Remodeled, clean. Very good picture and sound. Can order tickets on their website, in their app, at the theatre kiosks or at the popcorn counter. No annoying 30 minutes of commercials before the movie like AMC. Just 3 trailers and then the movie starts. Plenty of parking in rear lot. Bar in lobby for drinks/apps and lots of restaurants nearby in outdoor mall. 5 stars.

Great theater. Went on a sleepy Thursday Afternoon and it was perfect..maybe 5 people total so the we had the bartender and staff all to ourselves! Which, btw, the bartender is a very seeet girl who makes good cocktails !The seats are all new,clean and confortable !Good theater, food drinks and inknow this is odd..but great popcorn !

This place is always so easy to get in and out. Courteous staff. Never seen it crowded. Great popcorn, full bar and actually good food if you want something more substantial.

ArcLight is simply the best way to see a movie and an experience better than you remembered.Great food, full bar, comfy seats matched with warm service, super clean areas and family and date friendly environment. Their Carmel corn is a particularly memorable element. As well, they limit previews to three and have staff to make sure theater is comfortable. Easy parking and nice dinner and shopping options in the Glen.Go tonight and enjoy!

This place was amazing. It was clean and smelled nice. The people working were nice. They had a full bar, which was a novelty to us. It was insanely expensive because we also purchased popcorn and come candy and water and drinks. Overall for 4 people it was around $80 or more. More than we expected but it was part of the experience so also not complaining. You can definitely spend a lot less if you want to. Overall would go again.

This theater isnt as nice as the newer AMC theaters but its nice enough and close to home, parking is also super convenient.

Beware of reviews from the posh, tony suburbs of Chicago, there are a lot of cheap whiners who want to be treated like royalty. The theater is perfectly serviceable. Saw Us here, and unlike Alamo, there are no ushers standing over you. My only complaint was that the butter on the popcorn tasted a little weird, but otherwise, nice experience. I will admit, I would probably go somewhere else if it were cheaper and had better seats, but its not a horrible theater like other people claim it is.

The place seem nice and well mannered guest. My only complaint was the lights turned on too early before the end of the movie

Saw Bohemian Rhapsody. Found myself laughing on my own mistake of assuming it was an AMC after the old lady by the ticket kiosks corrected me. Decent drinks selection, good screen, great sound system, although it wouldve been even better with the bass turned up a little to somewhat emulate the live concert experience. The movie was good too. Intense!

Do not recommend going to see a movie at this theater. Worst experience I have ever had. First it was so hot in the theater I didnt even enjoy the movie. The employees werent very welcoming to us, since it was a later movie. I came home to realize I have bites all over my arms and legs, which is where my skin was showing. The bites I believe are from the seats. If you want an enjoyable and clean movie theater go anywhere but here

Great place too see a movie.

The cinema was great, nice seating and a good screen with good sound around. Got the feeling that the staff working there only worked for the money. Theyve got selections of popcorn and accessories to that like butter on it, also theyve got different candies like skittle and sour gummy bears. You can get drinks, and you can get your movie ticket at a self paying machine or from the desk.

Lovely cinema with a pleasant staff. Truely a relaxing place for films.

I used to love this theatre so much, the food was always priced fairly and usually I was treated well. Unfortunately, I went back after a while about two weeks ago and I got the absolute worst customer service ever. The worker, Nataly, was being so rude to me and she was talking to me as if I was a child. Never coming here again nor am I recommending this theatre anymore.

Love this theater. Assigned seating is wonderful. This is a great movie theater for adults. Grab a beer and some food from the counter, then relax while watching a flick. These types of theaters are the future. Theyre trying to compete w/ home entertainment systems w/ large televisions. The prices are going to be more expensive. If you can handle that, great. If not, there are other theaters to go to (while they last/before they upgrade). I only go to see films where it is basically essential to watch it in a theater or movies Im really excited about. The rest get the home entertainment system. For me, thats the best of both worlds.

Its a great place to watch a movie. Clean spacious, great sound high tech digital seat selection, stadium seating, unique food as well. And the movies are current. And the staff are cheerful and nice. Love it.

This is the friendliest theater around. Everyone working there says hi and bye and did you enjoy the movie and have a nice night and thanks for coming, enjoy the popcorn, etc etc. It’s almost surreal how overly friendly everyone is but it’s a great feeling and I wish more establishments were like the Glenview Arclight. We drive out of our way to go there.

Clean, good seats and easy to get to

Just your average movie theater. They have the no firearms signs posted at the entrances that forbid lawful carry and not one armed security guard onsite. Not sure why you would want to advertise that everyone inside is unarmed and helpless, especially during these crazy times when deranged psychopaths choose these places as targets for mayhem. Wonder if its a liability thing cause the liability works both ways. You cant deny someone the right defend themselves and cheap out on security to decrease your overhead costs to increase profits.

A hidden gem! Reserved, comfortable stadium seating and real butter on popcorn as well as best caramel corn you will ever have. Full bar service. Best of all, patrons honor the please silence cell phone and no texting requests.

Great theater, one of the best IMO theyve got it all. Friendly staff, attentive management, most of the time theyll even go make fresh any hot foods you order if its not too busy, youre not gonna get an hours-old hot dog from a warmer. Best part is that they keep the place very clean, even when its a busy opening weekend like Jurassic World or Incredibles.

And Ole Ron wasnt about to start paying mind to any Tom, Dick or Jane who just shuffled on in...No siree. But..thanks to Me.Bondsrundelbun, we have this fine theater and the rest of his luxurious brothers and sisters.

The theatre was clean. The sound quality however was not all that great. I personally did not like watching a movie here. There is no free refills on popcorn or drinks either. Parking is ample, and there are a handful of places to eat nearby.

No commercials to disturb your conversations or using your smart phone before the previews start. Only 3 previews before the feature starts (other theaters have 5 or 6 or more). Comfortable seating, clean. Reserved seats can easily be purchased before arrival, so there is no need to arrive early to ensure getting your favorite seat location. I dont think the theater is more expensive than others in the area - if it is, then its a small amount. Its all good.

Ive had a really good experience at this theater primarily because one of the guys that works there is super nice. I tried taking my 2 little kids to a movie and the little one got scared and wanted to go home during the previews. They gave me a full refund and a coupon for next time because I already gone through concessions. Another time the same guy (wish I caught his name) graciously helped my disabled mother-in-law find comfortable seating. A really kind person that takes pride in his job.

This is a good theatre that usually has all of the latest and greatest films showing. With a bar inside, you have plenty of adult snack options before, during and after your movie. For some reason this theatre is not super popular, so there are almost always plenty of open seats and lots of elbow room every time I visit.

Ok people. Listen to this and stop making owners make money.1. Price: more expensive than Regal or AMC.$12 beer, $17 glass of wine that goes for $8 a bottle in binnys. Popcorn is 6 bucks for small. AMC has it for 5.2. Seats: 60s era recycled economy airline seats. I was more comfortable on the bleachers in highschool gym.3. Staff has no idea what they are doing. Owners to save money hire high school kids who then in turn forget to turn lights on after movie so people stumble all over the place. For the same reason i think the high school student needs to make an announcement that mpvie starting and where emergency exists are. Owners didnt want to spend money on onscreen announcement like regal or amc.All in all you have a movie theater thats 1.5-2 times more expensive than amc or regal but 4-5 worse with 9 times cheaper owners that will feel bad for buying their own mother a dinner if she is starving go there. If you want a pleasant experience that will be slightly cheaper and 3 or 4 times better, drive 6 minutes in either direction to either AMC or Regal.

Beautiful theater in the Suburbs, they announced the details of the movie before it starts. Late entrants arent permitted into the hall as it disturbs the experience for others. Reserved seating is awesome.

I loved the viewing experience but the carpet stairway up to the seats is in disrepair and my 70 yr old friend tripped and fell on the carpet where it had been duct taped!!! The torn seam caught on her shoe and she fell forward, injuring herself. This is not ok!!

Very nice theater, big screen, high resolution. They have comfortable seats, nicely spaced, nice legroom for tall people like me. They have the usual popvorn, etc. concession as well as a full bar for adult beverages.

Warning: This is the absolute worst movie theater in the entire world. The people are rude, ignorant, and unwelcoming to anyone who comes in. They lack basic functioning skills. First of all, the place is a disaster. Second, they are the worst movie employees I have actually ever met. I have been to many exceptional Arclights and I thought that this could be the same-but boy was I wrong. Do not come to this movie theater if you are a person just looking to see a movie on your nice, relaxed Friday night.

Tickets are a pain to buy. Having a bar is nice. Parking is always a pain. They have reserveded seating which is nice. Lines at the concession stand are always long.
