Bowled a few games here before they closed down again due to the pandemic but my time there was fun.

Great lanes, good prices. The deals they have for Monday and Tuesday nights are great and it is always a fun atmosphere.

Grumpy owner but food was good, order drinks only when bartender is there, otherwise dont even try!

Great time booked two lanes with food and sodas for a company outing. Everything was perfect and the staff was great. Good selection at the bar everyone had something they wanted to drink. Would definitely book again!

This is generally the best bowling alley in the area. Its fun to go and I would also recommend getting their summer pass itll save you a ton of money. The food is a little expensive so dont go there hungry.

Nice place where you can bring your family along. They got a lot of deals and are open late after midnight. The prices are also decent

I give it a 4-1/2. Ordered the sampler and it was great. The family all enjoyed it, not one complaint. Thats rare. Used the Groupon special and we had fun for 2 hours. They sell socks btw if you forgot yours. The only reason didnt get a 5 was the food and drink prices were a little bit high. But highly recommended.

Retro bowling alley with modernized update, food is actually pretty tasty for a bowling alley. Lane conditions are not perfect. It is a fun place, very friendly social leagues, family friendly environment. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

I bowl in a league here. Im not very good and we arent a competitive league. The oil patterns baffle me every week and Im always throwing away at least one game. only one server on league nights so I usually have to go up to the counter and order for myself. the staff who arent behind the food counter seem more like decoration than anything. they are always chatting with each other in tight groups instead of engaging the customers. but I guess thats gonna happen in a bowling alley. what do I know? Ive never worked in one.

Ok place but some areas where dirty. I saw a lot of employees standing around & on their phones. I think this place needs better management

Very cool bowling alley. Nicely lit with updated scoring screens. Nice food station with good selections on the menu. They have a separated video gaming room for adults. Liquor is also sold here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking in front of the building. Plan on having a good time when you come.

Great place for casual and league bowling. Call ahead to make sure its not a league night. There are some arcade games for the young ones. One this is place is missing is billiards/pool tables, which I hope they add soon.

Lots of nice changes and updates. Bowling is alot more expensive then in the past, but it was worth it. Good family time!

Friendly staff, great service. But as a bowler myself they can maintain their lanes alot better then they have been.

$5.49 a game. In the summer? No wonder the place is a ghost town. Mens bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. Sticky floors, dried urine on the toilet seats. But really the worst is the cost. Ive been bowling for 30 years, and Ive never seen a price as high as that in the summer. Wont be back.

Super nice staff. One employee noticed that all balls are too heavy for me and he brought one lighter without asking him about that. The lady from ther bar was also nice and funny. It was clean and family environmental. I visited several theie lications, but this is my favourite.

I went here today with my friends we were having a good time and I decided to order food at 8:37 I ordered chicken tenders, fries, and 2 drinks the prices were pretty high I paid around $30 for my food the lady was pretty nice and said my food would be ready and brought to my table in 10-15 min. We ended our game and the food still wasn’t there and I had to leave already so I went to the counter and kindly said “excuse me” to the only person making the food there the guy rudely said “wait !” And rolled his eyes. I went on and told him I’ve been waiting for my food for a while now & if there was any way I can cancel my order because I had to go again with attitude he rolled his eyes turned around and said I’d this your order as he was holding the fries & chicken tenders and he threw the food on the counter and said “I already made it!” Another lady came and I explained to her again if there was any way I could get a refund. She went to get another lady and this time they asked for my receipt and as I gave it to her she said you ordered your food 12 minutes ago and it’s ready. Clearly it said I ordered my food at 8:37 and it was already 8:58. I understand if maybe they were short staffed but it was a Thursday afternoon there was very few people in there not all ordered food & I didn’t get an apology from any of the employees there. I just got fries and 3 chicken tenders (which I paid $9) for in a box to go and I didn’t even get my drinks, I had to go back and ask for my drinks. I will never come back here again !

Decent lanes, good deals on weekends, but the food is on the pricier side since the switch from Brunswick.

Editing my review now that theyve been bought out. We attempted to go bowling on a Saturday evening since the website still says they have open bowling on Saturday starting at 9am. Got there at 5pm, only to find out that they have leagues on Saturday night now. 1) update your website. 2) Save at least a few lanes for families who want to have something fun to do on a Saturday night. Very frustrating.

No air conditioning!!! Its so hot that you need to bring a sweat towel to bowl..if your a decent bowlerBring plastic balls the lanes are so dry my daughter can throw a hook..

The fact the company ended online coupons without telling customers was very rude.It was ok.

Fun time! Out there for a wedding. The pins kept getting stuck and we needed to reset the pins. Other than that we had a great time! Will go back.

It was fun to bowl! The woman at the food court was rather rude with every encounter I had with her, I felt like she rolled her eyes at everything I said, like I was bothering her by ordering food, and asking some questions as I was ordering...

Ive lived 3 minutes from this establishment since 1989 and started bowling here in league play in 1995. The bang for your buck has fallen dramatically as has the customer service.However, to cut them a break, most corporate locations are going this way. Proprietary locations still care and will go the extra mile to retain their customers.TLDR... go to Stardust in Addison for league. I dont bowl open play.

When you arrive, it looks like a ghost town. Its on a busy road but the lanes seem to feel all alone. When you walk in. You see all lights and videos and everything and it switches up your mood quickly. I had a great time here! FIt was a fun atmosphere(they could pick better music) and good food. Bowling is always fun. My two complaints were that the staff was simply a staff and didnt go out of their way to greet and be friendly to their guests. In addition to that, the other thing is that the bathroom smelled very bad. They could definitely do better.

Nice customer service and fresh oil lanes to practice on

Somehow it got worse after the recent change from a bad Brunswick to a worse Bowlero...the approach is sticky...the floor is gritty...the lanes had less oil than before when it was light slop... I am disappointed every visit...Its a shame they still get business.

Came out for the try a ball night. Threw some DV8, Radical & my own stuff 2 compare & had a blast! Ball reps were great & very helpful

It’s one of the best bowling allies but it can get overly crowded. Therefore, it’s strongly recommended that you reserve your lane beforehand!

Friday night league in the fall if you live competitive bowling and Tuesday night in the summer.

This alley is a pretty good one. We came at a time during leagues, so there was a little bit of a wait time, didnt mind. They have a great selection of food. I got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and it was great. The lanes are very good quality, didnt have a lane malfunction once. The only complaint I have is the staff was not very friendly. But overall, I would recommend.

Expensive even for Saturday. 6.50 a game 4.50 for shoes. Thugs just hanging out

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Theyve always had great staff and good food decent prices, only thing which its really not that big a deal it could be updated or renovated, balls are old lanes too but still an awesome place to have a great time with family, friends.

This place was great, looks lonely from outside but inside the staff were great. We went with a group of students, they were great made sure we were ok and if we needed something. The pizza was really good. The bowling was fun as well, nice screens and lane with black lights and music. Great place to take the family or group of students.

Staff is rude, bit expensive, not professional in customer service, theyre racist.

We went as a group of 15 ppl. It looks exactly same as other bowling places. We have not tried any food except soft drinks. The place is neat . Its a nice place to spend time with family and kids.

Way too expensive. Wife and I went with a friend. Two games each, and shoe rental (no food or drinks).... $47.00!! Place and lanes were nice though.

Great place to go with friends! They have good food, great lounge, and friendly staff. They recently remodeled the facility and it looks awesome! I highly recommend it if youre in the area.

The place was run down and old. The seats were uncomfortable and the food wasnt great.

They have no pro shop, they have an arcade, gambling machines and their food is really good. The lanes are not great, better then some, but definetly not the best. Bathrooms are always freezing. The staff tries really hard to be friendly, but they never look happy and they never really act like they like their job, they just do what theyre supposed to do and nothing more.
