Of course its not like it used to be but... its convenient and cheese pizzas are only $5 We get couple of pizzas, salad and giant chocolate chip cookie for a little over $20Allow the kids to have little enjoyment plus theres fun additions if needed there.

We went here for lunch and the kids love it. The salad bar was good and clean.The music on their TVs are sung by children and everytime we are there kids live watching their shows.We used to do the kids birthday parties there.

Pizza was pretty good. But overall experience was bad. The kids did not enjoy it at all because there were not many game choices and most of the games were OUT OF ORDER!!Ones that did “work” only took the credit but wouldn’t even let the kids play. And since the place was full didn’t want to bug staff after every game that stole their credits. Which was a lot of them! And when asked for pepper and cheese for pizza they told us to walk around and find some at the tables. Walked around the whole restaurant and only saw 4 of them out. A person who had them wasn’t even eating! They should put out more. Or kindly ask guests to get them while eating only or something.We came out of town and will definitely not be returning

This chuckee cheese is very small, mainly for toddlers! Went with my husband and our childrenLiKES: Sunday not too packed,also you can purchase the toys if not enough ticketsDiSLIKES: Games dont last very long at all. So getting tickets takes time!Also chuckee came out to sing for a birthday yet he didnt walk around to greet other children(other locations do), my lil ones couldnt greet him they were sad.

The restuarant is clearly popular as we did have to wait a little - it would appear you have more chance if you are happy to go inside which we did. Good range of Burgers that are freshly cooked and not too filling as some can be. The rest of the menu was also good and all of this, along with the wine/beer was good value.

Chuck e cheese is always pretty gross to me, because *germs*. But this one is cleaner than most! Employees are helpful too. Havent ever tried the food but it looks good

Chuck E. Cheese used to be this super fun place and you would give the kids some tokens let them run around and come back trading tickets for more tokens. We havent visited for a while because they switched some time ago to using a card, one that works the same as a tap credit card. Now its a kid with ALL of their credits on one cars and if it gets lost then there goes all their fun. The kids will also run through a whole card faster because several of the games have been raised to 2 or more credits which they dont realize right away. Now in terms of our latest visit, they pretty much only had 1 active employee. There was the one working at the front desk, a girl setting up a birthday party as slowly as possible and then vanished, another who played Chuck E, and finally a woman wearing a manager lanyard walking around with a clipboard. Not the best visit considering anything involving an employee took a VERY long time. The long waiting also makes me weary of their advertising for unlimited games for an hour, should anything go wrong it would eat up the kids time.

Yeah that’s some whacky sliced pizza, but tastes fine for “pub” fare

The salad bar is not such a bad deal. Last time I got three full plates over the time the kids were playing. Kids enjoy winning tickets. Lots of fun

The service was great pizza was good and kids had a great time

We had fun except some of the games were not dispensing tickets. Also, it seems that this location was lacking some of the favorite games that can be found at other Chuck E. Cheese establishments.Love the unlimited play for the kids. They played hard for 45 minutes and we didnt have to keep feeding the token machine.

Place gets better with time. Food is somewhat better, games are stocked and not broken, and staff is more welcoming.

Recently had my daughters 4th birthday, the host was amazing. This location is perfect for kids under 6 in my opinion due to the selection of games they offer.Couple of things that made this experience not so great was the fact that the reservation party was chaotic and unorganized. My daughter had the ticket blaster as part of her experience and when it was time, they didn’t come up and offer it by reservation. Everyone was just crowding the game and the kids were getting restless. They should call one table at a time.Pizza was delicious with its garlic seasoning crust and it was a thin pizza. We had 6 kids in our group and they provided two medium one topping pizzas which was way too much for them but delicious for the adults.A guest from my party ordered the wing platter and a basket of wings which took over an hour to get. (Not exaggerating, they ordered right at the beginning of the reservation) We finally received them and the basket of wings were completely frozen in the center!!! We returned it and waited another 20 minutes. By the time they came out everyone was done eating and full. My guest did end up receiving a refund by the rude manager who told him that we still had an hour for our reservation. That in my opinion was unnecessary, it’s none of her business how long we had left. We wanted the wings at the same time as the pizza not an hour left to our reservation.Overall, the kids had a blast but the experience was super lacking. Especially since majority of the machines were broken or down, including the machines to turn in the tickets. There were only two machines that worked... you can imagine how long it took to count the tickets.Will definitely recommend as an easy birthday experience for younger children who don’t really care about the service.

Brought my five year old here. Its like a casino for children. I must have spent over $20 to win enough tickets to get 3 dollars worth of stuff.

Well it was not a good on. As I reported to the manager, I found a big pocket knife on the floor that belonged to an employee, a knife at a childrens restaurant, I hope that HR, and managment do something about this and about the employees who stayed working even after I reported it to the manager.

Ok if you have little ones but I dont. So I thought its overpriced and not good.

Gilroy Chuck e cheese is the worse place to go to.I tried to talk to the manager for help and she looked at me and walked away with another employee out the door then I asked another employee for help and she told me that manager just left I think they went out to lunch leaving only two cashiers and a tech trying to handle all the screaming kids and broken machines the soda machine was filthy I wouldnt dare grab a drink from there and the kitchen was littered with papers on the floor never going there again disgusting

Place was very clean! Best place to take kids 12mos-7 years old. I love the staff here and they always have deals going on that makes it easy to get in and start playing games!

Staff were overwhelmed with too many customers and not enough support but did their best. Food leaves alot to be desired and came out way late. A fair amount of the machines were not working, missing balls, or not worth the coin. The ticket redemption machine all broke except two and they both got full during our birthday visit.Please hire more staff and improve the food offerings; for $70 should at least get a descent slide of pizza.Also bathrooms need a remodel, beat up and stinky.

Kids playing ground heaven!!! Visited during a weekday. Not crowded which made it easy for the kids to run around freely. The have a card system for playing games. You can choose from:TimeMoneyBoth options are good. Tip: if you choose to go with time don’t order food until the last 10-15 minutes.Food is ok. They have a salad bar, ok too.Parking is limited.

Buying time instead of credits is amazing. The kids can just play as many games as they want for the time you buy. Feels like a money saver to me.

I brought my daughter to my nieces birthday party to play some games!! Either half the machines were out of order or they werent dispensing the tickets she earned! The attendants should really take care of something thats pretty much the main focus at their establishment. Over all it was okay.

Very nice staff! I just wish there was a jungle gym for little kids, but instead everything is technological.

This ain’t your mamas Chuck E Cheese . Man I remember having sooooo much fun at the giant rats house growin up but this spots a glorified arcade only with bad games. Crazy expensive. Foods subpar at best. Really wish we’d quit getting invited to parties at this joint but don’t blame parents for wanting a one stop shot. .

They had us waiting for 1 hour for a medium pepperoni pizza when we got it . it was cold like it was sitting there for a while

Not enough staff and the staff they had running the desk had no idea what they were doing. Waited an hour for one appetizer plate and finally made them refund me. They are not at all organized. I mean they mostly are there doe parties so how can they be so bad at it? I listened to 2 other people ask for refunds as well. Get it together!

Clean and didnt see any out of order games. Pizza was well madeand salad bar had fresh ingredients..

They got rid of the playground to make it more sanitary. I kinda miss it though, thats why I only gave 4 stars. They did however add new games. They are pretty cool and alot of their games are working. The food is okay there, its never cheap at Chuck-e cheese. So go with the intent to spend some money. At least $30-50. Their party section is small compared to the 2 story one in San Jose but its clean and organized.

We had to wait 1 1/2 for our pizza we never got our hot wing so we asked for a refund. Had to wait more than 30 to get my salad..salad bar was empty and dirty my brother had to wait 30 just to get a prize...bathrooms were dirty..short staffed...over all pizza was good...but not the service

Girl at the front left us in the middle of our transaction to talk about concerts with her coworker, we waited a little but she was too rude to even let us know we were set and give us a receipt, we had to tell her “well thanks for your help” & she still didn’t even reply. Horrible service, I work with costumers all the time and know for a fact that is completely unacceptable. Later wanting to get some Pepsi from the soda machines but both machines had no Pepsi, one employee came over to get herself Pepsi, noticed there was none and did nothing about it but picked something else for her drink. Truly disappointing place.

My kids loved it and so did their friends. Birthday host was very attentive, decent prices and pizza is pretty good!

Very crowded during the weekend we visited. Long line at the cashier. A few coin operated machines were out of coins and some machines, including the ticket machine needed servicing while we were there. I give them an extra star for their commitment to keep families together. Our 2 teenage sons (15 & 17) couldnt leave the building. They had to wait for me and my husband to check the stamp numbers before they let them out. Kinda funny but it made me feel safe that they wouldnt just let the kids put without the same adult that brought them in.

Everythings good except the robots. I think their creepy. And moving them around isnt really a calmer atmosphere.

This place was the worst. They had no large pizza dough so had to buy 2 xlarge for 52 bucks would not honor our coupon because we were forced to buy xlarge pizzas they had no salad plates and would not let us use the pizza plates to get salad even tho we were going to pay for it. The pizza we got was super salty and the crust was so thin could have been a potato chip. The staff tho was some of the nicest people i have seen in this environment. There were mad parents screaming kids and the staff always had a smile even tho it might have been out of frustration they were so helpful with the games that ran out of tickets. Also with any other thing that was asked of them they were top of the list.

The employees at this chuck E Cheese have a bad attitude, dont smile to customer. A really bad customer service. If they want to work at a kids place they got to be nice and happy. I hope the manager or owner get to read this message and do something about it. I asked one of the employees to change my tickets for prices and she had a really bad attitude and she also was on her phone.

More video games than what I remember as a kid. I wish theyd have more amenities friendlier to young children like ball pits and things to climb on.

Way too short staffed at the time we visited. We were not able to get a prize. Waited many minutes before giving up. There was only one animatronic which is a bummer for my daughter but I dont think that matters to others. Also too many games ran out of tickets with no one servicing them

Play pass is worth the 9.00 for 30 min except when your child has to use the restroom halfway into it and wastes about 5min.Pizza is not worth the price, ordered regular crust and received thin crust.bathrooms are nasty, and the overpriced salad bar had what tasted like rancid dressing
