Crowders Mountain

Beautiful hike, if you decide to go to the peak get ready for 360 steps to hit :)

So gorgeous. We took the Pinnacle trail. It says it is moderate but it was harder than the Tower trail. We had to climb up rocks and the incline is crazy! However, the summit and the views is well worth it. I plan on going again. I visit Crowders mountain at least once every other weekend.

I love the view from top and bottom its a Beautiful Mountain and I sometimes drive around it and it makes me feel as if I up in the mountains around chimney rock..Respect its beauty, and the Mountain its a gift from God....

It was surprisingly amazingly. Unlike any other exercise I have experience. I will be returning. The view at the top captivating. And worth the hike.

I cried when I made it to the top~ while there, I experience so much diversity &every culture I came in contact with encouraged mebut there was lil Latino girl that waited in me to get up the stairs ~ she didn’t even know me. However, once I made it ... she said “ I waited for you,, now I can leave” touched my heart, & reminded me that this is GOD’s COUNTRY, it’s HIS World & we are All HIS CHILDREN red, yellow, black, & white.Dawn

I went for the first time today.. lets just say Im coming back every chance I get. It was great.

This used to be one of favorite places when In Charlotte. Commutable and perfect getaway. Trails for different levels and so much greenery Is what always attracted me here. When weekends were not planned this was the most easiest place to reach and spend time.

Fun and challenging trail to workout on with friends definitely recommend bringing someone with you

Great trails. All levels of difficulty...once you reach the top, there is a great view and can even see Charlottes skyline on a clear day. Enjoy!

A very nice park with beautiful views. It is a little difficult to find markings for some of the trails, but otherwise it is excellent.

This is a great place to visit but be aware the trails are bumpy even with my military boots I twisted my ankle a few times, I got distracted taking photos. I met a few people that turned back because of the warning sign but dont let that stop you there is plenty of space up there, just use common sense and you will be fine.

I love coming here to hike! Its not terribly long, however there are some very strenuous parts! But the view at the top is so worth it!

Nice proximity to lake Norman. I liked the trails. I am from up North and I am not the biggest fan of this particular park. Its a nice place to be out in nature, it doesnt compare to some of the others though it is nice and worth seeing the nature and to take pictures and all. Theres also a waterfall.

Absolutely love this place. I have already posted some pictures if you check out my account. Located right off i-85 North West of Charlotte only takes 15 minutes from downtown area

Had the best time. The trails are perfect for beginners and experienced hikers. I was challenged and motivated.

Tendency to get crowded but great hike near Charlotte

Wonderful experience! Only thing I would suggest is staff should be more clear about the strenuous paths. First timers need to know what theyre in for.

Walked it this morning, what a beautiful wonderful & hard hiking but all day it !!!

The peak is beautiful, and you can even see the skyline of Charlotte. Worth the struggle
