Wheelchair accessible until you enter the playground. Fenced in playground in dorect sunlight makes this place perfect for winter fun. It does get warm in the afternoon sun. However, no public restrooms close by. Keep that in mind. There are 0 picnic areas but there are trash cans and 2 park benches for resting. The playground is enclosed and gate is childproof so it is great for toddler moms unless someone leaves the gate ajar. Just across the way is the best coffee shop in all of Garner called Full Bloom Coffee and the smell of roasting floats over to the playground. We like to hit this playground after a mom & coffee meetup at Full Bloom.

Pros: Fantastic, large and well-maintained dog park with some shade and a water source.Wasnt crowded when I was there and the other dog owners that came were respectful and responsible unlike what I have seen at some dog parks.Cons: Theres not a separate area for small dogs and large dogs so theyre all in together.

Great view and a great place to bring the kids if you have any, with the playground on the other side of the parking lot. Partial tree cover allows you to either enjoy the shade or the sun. Huge area for the dogs to run around and play. Only potential downside is theres no separation for big dogs and little dogs if youre looking for that.

Very nice, humble park. There is a couple of baseball fields as well as a small playground that is fairly new. There are also some picnic tables in a shelter and walking trails in the woods that are very nice. I highly recommend this park as a place to enjoy an evening.

A nice little park with several activities for kids of all ages to do. The playground is fenced in with only one entrance/exit. There is a ton of picnic tables to sit at and enjoy lunch or a snack. The biggest negative is that the playground is next to a busy road so there is a ton of road noise. But overall a nice place to stop for a bit and let the kiddos run around.

Very clean area, smaller park with a dog park area. Its above two softball fields.

I only went there this morning because, I received info in the mail that they were starting outdoor walking. Today was the first day.

Very quiet, I wish it was a little bigger, but what they have is good quality. Im impressed by 3 different kinds of swings with coated chains and pads underneath. I loved the motorcycle with side car, the horns, and the long tunnel. My son couldve played drive thru all day. It will probably be too sunny for me once the summer hits, but its great now.

Great little park hidden right off of Garner Rd. Perfect for toddlers and slightly older kids. There is a dog park a few feet away.

The facility is clean and well kept. A variety of activities are held there--for different ages (for example, dance fitness classes, Zumba, and baseball). Ive been taking physical activity classes there for years, and I plan to continue them.

Close to home and has a Dog park!! Albeit Im allergic to pets but man they are cute to look at and watch play :) Baseball season is postponed for now but looking forward to it coming back.

Great for the children and has a dog park directly across the street and a track in the woods nearby. A picnic shelter lets you reserve space for kids bday parties and has a lot of field space for tag and red light green light.

It has a fenced playground, a separate fenced dog park, and a baseball field. Every time I have been, it has been clean and well maintained.

Nice ball fields and clean rest rooms. Grounds well kept.

Great park to bring younger children ages 1.5-5. Never overly crowded. Not overrun by older children like some of the other parks in Garner where it can be difficult for younger children to play. Also great view of the dog park which my son loves to watch from the swings.

Nice quiet park on a Saturday afternoon. Took kids to the childrens area and it was set in shade with friendly other parents there. Also saw really nice free leash dog run, two available dogs runs actually. I would go back to bring kids

My dog love this park...

Three nice baseball fields and a dog park. They fix the parking so that there are more spaces. Clean restrooms. The fields are well lit for night games. Also a small kids playground near the entrance.

Very well kept. Be respectful in the parking lot of the Senior Center, if you park there. Drive slow, all the corners are tight, its easy to end up head on into another car.

I had a great time in Durham North Carolina at the Jacobs Wright family reunion. There is nothing like family. Cousin Mary brought the family a beautiful word on family and staying connected. God bless this family.

Dog park is fine. No ones tennis balls and they have to chain down the water bowl and lock the faucet.... So theres that.

It has some pretty good mountain biking (single track). There is usually no one here, plenty of parking. It gets a bit overgrown in the summer.
