The deals offered during the pandemic was a huge thank you gesture to the customers. It also allowed us as a community to support the business that offers a safe fun play area to our children of all ages. Alexis was very helpful & orders prompt. Some others fell short on service but I still feel its a great place 90% of the time.

This Chuck E Cheeses is pretty decent. Lots of games to enjoy by kids and adult kids (lol). Im not sure about how I feel regarding buying playtime vs points vs tokens from back in the days. Regardless, my kids and nieces still had lots of fun running around playing and then collecting tickets so they can get ridiculous items from the ticket store. The staff can do with more training regarding transferring time to different cards to make sure kids can have their own cards. Charging a dollar for the bracelets to make sure kids dont lose their game card is pretty greedy (because cmon!).

Mainly, I enjoyed the fun times my grandchildren were having playing games and riding on the many cars. I was very happy to see that yall had a police vehicle. As a retired policeman, I really enjoyed taking pictures of her in the vehicle. Thats a picture I will always treasure.

Thank you for the reply, a huge majority of the games were broken when I took my nephew for his Birthday Party, and the staff had to be told multiple times machines were out of tickets before they loaded the games that were working. Many amazing memories as a kid going to Chuck e. Cheese was hoping to give my nephew the same experience.

My family and I went for my daughters (3) best friends birthday. They didnt have a party thrown by Chuck E. Cheese, but did our own thing. We were there at 10:30 and my kids 3-15 and my husband had a great time. My husband and my oldest found games they could play on and had so much fun. My younger kids i knew would have so much fun. And Im glad the 2 big ones did also!!!

We had a blast! The staff was ready and willing to help quickly with any ticket issues. I almost felt bad keeping him running back and forth refilling the tickets we won. I didnt order any food but in all a great visit.

I went with my daughter and her family, for my grandsons birthday. The check-in took forever, the pizza took even longer. One family finally left as they hadnt received their pizza. They were way under-staffed, drink dispenser was empty, some of the games kept jamming - we had to hunt someone down. The tables were not cleared or cleaned - there was 1 small trashcan that we put our trash in. There was 1 guy doing cleanup, helping with machines and was the only one to do cleanup after they closed.

The machines constantly ran out of tickets, the staff are all expert hide and seekers, and the phrase Thats not my job. must be the company motto. However, my kids love this place and the stroke inducing atmosphere almost makes it worth it.

Not too bad for a kids fun house. They have plenty to do to keep kids occupied and you dont have to worry about them excaping. The food isnt bad for the type of place and they have a couple beer choices which makes all the kids more tolerable!

We like the pizza and since my children are older and dont like to play the games, they want the pizza but you cant call it in, you have to go in and place an order and wait for it or order online for delivery. This time they didnt have any to go boxes so they had to put several slices in styrofoam boxes.

Would have given 5 stars because, I love Chuck E Cheese! But, they were completely under-staffed on this day...

Nice place but very crowded and long waiting line. Took 46 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza, and it was not supposed to be a cheese crust. Expensive. Crowded. Tables were small and cramped. Took the picture between the crowds to try and show the games.

My kids love this place but i dont like that its full all the time to many people that you cant even play the games you want or have to wait for a long time

Understanding staff that are helpful and help you understand if it is your first time here. There are new games and take a step in making sure children are looked after especially near the exit. They have a menu for kids and adults and you can hold your child birthday party here as well.

Good place to take your children for some family fun... Best part of playing the games are winning the tickets. The food is pretty good and they do have a salad bar. The only thing sometimes the tickets may be stuck and not come out but all you have to do is find a worker and tell them. They always help and dont have an attitude is what i like the most.

Great Place to entertain kids of all ages. My one year old and six year old had a wonderful time. Nice place to play when its too hot outside for the park!

There are better locations, but they are much further away! Have had good experience with the staff, however birthday parties are rushed. So I have the party elsewhere and then we all go to chuck...!

We have had a great time. The food is pretty tasty now though definitely on the pricey side. There is almost always coupons available though. Unlimited play is the best idea they ever had and makes the kids so much happier.

My daughter had a fun time, so I suppose thats all that truly matters. However, both my daughter and I disliked the old, bland, rubbery pizza as well as their fountain drinks. We took a sip of every choice they had, and if it was carbonated--it was flat. Every choice from both fountains tasted as if it hadnt been changed/refilled since the place opened for the first time.

Very kid friendly parents need to supervise kids and watch closer.

This was my first visit and I was very much pleased with our visit there. My family and friends enjoyed ourselves greatly. Especially my grandchildren. They had a ball. the evening we went, it was not crowded at all. A very pleasant atmosphere for the children. We also received great customer service from the staff, which is very important as well. If you are looking for a fun place to bring your children, this is definitely a great choice. We will return again in the near future.

We had an absolutely phenomenal time here. We booked a party for my daughters 6th birthday. We got the mega superstar package. We ended up needing more pizza. But we bought cake and dippin dots for the kids. Everything was taken care of for us. All we had to do was show up and have a great time! Highly recommend this place for birthday parties.

Eh, this place is for kids so don’t expect quality food or an inexpensive day/night out with the family. What you can expect is having exhausted well run kids after your visit. If treating your kids to a fun experience is your goal, you could do worse. Just don’t expect a Disney level experience.

Waited almost an hour for just a medium pizza and we had to go up there and ask where it was and there was no apology.

This place is truly kid oriented. Children will have a ball here and the pizza was delicious.

We have had birthday here the past 3 years and dont plan to stop anytime soon!

Service was great, very helpful. My son enjoyed playing the arcade games, and they are Chuck E. Cheese games, not Dave and Buster games. The pizza was really good, something I really didnt expect. Great to take kids for fun.

Its not the same as when I was kid. The games all looked more dull and kid friendly and the pizza wasnt too good.The service was good though, no issue with any of the staff, they were somewhat enthusiastic and had a friendly demeanor.

My three year old was amazed to find that, not only could he eat pizza, but he could get a prize for playing games. The new system where you add a time limit or credits to a card is fantastic; no fumbling with tokens anymore. The staff was very patient with our kids when they had questions about a game, and even sneaked (snuck?) around loading free games into machines. They loved it.

Even the bathrooms were clean.The pizza was good, and they had a nice salad bar. Even had beer.The games were fun, and they use a card-system instead of tokens.We really enjoyed it.

I love their new pay per minute deals. I feel like my kids dont have to hold back, or budget their points / tokens, and can just have a good time. Also, it helps tremendously with time management.

We had our daughters birthday party here and we loved it. It was pretty expensive, their prices have doubled over the years, there were so many people there that the ticket technicians couldnt refill the tickets in time so most games we played we didnt get tickets for and a lot of games werent even working but besides that we had a great party hostess and our daughter loved the ticket air blaster and how they sang happy birthday with chuckie. We got the big package it included 2 slices of pizza per child, Dipping dots, goodie bags, and unlimited play passes for 3 hours. Loved it

Good experience overall. Clean environment, but the prices were a little high for the food. Customer service was decent, not overly good, or bad. It was middle of the road, nothing to complain about. If they could find a way to explain the time portion a little better on the games. That is for those of us who have never been there, that would be great.

Good place for the kids to play and have fun. I would not recommend eating there. The advertize lunch buffet bu that leaves a LOT to be desired. It took over 30 min to get a kids meal of chicken nuggets and fries. We got it then only after standing there waiting for them to be cooked. The charge extra for the beverage that should go with a kids meal. Still, the game area is much better than the one in Raleigh.

Staff was friendly and polite. Some games were out of order or out of tickets. The reason for three stars is that the inside is way to small. You cant walk around in there without bumping into people and someone came and threw away half our pizza and our drinks after 5 mins of being away from our table.

Kids loved it went with my family which included 5 children, lots of games to choose from. Some games would take your card and let you pay, however the machine would be out of tickets but all together great time, pizza was pretty good too.

The pizza is good, the place is clean, and the children love it. The employees are always very friendly.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday the eve of Christmas Eve and had a blast. If it weren’t for the fact that my husband and I were sleep deprived we would have probably stayed longer than the 2 hour all you can play. The staff made my experience what it was, they were attentive and yet gave us our space. My parents live in that area and I intend to have as many parties there as possible!

Most of the favorite games are OUT OF ORDER and then when you try to look for a staff member there are NONE! Its like when you dont need them theyre right there and then POOF! theyre gone just like that!

Love to take the kids there but since they switched to the play card its not so much fun. If you get the unlimited for a hour you can only play it once every min. So the games with the fast pace to them you really cant play it like you should. Other then that the staff is nice and the GM manager is awesome.

Great entertainment for kids and adults. Food is really good. Use online coupons to get great deals.

We go here often. Its a noisy, crowded, popular place. But Ive got kids, so its perfect for us :-). The only caveat is the food is too expensive for what it is.

First visit pizza was great and staff was attentive during weekend rush with birthday parties. Second visit was not so great. Took over an hour to get pizza which I had to ask about. The pizza didnt have sauce. So was not good at all. There was one birthday party and about 10 other customers. The young girl at prize counter had no clue what to do. Sign clearly states 1 penny = 1 ticket. She had to get manger because I was buying with cash. She needed to verify it was ok. Really? Of course manager took forever to get there. And she still got it wrong...she wore it on her paper the added total with her phone. Why? Manger finally arrived and rung me up with cash register. What was the purpose of the phone calculator? What was the girls purpose? Probably not a good idea to train staff with sink or swim method. I spent over $100 between pizza and token credits. I expect to be treated as important as the birthday parties. All customers should be treated equally no matter how much they spend. I am not sure if I will go back again. If I do I will not order food.

Overall, LOVED the 20 minute play card! We played continuously for 30 minutes and literally worked up A SWEAT playing Skee-ball and Pop-A-Shot!!!! We arrived at 8:15p.m, so I get it, employees are tired and ready to go, but people, put some pep in your step and plaster a fake smile on your face. There was no one at the ticket counter for over 10 minutes. When I finally asked, a girl working behind food counter had major attitude and said shed be there, yet never came. Another girl finally came to the ticket counter, but she stood stone-faced the entire time, so much so, that my daughter was scared to point to the items in the case she wanted. Wow. Lastly, the same unenthused girl from the salad bar who was supposed to help, finally came when we ready to leave to check our hand stamp. No smile, no come back again, no good night or anything. Dont come when theyre closing, even if theyre open for another hour. Lackadaisical attitudes and frowns not worth it.

One of the nicest and cleanest I have been to. Good variety of games for all ages. Food is of regular quality for a chuck e cheese and does offer lunch buffet and a salad bar after 3. Staff very friendly and helpful.
