Everyone was so nice and friendly. Grandson had a blast and well be back.

I took my daughter here tonight and we had a great time. The games were all functional properly and the facility was clean overall. I ordered some cheese bread from the menu and was satisfied with what I received. I didnt have any issues with this Chuck e. Cheese at all.

I really enjoyed having my nieces birthday here. The staff was great but the prices for food is outrageous so I recommend eating before you go or take your own outside food inside.

My kid loves this place. We had his birthday party here. The staff was super helpful and very friendly and the party was great. I do feel however they are way over priced on food.

You of course have to wear a mask when you go in. They talk were you can hear the unlike some places Ive been to. They wiped down the machines ALL the machines st that very fun for the kids and you well if youre a big kid like me!!!! :)

I was pretty good. The place was very clean and well organized. You wouldve gotten a 5 star, but as we were leaving, I watched one of the workers just leaning against the wall like he was at home. It was so obvious he didnt want to be there. We didnt get a THANK for coming nothing. If we didnt hold our wrist out he probably wouldnt have checked our wrist, which is extremely scary. That means he could possibly let anyone just go out the door with anyone child. Yeah maybe I will change it to a 3 star for Safety concerns.

I love this place because my brother is addicted to games and now when we go he can actully play games without being on his phone this is so fun

Great for kids and parents.. I ordered pizza and it was really good!The staff just need to pay more attention to tickets machine because 3 of them were full when we were there..

Chucky cheese was well organized. Busy but well managed. Customer service was able to assist when my son lost his card. Spend the extra dollar on the wrist band so your comfortable that your child wont drop it or lose it

I called at 8:41 to order a pizza and the employee said they are closed. Currently only waiting for pick up’s. If your dinner area is closed and your play area is closed? Why would you not get any orders that are before nine. Welp employees, don’t complain when your hours get cut.

We had my 4 year olds birthday party here they had AWSOME customer service i didnt have to do much they handled everything for our whole group we really enjoyed our time and plan to go back very soon

My niece had her birthday party there and it went really well. Organized and simplified. Good spot for kids and the games were fun for me too!

Fun place to take the kids. BUT, I only put 3 stars because so many games needed maintenance. Some wouldnt give us the tickets, so I would have to constantly call someone over to fix the problem while our time card, well, would be running out of time.

Took the kids for our 9 year olds Birthday. They always email coupons and sent one for 14.99 all day play. We left after they collected 22000 tickets! Yes, this took hours! 6 to be exact. At one point they accidentally cleared our table leaving behind our personal belongings but throwing away our pizza. They quickly remade it and provided excellent service. Weve been to many Chuck E. Cheeses but this one is great!

Great place to take your kids and let them run wild, they have great security measures in place so kids can have a little freedom playing games.

Was very crowded when I went. Pizza was great and experience was good. Wish the space was a tad bigger.

The employees dont know their job and who should be hosting the birthday parties the floors are dirty and theres no organization when it comes down 2 celebrating the child whos having the birthday party

My almost-5 year old son and I had the best time running around the place together tonight. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pizza was yummy, and we had very little trouble with the games (only one of them kept our tickets back and I didnt bother to tell them since my son quickly moved onto the next game). I would most definitely go back/recommend others to go on a weeknight like we did, as only 3-4 other families were there so there was no waiting or rudeness over games. Best mother-son date night ever!

Usually takes a while to be able to walk in, to buy a card/drink/food or to get a prize. Super busy on rainy days and not the cleanest place but Our kids like going up to about 10yo... I like that pizza has gotten much better over the years.

Meh... have a birthday party at a park the next time, no pinkeye and pepperoni puke there.

Great place to take my daughter $20 gets you a hour of play.They need to fix a couple machines but still worth it.

We were there 5/22/18 around 3ish until 6ish the girls that worked this day were awesome and friendly!!!

Liked the new unlimited play. It seem to cost a little less with out the token anxiety. I hope everyone is as happy as was. The time limit was about right as well. Its a nice way to keep everyone moving. The seemed to be more people playing and less sitting around.

Friendly staff, we didnt have a little kid with us but they didnt give us any problems going in to play some video games. Paid about $30 for 2 people to play for 1.5 hours, had fun.

Its Chuck E. Cheese. Im not a 10 year old, its not my idea of a good time. My grandson enjoyed it, thats what mattered.

I think playtime should be first due to people running late.I think hostesses could do a better job.Parents are there to enjoy not participate as co-hosts.Needs more characters impersonating and more items to a pckg.Otherwise seems ok as z place fir kids parties but not as nice as when they were newer decades ago and had different rooms and put on shows.They took card of everything and parents could enjoy along with their kids.Not hand out pizza, keep up with presents, etc.THAT IS HOSTESS JOB

We love Chuck E. Cheese! Being a family of five we can spend the same amount here on a pizza combo that comes with drinks and points as we would at a fast food. To us it makes perfect sense to just spend the money here and let the kiddos (and us haha) have a wonderful time. Great staff, always clean and food is always good. Perfect for birthday parties and the birthday kid is treated like royalty. You can take your own cake in for parties too.

I went there so we could have a baby shower for my daughter (Im from out of state) and play with my grandson. The staff was extremely accommodating, they let us have 2 tables and use a cart to bring in all the stuff we had brought. We did come at an off time but nonetheless they were awesome!!!

Perfect place to take children. I really appreciate the safety protocol they have in place. Parents can breathe a little easier knowing children are not allowed to leave with an adult UNLESS their numbers match. Great idea.

Prices are alittle high but good place to take your child on a rainy day

I have to say this is the worst experience that Ive had at this particular Chuck-E-Cheese! The games did not give us all of our tickets that we won and when we went to management I was told I did not win anything... When Chuck-E-Cheese came out to be with the kids he or she walked around with one child the whole time didnt even dance with the children... pretty much handed the tickets to that one particular child !!! We were going to eat lunch there but they only had one pizza available... Today was not a good day to be at Chuck-E-Cheese!!!!

A great place for a kids birthday party. Only there are so many going on at one time. Its very hard to keep up with your own. Kids love it, and they do stamp their arms with invisible ink. The staff allows no child to leave until their parents are notified.

Friendly staff and great food. It keeps the kids entertained, and its very safe here. You can just sit back while your kids run around to play. They also have the best birthday parties! They are affordable, and you dont have to do anything except show up and pay the bill. They handle the entire party for you, so that you can actually enjoy being with your kid.

Fun for all ages. Kids love the pizza. Unlimited play is the way to go.

We spent $50. The kids received a card each with money, we had a pizza and 4 drinks with free refills. The kids played for a long time and we still have money left to go back. They both ended up with a lot of tickets and were happy with their prizes. The pizza was actually good too. Overall it was a good time.

Not a clean place. Bathroom and floors really need an cleaning or update. There should be a person that is always available to help with the daily cleaning. The salad bar looked ok until I seen a fly which made me not order any food at all. Kids will be kids so they loved it but I dont think I will be back.

My son loves it here. The prices are great, the food is hands down DELICIOUS and the crew is ALWAYS helpful, friendly and seen smiling. Its a joy to bring my son here. The parking lot is big enough, even for those crowded weekend evenings. Chuck E. Cheese is brought out for the kids every hour or so and the kids just adore it. They even have special days (not quite sure which day, but you can call and the staff will happily assist you) where they dim the lights and lower the volume for the whole place for special needs kids so they can have a beautiful time there as well. I think thats awesome of this chain to do this. I have taken my son here countless times and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here!

Depressing to see how this chuck e cheese is being ran. About 1/3 of the games did not work. Either they didnt work (temp out of service) or tickets wouldnt dispense. The TVs with Chuck e music videos was gray screened. The attendant staff were unfriendly and would not take feedback on broken games. Will be going to Hickory instead.

Kids loved it. Very busy on weekends. Managers should eliminate tickets and put point on card.

It was okay. A lot of the games were down or wouldnt give tickets so you had to flag down 3 or 4 people before they would fix it and give you your tickets. Other than that, and all the dirty tables, it was pretty good.

My kids enjoyed thenselves as always. Tge salad bad was great!

My daughter loved it, but wished it had outside activities like go carts etc, I know theres one in Charlotte but I dont like driving so far..
