Valley View is a nice and quiet area. The homes have been updated and are beautiful. The management is very professional and responsive to any questions or maintenance requests I may have. Highly recommend!

Neighborhood is full of roaches and cats and they dont do any sort of pest control, they never check your filters each month which burned out my heating unit and almost set my place on fire, overpriced for a dumpy place. So glad im getting out of here

Good place to live. Friendly neighbors. Lived here for 4 years. Nice area. Dogs roaming around but its ok. Every trailer park has cats so its straight. Management kicks people out for No reason sometimes the mexicans party for a while but its ok I love it here

Owner cares about your unit and makes repairs quickly.unfortunately they refused to give me my security deposit back after the unit was professionally cleaned.

Nice trailers... The ones not abandoned. Neighbors are horrible here, stray cats trash every where. People drunk harassing you. Management acts clueless about issues, its been going down hill for past two years. No peaceful living as advertised by far.l

. It is dirty, drunks roaming around, police are called to the park often, cats everywhere. Management is no help about any thing that happens in the park. Not safe place for children.

It was very easy to find my friends trailer in your trailer park.

What is the average rent?

We were sent a letter trip your water in the winter weather.We have done that every time it 32 or below My water bill 316 dollars.Why there are vacant homes with water leaks the water line is the same for all they divide the water bills if I have no leak how is my water so high I am on a fixed income,have to move this year dont want to but next month it might be 500 dollars who knows
