Excellent visit. Just walked out of Jo-Ann fabrics because they werent wearing masks and their prices were ridiculous. Im glad that Michaels is being responsible their employees are extremely knowledgeable I was extremely happy with my purchase excellent value and not only did I feel safe but I was safe there. Thank you. Apparently not all retailers have caught on.

The friendliest staff ever. Great people and great products went here for terrarium gear and they had so many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helped me out so much and even tho I didnt realize they were closing up the lady told me to take my time. What a great bunch of people working here. The cashier was also very friendly and even offered to help me out to my car because I had alot of things. Never in any way did she seem I was a burden and I never felt negative in this store at all. Great people will return in the future when I need more ewuipment. Posting a photo of my first terrarium I made from their inventory.

One of the last places you can add till get alot of specialty art and craft supplies in person.

Went in for framing. The gentleman who helped me was very nice. I look forward to seeing my order

Great store stock is pretty good

Michaels is fabulous. Gives me ideas that take me away from the realities of politics and Covid-19.

Geneva store is so much nicer and has more variety of things. There clearance yarns is always much more organized and accessible that in Naperville store

Shari and Nicole were fabulous for my granddaughters birthday party. They were so attentive and helpful to all the girls. The crafts were perfect. Shari and Nicole made making the crafts extra fun. I will recommend Michaels in Geneva for the best birthday partyvenue.

I love their coupons, clean store, teacher discount, wide selection, and great customer service.

Well organized yarn clearance rack

Melissa Lundberg provided great help!!! Thank you!!!

Got custom matting cut for my art. Looks great!

Great place for picture framing

My opinion: Hobby Lobby is better. That being said, I do like walking around Michaels to look for craft ideas. Dont buy their flowers unless theyre on sale. Yarn is reasonably priced, though. Frames are ridiculously expensive, but totally worth it, they do a phenomenal job.

Good but small

Worked with Krista to make a custom frame for a picture and she was absolutely wonderful and a big help.

4th of July dog, scary bathrooms

Michaels is great!! They have everything I need for my newbie DIY needs. This location is a bit sparsely staffed, but theyre laid out in a sensible way so I dont have trouble finding what I need, and the cashiers are always sweet.

Best place to get picture frames in the area.

Great. I love Michaels.

Much better pricing then last time (there was a huge sale) and I have to say the clerk that helped me at the register was absolutely wonderful to me. She even showed me how to use a teachers discount.

Awesome staff, especially Cat. I can always find what Im looking for.

Kinda pricey. Especially seasonal items. They didnt have what I needed. And all I heard the cashier do was complain that she had to work on the weekend coming up with another co-worker.

My favorite place to go for crafts, my family love it.

I ordered online for in-store pickup. The employee said she couldn’t find my order and called a manager. Her manager was rude and unhelpful. She told me that after a week the order is canceled and I should receive a refund. I told her its been less than a week since I placed my order. She didn’t even respond to that. I told her I didn’t get an email saying it was canceled or receive a refund. Just blank stares and she told me I can call the 800 number. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or even offer to help me find the item I had ordered. I’m standing in a physical store, the ones that are closing their doors every day because people prefer shopping online, the one that employees you, you’d think she’d have enough common sense or curtousey to help customers not make their experience more difficult.

Had what we needed. In and out quickly. Friendly.

The xact item I went there for was On Sale 40% off. ..Was Super Happy...ALthough they r always out of Fawn Craft Paint So will hv to order rest of them online Which delays my project to b finished leaving my house tore up in the meantime...But Do Luv Michaels..

Pretty good selection, clean store, and good customer service even with only one cashier.

Huge assortment of cricut vinyls best one in this area.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fun crafts for kids to do on the weekends. My daughter and I made tie dye T-shirts last Saturday in the store.

If you are any kind of crafter Michaels is great

This location is fantastic. Great prices and great customer service.

Needed frames for posters, records and other holiday items. The staff member in the framing center was very helpful and informative and helped us find an item at another store when this location was out. Parking lot is well paved and ample.

Great location. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Theres so many items to see, youre never just in and out.Although, there are some on the staff that like to follow you around; organizing shelves that dont need to be straightened; as though you stole something, or plan to. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

They have what u want even though u dont no it. Love that store!

This location always has a great selection and the staff is always friendly. I usually spend way too much time just browsing for items for new projects to work on!

Another favorite craft store of mine. Good deals all the time. Staff members are very friendly and always willing to help out.

Always well stocked and usually on sale.

Framed some botanical, originals and the framing staff were so knowledgeable and did an incredible job work color and framing suggestions!

My family regularly finds just what we needed when we shop here. Even if we didnt know it before we went. The selection is varied and expansive.

Balsa supplies at Michaels

Great store. Full of amazing finds that are reasonably priced.

The only place around that has Rit Dye. And helpful staff

I brought my son here before Easter for crafts that the store has for kids. There wasnt a lot of kids but just the right amount for them not to get distracted and finish their projects and have a good time. The employee running the crafts was great with kids, very friendly and made it a lot of fun for them. I would reccomend taking your kids their to split up the crazy park days and slow them down for an hour. Theres so many other things inside to get for crafts for them that youll probably end up doing things at home too. I love to bring him there and the store is always clean and kept nice.

Had a ton of stuff, but we needed 20# paper and they only carried 65+. Went to office max, had exactly what we wanted. Helpful staff gave the store a thorough checking but it just wasnt in stock.

Found some finishing touches for the house without breaking the bank.

Great deals on a lot of things.

My all time favorite craft store. Just learned that they accept competitors coupons!!

Not enough cashiers or people who know whats going on

Excellent selection and customer service!

Hobby Lobby is better, but it probably depends on the type of crafting that you do.

Really like them very helpful.

My favorite next to hobby lobby

Organized, well run store. Always find what I need

Great sales, fantastic customer service at this store. Also very rarely have to wait in line for more than a minute or two at the checkout.

I always find great deals!

Great selection of craft products and service was good too!

Took awhile to check out. One cashier ringing. Super friendly even when having to rush.

Very helpful in finding what I needed.

They have a great variety and are always helpful.

Great place to find crafting items.

Great service and love the online pick up.

Amazing staff and an amazing store. I spend to much time there and I wouldnt have it any other way.

Always have what I need and at great prices too!

I can always find just what I need for crafting. Be sure to bring your weekly coupon!

Great prices and service!

Fabulous. The staff are very kind, and things are very easy to find. Products are great and last a long time.

Good sales. Clean stores.

Great place for crafting, beads are great for bracelets,

Because I was able to use two coupons at 40% off.

Lots of broken merchandise still on the shelves and all overpriced.

Mekayla is great help and very pleasant!

A lot of craft ideas there. A bit expensive though

A bit messy and things are hard to find. However very friendly and helpful staff.

Love Michaels, so glad this one is close by!

Helpful staff. Make sure to get your coupon online!

I always find what Im looking for at Michaels.

Always great sales

Horrible Michaels to shop at, I do not recommend this. Store items may have wrong price tags and they try to sell you it at a higher price than what the tag says. The cashiers are nice and helpful but the price checkers make a big deal over something they mis-priced and Illinois law states you pay the price as it was displayed as. I will not be going back here.

Usually Michaels has a better layout than their competitors.

Great supply of craft items. Helpful staff.

Incredible costumer service. They rocks.

Customer service is terrible. Staff needs to be retrained on their policies, limitations and systems. Also, how to service a customer.

Great place!

Good if youre an artist. All at supplies available.

Its just ok for a Michaels. I prefer the one on Orchard. This one seems older and more tired. The store is generally ok, and the staff are generally ok. Nothing really stands out.

A little busy but well kept

Great. Variety

Even though they have lots of things, They keep moving thi gas around so every time I come I have to guess where that is now.

This place is awesome! So many ideas!

Great store.

Store is a little overpriced. They need more staffing. Standing in line for 20min is kinda insane!

Went there to buy one item and there was only two cashiers working that day.

Great

Awesome

Has everything

Friendly place

Creative

Always the best
