while others may not be. Pizza is amazing and decent amount of game. Although some of the good ones were out of order.

I dont love their pizza but I like the smaller crowds as opposed to Peter Piper. I like that they take security seriously and that my kid cant just run out if he wanted to. Great place to catch up with friends with kids, lol!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, Ive always had a (relatively) good experience with the employees. More often than not, theyre helpful and accommodating. Its cheaper to play games here than other similar places, so its a great place for my toddler. We also love the dance with Chuck E Cheese every hour.On the other hand, the store & games are run down. I think another reviewer used the term tired - thats a good descriptor. Games are often broken or eating coins, though theyre always good about replacing coins lost to a machine. Things feel dirty, which makes me uncomfortable, but I saw an employee walking around cleaning (sanitizing?) all the games so I assume its more of an issue of age than cleanliness.I like the pizza. My husband isnt a fan. We usually take advantage of the lunch buffet and they try to be good about taking requests, which I both love and appreciate.All in all, I will probably continue going with my children until they outgrow Chuck E Cheese.

It was fun dancing with the birthday boy, his brother and Chuck E. Cheese plus spent time with cousins Audrey, Anthony, Will, Andy and his family pizza and salad was good.

Took my kids and had a blast! The pizza tastes abetter than other places, the kids enjoyed the games and there are also games for adults.

Really really bad experience here I agree with the rest of the people they took an hour and 10 minutes to get one pizza and 10 wings. Every time I went and asked the cashier what was going on with my pizza they just stay there didnt even went in the back to check. And their prices are way too high One Pizza 10 Wing 3 drinks $60.69. And three of their games werent working they just keep taking your money. I talked to the people there about that too didnt do anything about. I am not coming back here again. I think Ill give Peter Piper Pizza a try. Definitely do not recommend it

Had been a while since I’ve been to Chuck E. Cheese but my daughter really wanted to go there for her birthday. Big mistake. Games not working, food prices are horrible for what you get and employees obviously dislike their job including person in Chuck costume. Only positive thing I have to say is games are one token each. I’d rather go to Main Event and spend $1.25 per game for better service. Definitely not the Chuck E. Cheese I remember.

Its a nice place, pizza still pretty good but last 2 times i been there it looks that they need more help! They sometimes leave the counter alone the guy at the door had to switch to register cause there was people waiting, some machines are broken not too many but a few and food takes too long sometimes way longer than usual i had a talk with the manager who was really nice and tried to help and there was people waiting so i think its still the same. Weekends get really crowded and They need to organize staff better and or more help i will be coming back! my son luvs chuck e cheese hopefully someone will do something about it thanks

How is this place still in business? With how much money parents spend there, how are there not other businesses doing a much better job offering a superior experience and product. Think they are just riding their legacy of when we were kids. But maybe it was always low quality overpriced food and i am just now seeing it.

The only good thing about Chuck E. Cheese is the games but the pizza and staff and the prices wasn’t good at all...peter piper pizza is 100 times better

Food was not really good. Had to go and ask for parts of our order 45 minutes after ordering. Almost all of ther tables said reserved, and there were no clean tables for people who just ordered. Really a terrible experience!

This is the best Chuck e Cheese in the Phoenix area. They give SO many tickets! My kid loves it. (Me too;)

This place needs a refurbishment. Some of the games are almost 20 years old! How can you still operate a game from 1999? but the biggest concern is that far to often the games are broken or out of service, the age of the game may have to do with it. The kids being able to play games is the main reason you take them. I can put up with overpriced and only okay food and less than perfect cleanliness if the kids are able to have fun but when they struggle to find games why go back?

I took my two kids 3 and 6 they had a wonderful time the staff was great the food was delicious sometimes the machines werent working but the staff responded really quick

First time visiting a Chuck E Cheese anywhere, and it will be the last time. First of all we waited a very long time at the entrance, where it was roped off like a club. When it finally came to pay, we waited another few mins for a party of 3. Finally we made it through for the pizza buffet which had no pizza! Until I brought it to the managers attention did 1 pizza come out. 1. Later we went and played games, the floors were filthy, games were not paying tickets because they were out. Can you believe some games even turned off halfway through playing them? Manager was completely flustered and just could not get the situation in control. Please, please do not go here! Waste of time, money and patience. In reality I feel bad for my son, who I was hoping would have a great experience his very first time...

Some of the games need some fixing up, but its fun for the little ones still. My 3 year old loves going.

One of the managers there was very disrespect. Im there for my nieces birthday asked a question about greeting marked as soon as i go in and in threatens to kick me out. So I guess thru can do what they want say what the want and make threats. This place down get a star zero 0. They should watch who the talk to like that very unprofessional.

Had a birthday party their and was promised 10 cards for unlimited gaming and got their with all my guests and they told me that that location didnt have for cards their only tokens that the only location that was for was in 35 and dunlap . That they could give 40 tokens per kid and if i didnt want that i could get my deposit back . I had no choice not like i could tell all my guests to leave or to change location it was more then 20 people . Supposibly got it to not stress at making a party and it was the same and the pizzas took forever to get to the guests it was just stressing . Never gonna make a party their again

Its my favorite Chuck-E-Cheese location its clean the Foods usually good the staff is cool.They offer multiple child Birthday parties and our triple bday celebration back in march was great !! They do get really busy on weekends and although there is plenty of play space the # of tables is limited. Dont like on their website they have the wrong hours listed and when I complain to them about it in the store they said they were aware of it but couldnt fix it for some reason so that be my only complaint
