This theater is an excellent example of entertainment at its best..Steve, the manager, went out of his way to provide wonderful customer service.Thank you, Sir.Also the staff there, who work the concessions are all at the top of their game..Theyre some of the friendliest, courteous people you want working for you.Great area to build a theater in, too.

Awesome theater complex. Huge concessions area, convenient outdoor ticket kiosks, roomy theaters with excellent sound systems. Popcorn is very good here and you have the option of adding butter yourself at the butter/salt station off to the sides of the concession area.

Good friendly place, clean seats friendly service but dont get the popcorn cause there is no refills on anything ! Of course cause of convid19

Great atmosphere, nice and clean. Fast service with great employees, changed my review on August 16th just to explain to others how nice it is here. Nice and comfortable inside the cinemas, cozy and could almost make you fall asleep. Now that Harkins is making you pay for more than one movie, I prefer to go here to get more bang for my buck.

Nice they are open again. They are following all safety guidelines, masks are required, plexi glass at counters, seating is spaced appropriately. Good experience overall. They have the best popcorn. The bar is also open with all safety guidelines.

This place is the bees knees! Im not even joking. Everyone at this location works their hind-end off to make your experience a good one. And Ive seen some very ornery patrons berate staff and yet they were helpful and courteous. The restraint of a Saint on these people. Exemplary! Ive never had a bad visit at this location. Everything from the cleanliness of each theater, bathroom, and common area is fastidious. This place is a palace and the employees there will treat you like royalty.Come to this place with the peace of mind that you will be taken care of no matter your worry. Enjoy your screening and make sure to pick up after yourself. After all, youre royalty here not a slob.

I had a back pack and motorcycle helmet with me because I rode my bike to show night to watch the new joker movie, sat in the front row before the lights went out with my helmet and backpack, had a Harkins staff member walk up to me and ask to look into my backpack because another person in the theater asked them to, my guess is they thought I was going to pull a dark knight shooter situation.not only did your staff screw my experience up for treating me like that but to the person who was so afraid that I was some deranged serial killer Ill leave you with a quote from Benjamin Franklin.“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Great experience today! Staff were all wearing masks, they enforced social distancing, seats were blocked off in the theatres ensuring plenty of space between customers, and everything was clean. This is why Harkins is our favorite theatre!

Good to have Harkins open again. New mutants on the other hand... Not the theaters fault for the delay of that atrocity. Popcorn was great as usual though

Best theater I’ve been to in the world.

Went here with my son to see the new how to train your dragons movie. Had a wonderful time! Theater was clean and inviting and there were short concession lines. I would highly recommend going before matinee times as they tend to get very busy later in the evening.

New theater, great seats, comfortable, with many films to choose from. After Covid-19, a visit to a theatre is a treat.

Of all the theaters I go to this one is by far the best. Thats not to go without saying that the staff is very friendly and puts in hard work. Although this is a new building that was put up in the last three years the cleanliness has stayed top notch, and the crowd is always booming giving a great movie experience in your reclining seats.

Honestly, it was one of the best theater experience in a long time. Parking was close to the main entrance, no lines for snacks, and no rude people right next to you.

This was once the place I would travel well out of my way to visit and even today I insisted we all make the voyage to this specific location with many theatres between me and this spot. Tonight has changed my view completely. I met one incompetent employee after another. The person at the window failed to apply the rewards monies towards the price of the tickets after swearing g even though it was not showing they had been used. Next it took 2 solids minutes once the person taking the ticket stubs had them to tell us we could pass. But the final straw was ordering drink popcorn and a pretzel inquiring how long it would take and when several minutes was announced I chose to pass on the pretzel.. the woman did not remove the item, I explained I was not interested in being late to the movie and requested she remove the item as I was not going to wait.. she failed once again .. she announced the total and for the order and one of my party members said we did not want the pretzel and requested it be removed and she literally walked away. Another worker walked up and we requested to quickly pay since we were now late and they could not help is and the original woman was signed I to the register a third person came over typed something into the screen and they started hailing for someone else to come over... finally someone in a suit punched something in and walked away.... this ordeal took a minimum of 10 minutes and we were all late to the movie because they just dont have the right people staffed there... I cant say this will be the place I choose to come back to and thats a massive disappointment.

Awesome theatre. Clean, great service and all around nice experience. This a reserve seating theater and honestly that is the only way to go. No fending for yourself if you arrive late. I usually purchase my tickets online and just walk in and get my phone scanned. Doesn’t get easier then that. Some screens have the recliner seats and those are the best. I drive here from Surpise and it’s well worth the extra miles.

At first I thought the $12 for an adult ticket was a little high but after walking in and sitting down everything was really nice and clean, highly recommend the reclining chairs, had a great time with my family here. Prices could be a little more fair as well. Overall great experience.

New seats. Clean. Select your reclining seat. Great sound system. A night (or matinee) at the movies is always a fun time. Go get lost in a big screen for a couple of hours. Action films are best this way... Or Star Wars!

Our friends drove to Phoenix to have a meal and catch a movie. We went to the Harkins theater near Estrella Parkway. We went to the Knives Out movie with Daniel Craig and an all star cast. First off getting tickets was incredibly easy, Our friend ordered a beer at the onsite bar. Popcorn and candy followed. We viewed the movie in electric reclining loungers. The recliners are extremely comfortable. This was a great movie experience.

Nice employees and very clean. The Cine 1 theatre is awesome! Screen is huge and the gold curtains are an elegant touch that opens to present the showing like the days of old! Seats are leather, wide and have leg rests! Seats are also the same throughout the other theatres as well. This building also has a bar (21 and older, obviously)! All around excellent place to enjoy a movie!

The big draw back here is the oddball parking.I blame that on Goodyear planners..I could b wrong. The theaters are very nice with recline seating, and I love selecting my seat when l make my purchase, no searching when you get inside. Clean, friendly service.

Awesome theatre. Always freaking clean, great spot for promo showings or movie memorabilia to be displayed. Got a bar inside, every theatre has reclining leather seats with reserved seating and the Cine1 theatre is the best show in the state.

This is my favorite theater! The seats recline and if youre not careful you might doze off. The screens are huge. Its always clean. The staff is very friendly. They have a variety of snacks and hot food for purchase. I tried the chicken sandwich with fries and it was really good. I probably pass 4-5 movie theaters just to come to this one!

They only place Ill go to now! Theater it always clean and the recliners and comfy. Only thing keeping me from giving five stars the the staff working the concession stand. They really should be trained to work at more of an efficient pace. It wait 30-45 min for popcorn and a drink is ridiculous and knowing its going to be a guaranteed 20 mins at the least just in line. This should not be. There is only ONE time we had an employee who worked quickly, wish I had her name to give her kudos!

The Harkins Theaters are always neat and orderly. The floors are always clean, not in the least sticky like some other theaters we used to go to. The employees at the snack bar are very friendly and fast. Popcorn is always fresh and hot. We highly recommend Harkins theaters.

Best theater ever, cine 1 is a must for your most anticipated movies. Insane huge clean screen that so clear and speakers everywhere! Theater is not good for last min for big movies cause of the reserved seats, have to plan way ahead for the good seats. Every screen has the good seats.

Friendly staff, ready to help. Clean and comfortable. great menu with Burgers, fries and Flatbread Pizza. Loungers were comfortable and ran smoothly. Wonderful experience for my daughter and I.

I love this place. Always clean. They are pretty fast getting food. The bar is great too they have good drinks. I like that you can take your drinks with you to your seats. Plus its seats you choose so you dont have to rush to get the best seats.

Very nice location and environment for family get togethers! The downfall is I have never returned for years because this location isn’t peanut-friendly. Wishing places are peanut friendly, at least make a menu for separated for individuals that have food allergies.

Love this movie theater! Its the only one I want to go to when we want to go see a movie. They do have a hard time when it comes to big group orders but thats not a very big issue, I know its hard to get those orders done.

My 1st time here and it was great. The seats recline and are so very comfortable, I didnt freeze and the actually had some real food items. I only ordered a pretzel but it was huge and tasted great, along with the cheese dip. It was a long drive, but it was worth it.

An excellent facility, very good service. I found the refreshments quite expensive. 2 sodas and a large popcorn cost as much as the admission.

This is a great theater. Only 4 stars though. I am not a fan of the new reclining seats. I dont find them comfortable.

We love coming to the movies here. I love that you can have a snack, drink and a lounge chair that makes the movie experience super comfortable. It makes it a true date place.That being said, I was hugely disappointed with the bar service. They usually allow you 2 drinks. I had never had a problem before, in 2 yrs we have been coming here. We were on a rare afternoon date. I was trying two different drinks because I couldnt decide. Its a good opportunity to try drinks I normally dont order. The bartender made me feel like a lush. She told me I couldnt have both unless my husband was buying one because of the high alcohol content. I had no idea they had high alcohol content. I ended up just buying 1 drink and just felt embarrassed. At that point I didnt even want the 1 I bought anymore. I will never buy alcoholic drinks here again. I dont always get alcoholic drinks when I come, so felt her response made me super uncomfortable.

I Love this location! It is always clean! The staff here are fun and friendly. Theyre are quick to help you out, with any questions or concerns.

Seats are awesome, i.e. comfy, roomy, and inclines to About 165-170 degrees; watching movies here is an enjoyable experience... everything else is like any nice/good cinema -- food, service, cleanliness, parking availability. Worth the rate.

There is nothing near by but this beats out the terrible AMC in Glendale by the stadium. Its clean, friendly, and the theaters are great. They have those recliner seats which is great

Our first time going to this theatre. We purchased our tickets via the Internet prior to going. The theater is a large complex that has plenty of free parking. The theater at our time of being there was clean and provided many choices of theatre rooms for the various movies shown. Food choices are available with prices on the high side, which is normal from our experiences not only at this theatre, but at all theatre sites owned by various entities.

Great sound system and comfortable reclining seats. They have some video games and a full bar. The snack bar is a bit pricey but that is to be expected this days.

The recliners were awesome. I got to choose where my seats were when I bought my tickets. Service @ the snack bar was outstanding!

My husband called to see if we could switch our tickets to the next showing, which they kindly did for us.We were very grateful. I hate watching movies anywhere else now.

I went to this location under the impression that the tickets we bought were for showtime here.... well, come to find out it was for Gateway pavillion....However manager on duty on (12/23/19) at 8:20pm went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate my family needs!!! He didnt just allow me to swap my tickets to this location and prevent me from wasting more time driving, but he was extremely polite and professional, especially because he DIDNT HAVE TO, this is a prime EXAMPLE of customer service, appreciation and sympathy.I will most definitely come back here for as long as I go to the movies, maybe it was just 4 tickets for them, but for me and my family meant the world, kids were exited to watch STAR Wars and I wa as happy he made it possible.Thank you very much.

Every theatre room here is luxurious!!! The cine1 room is beyond amazing! But every other room at regular price is still great with reclining seats and lots of space! Very convenient seating. Love this theatre!

Comfy reclining seats, plenty of elbow room. I dont eat the snacks so I cant speak to that. Volume was good, not overwhelming. Overall a good experience.

This is our go to location for new movies. The chairs are comfortable the speakers arent to loud and everything is pretty clear on the screens. Its usually pretty clean but there are always those people that leave their trash unfortunately. Over all I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely outstanding. Upon arrival I was highly impressed with the quality and cleanliness. The theater had an abundance of parking which was nice and ticket purchase was simple and quick especially since its reserved seating. Once inside I was extremely satisfied with the amenities. Nice selection of food and snacks and the best part was the bar. Once in the theater room itself the satisfaction continued. The seats were so comfortable and functional along with being spacious and private. The bathrooms were nice and very clean. All In all, great experience and I highly recommend.

I went on a Friday night and it was PACKED. I have never seen that many people at a theater before. It was difficult to find a parking spot and I recommend you buy tickets online before you get there. However the movie was really good and I loved the super comfy recliner seats.

Its been awhile since I went to a movie at a theater, but things have changed. The seats are comfy, big and recline. The bar should have been thought of 20 years ago. Harkins was clean and very attractive. I felt the concessions lines were very slow moving but I guess with all of the choices of food and drinks, its to be expected. Will definitely go again.

I have 3 lil ones and we go to this spot everytime a new good family movie comes out and this place is going above and beyond right now with whats going on in the world today 3/15/20. They are not letting other people sit next to you and your party. They are putting 2 to 3 seats in between you and the other parties. Its just a lil extra there going out of there way for there customers. And its dead right now at the theaters because no one is going because more of the population is crazy and thinks this is the end of the world. Probably the same people that are buying up all the baby wipe and other stuff that people NEED to think about others when buying.

Excellent recliner leatherish seating. Consessions NOPE...bucket of popcorn and a medium soda 15 bucks. OUCH.

Movie was great however frustrated over those who dont adhere to turning off cell phones and ruining it with conversations, bright screen lights, and standing throughout the film. This will definitely make me think twice about wasting my money and time. Maybe Management and/or staff can do more than walk stairs during the movie.

The most comfortable reclining seats of any theater combined with excellent picture and sound quality are just a few of my favorite things about this theater!

This is the location my Husband takes me to the most!! I love their bar, their food, their reclining seats, their employees are always so friendly! If you havent been to the Estrella Falls location you need to go!!

Clean good customer service

Really nice theater for the west valley. Biggest draw back are trying to find parking on a Friday night. Seats are assigned and comfortably recumbent also secluded enough where if you needed to whisper something to your partner (I know big movies no no) your neighbor movie goers wont here you. P.S. avoid the first row whenever possible.
