Went tonight to see the Dillard/Goldsboro Alumni Black History month display. Awsome displays of the history and legacy of Dillard High School. I highly recommend that you take the time to visit the Wayne County Museum to see this display.Gary PackerNational PresidentDillard Goldsboro Alumni And Friends Inc
We just finished the Wayne County Geotrail and stopped by to get our coins, today. While we waited, we looked around - there was an event going on upstairs, though. Anyway, got our coins and went back to looking around. A few minutes later, the nice woman came back just to give our kids two small basketballs since they didnt get coins. We thought that was so sweet of her and she chatted with us a bit about the museum and the current car displays. She was so super nice, I had to leave a review.
Small but very informative great staff
New exhibit about the history of BBQ in NC

This is the Wayne County Museum. It is located in the building that was used by the USO during World War II. It is in a nice historic building. You can learn about the history of Wayne County. The last from the old fountain in the park is inside the museum. We were here tonight to see a play.
