Live happily there since march.

Its a trailer park. Mix of falling in trailers and new units. Could use a lot of cleaning up. Does seem to have decent people living there.

Great park! Doing new improvements everyday and making the park look good.

Ive been there to visit friends and family. Its actually a pretty quiet place, and nice mobile homes. The road I went down though had terrible pot holes, but it looked like owners are starting to repair the whole park to make it nicer, so I give it 4 stars.

NOT a good place to live. They promise you the world and deliver on nothing that they say. They let all kinds of trashy people move in there and when you complain to them, they say that they will check in to it but never do. Maintenance things NEVER get fixed.

Couldnt help to smh the reviews and pictures some pix look fake but otherslook real and from what i saw very outdated wouldnt live there free i know where they are its a dive

Under new management for several months now yes have noticed minor improvements, but I am very dissatisfied with the communication&professionalism the office has to offer. It takes several attempts to reach out to whomever works in the office for maintenance help. Maintenance crew is great, but if who ever is in charge of work orders and listening to messages etc they can do their job. My family and I have lived here 3 years & plan to be out as soon as we can! It’s definitely not a place you want to make your “forever” home.

Unoccupied lots are maintained.

New management is making changes. Roads are rough, the “trailer trash” is here, but is is quickly being replaced by working decent class people. The new management is cleaning up the park, slow but sure! Great rent to own terms.

Although management has changed nothing else has. The office is still vacant most of the time and the park is still littered with trash. No speed limit enforcement so new residents are flying through the park and not adhering to the stop signs that remain. Some of the stop signs are also missing at certain intersections and no one has bothered to replace them even though they are visibly laying in someones front lawn. This place is getting worse with each new member of management and as each year passes. The owner promised to clean up the park and although newer homes were added there is still trash in the street and in the new drainage ditch that was dug. Oh and speaking of the drainage ditch.... They let inexperienced 20-somethings use equipment they have no business using to dig out said ditch. Now its too close to the road and with no guide rail blocking it will most likely soon be home to someones wrecked vehicle. Absolutely absurd!

Central to shopping, but tucked just off a main road. Yards are a little small, but could be a good thing if you dont want to do much work. Other areas looked maintained from what showed, so....over all...a nice place, but then I dont live there either lol.

Dilapidated mobile homes. Roads that are coming apart so badly theyll eat your car. Hope they dont charge much to live here.

Manager is great. Maintenance is helpful even when you just need advice. Pets are allowed.

Roads really need work.

They dont fix things no matter how much you beg them to worst place I have ever lived at but in my experiences places that are Section 8 usually have really crappy landlords that think they can treat people anyway they want to because they think theyre better or something I am not on Section 8 but I do have friends that live in there that are and people shouldnt be treated the way they treat people... An update on my post becare full when moving out the maintenance people and manager of the park will give your stuff away I know first hand

The prices are too high for the trailers theres no yard, no driveways, the new trailers are junk and are small. No maintenance gets done in a timely manner, if at all. I would know my best friend lives there.

Asked about houses for sale and we were told that they didnt have any even though after riding through the park and seeing for sales we left

Bad management. Mold in most trailors. Could be a very nice place to live if maintenance did there job

This is a mobile home park. My friend lives here. Unfortunately, a lot of the homes look run down and lots of cars parked on the streets made it hard to navigate and find trailer numbers. I visited at Christmas time and a lot of people decorated. It was pretty at night. Seems kinda far from civilization but I think that is an illusion.

I wish I could give this park no stars at all!!!!!!!!!! management of park is horrible. she is never around, the office is always locked and she will not answer her phone when you call or text her. the only time she is in the office is the day rent is due. most of the time she sends her teenage daughter to deal with issues. she is not enforcing sound ordinances, parking space rules or speed limit laws within the park. maintenance has been down the drain since the older gentleman was let go for not getting along with the new management. no background checks are being completed on new tenants and drugs are on the rampage in the park AGAIN! we got the old dealer out of the park and now its just as bad as it was 5 years ago.maintenance is charging cash for repairs that were to be included in the home as long as concerns and issues were reported within the first year of your lease, and when water pipes freeze there is now a $50 charge to have maintenance come assist with frozen pipes.management also allowed the park to go without water for 48 hrs while waiting for incompetent park employees to fix the issue instead of contacting a professional while she was out of town on vacation. they never called the city to inform them of the water main break and never advised residents to boil water for 24 hrs after water was off for two days.where is the owner of the park??? he never checks in to see if employees are doing their jobs anymore. he just sits back and collects his ridiculously high rent without a care or concern for his tenants.absolutely a joke.

Love all the new homes there really nice. The office workers are awesome.

If i could give it zero stars i would. Trash everywhere, old carpeting discarded in street. Drug addicts, thieves and just all around trash moving in nowadays. Management is a joke and since the old maintenance man was fired nothing is fixed, maintained or repaired. Aweful place to rent. Homes are falling apart and new trailers cost more than a mortgage.

Big place....clean and well maintained

Its a trailer park ... They are all pretty much the same. Some really nice trailers and others with a number of windows broken out of them for whatever reason.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Do NOT move here. Pathetic management and horrible people.

Piss poor management they dont want to fix anything. We moved in here a year ago. We are renting a new place from them.it needs to new doors and a window replaced that they knew about b4 we moved in. All we hear is that they are ordered. The manager is never there she doesnt answer her phone when u call.and by all means dont call or beg her on her days off

Whent to visit my son and doughter in law just got a nice traler in vintage village traler park it is a neet and clean traler park with lots of new tralers to grate for a 1st time starte home

Park manager is as bad as they comeShe doesnt turn your rent in in timeSo she can try to evict people she doesnt like.Theft. Damages to vehicles. Nails in tired cause they tear down old Trlrs. And dont clean up properly. This place was biggest retreat i have made living here my lease cant be over soon enough.

Lack of maintenance, and the things they are trying to fix have actually been made worse. My six yr old got attacked by a racoon there and I had one jump on my foot with three others coming at me. They need to live trap and release them elsewhere or just shoot them. My kids are scared to death of them and I am also
