Cool things for all sorts of kids school projects

Store is nice and staff helpful, could probably use a bit of maintenance in the bathroom. Also, a piece of cleaning equipment was partially obstructing the emergency exit. I got what I was looking for so was happy about that.

Store was pretty empty, stock was very light. Staff wasnt very friendly.

I always enjoy shopping at Michaels however this trip I felt their inventory was a bit low. Maybe not fully stocked because of the pandemic. I have nor been since February.

This is an arts and craft supplies store with a large framing department. They also offer classes in several different crafts. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the prices are very high unless you get a sale or use a coupon. Fortunately, they constantly have sales and coupons. The good thing about the store is that they have a large variety and selection. If you need arts and crafts supplies you can most likely find it here.I have taken a course here and it was very good and lots of fun. I spent a lot of money on supplies but I think it was worth it. They have dedicated classroom areas so you arent working in front of the whole store. Their holiday inventory is amazing and usually goes on sale a month before the holiday with discounts getting deeper the closer it gets to the holiday. After holiday clearance sales offer really great discounts if you are the sort to store up for the next year. They do not have sale flyers or brochures in the store, you must bring yours in with you to utilize the coupon.

I appreciate the ability to continue living while maintaining social distancing.

The staff in the framing department is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. There are often sales so it makes the price very reasonable.

A bit difficult to navigate. Would definitely benefit from better signage for the aisles.

Such a large Michaels, amazing Christmas decor and the staff was very helpful and quick getting things I needed on the top shelf. Even went out of his was to look for the color I wanted. I wish i knew his name

There are usually a lot of options for what I am looking for

Michaels is a large craft store, that one would think would have just about anything, however they didnt have a 2.25 mm or 2.5mm crochet hooks when I needed them. Store is clean and organized and the employees are mostly helpful and friendly.

You can get just about anything you might want in the lower price artsy department. Its a great place for someone to find a easy craft project to inspire themselves. From wreath frames to decently priced painting needs, its all here.

Excellent customer service. Glad they are open again.

Everything for Halloween!

Overpriced and poor selection. I had to search for help 3 times. Not once did the sales associate stay to finish helping me. One actually seemed bothered while another couldnt get back to her conversation with male associate fast enough. The only professional one was Javi the cashier.Amazon is so much easier, has a bigger selection and reviews & description answer all my questions.

Fun crafts for everyind

I came hete for scrapbook supplies and wasnt disappointed. I found everything I needed, from paper to stickers to scissors. The sticker wall, wow! An entire aisle, including sliding shelves to fit everything.

Loved the instructor, she was great with the kids! My kids want to go do another activity soon!

I found the PERFECT yarn I needed to make my mom an aphgan for Christmas. Im so excited

Always find what I am looking for. Store is well organized and clean. Staff is knowledgeable and answers my questions.

Its a craft store, good prices and open 7 days a week versus that other one. Less selection of artificial flowers, but a great selection of other products. Quite a bit of fine art materials, including paints and canvases.

Who doesnt love Michaels! Love to craft than this is the store to go to! Not a crafter, no problem, they have a full baking department and frames for all your beautiful pictures too! They also offer classes there on a variety of subjects!

One of my favorite stores! I needed a picture framed and couldnt wait the required two weeks. The framing people worked with me and by purchasing a frame in the store, they are custom matting it and framing it for me in just two days and Im getting the discount! Great customer service!

Well stocked with merchandise. Desolate inside and out to the parking lot. That makes the ambiance cold. The clerks from this generation are better with technology not customer service. Their website needs substance.However in the store I always find what I need . The prices for frames or custom frames are reasonable. A tweak in employee training with customer service and I give 5*s.

This store has everything a crafty person might need. Plus some beautiful decorations for the and yard.

I tried their online order and then pick up in store. I ordered Monday evening and went in the following afternoon to pick it up but was told there was a problem with the program and it wouldnt be ready until the next day. I was leaving town and thats why I ordered it beforehand for pick-up and not have to stand in line. Oh well, maybe it will work better next time.

Large parking lot, large store. Went in to get some silhouette cameo vinyl and while they had it, the selection was rather limited. Tons of Cricut vinyl if youre in to that DRM locked machine.

I was here looking for scrapbook albums and pages. They had one of the largest selections I have come across.

In the passed, service has been good. Epic fail tonight and no april fools. Poor customer service. Had online order. Ordered in the early morning. Came to pick up in the evening, nothing ready! Come back in 10minutes they say, 20minutes later, still nothing besides more excuses. Then asks me if I received confirmation? Haha. Im sorry to be bothering you from doing your job. Im assuming theres a list you have or process in place to make sure every online purchase is catered to properly. I do not believe Michaels is that busy to attend to every online customers needs. Be proactive.

Great frame department!

Found almost everything that I went in for had a hard time finding some things but got some help.

I found some materials for a birthday gift and an associate was helpful in finding others. No real eye contact or enthusiasm to help but... she helped. Checkout took a long time with only two registers open. It felt like the young cashiers could have physically moved faster and at least acted a bit friendlier, especially after standing in line for ten minutes. I dont shop to make friends, but friendliness and manners go a long way for me (and customers in general).

Very well organized and clean so the things your looking for can be found easily. I got in on the last day of the 50% off sale and was still able to use Michaels promo code from my cell that can be found online. Saved alot and thats always a good thing for all of us these days.

Great selection of hobby items and a custom framing shop. I especially like the area for kids projects and all the Wilton cake decorating supplies. Check out their varried classes offered with their on-line calendar.

We dont have a craft store where I live. Visiting Michaels is an eye opener on what you can purchase for any project you can think of. My spouse is an artist and she can get lost in that store and come out with the exact things we would have to order and wait to get online. Worth the visit for any aspiring crafty people.

BAD service there is no one on the floor to help with customers and rude cashier. I click the “help” button that was on one of aisle because there was no one on the floor, no show! Had to go to the cashier to ask a courage wristlet 3 different girls that work there didn’t know where it was they had to ask. Plus they only had one in stock hobby lobby is better to bad they don’t open Sunday’s that the only reason I went to micheals and never again!

This is about the third time Ive left the store without buying anything because theres not enough cashiers for the number of customers present. Theres about 10 people standing in line and two cashiers and I only had one little $0.99 item, wasnt even exactly what I was actually looking for. I just chucked the thing on the shelf and left. Michaels is the worst run retail shop that Ive ever been in that I can remember.Thank goodness for Amazon !
